Turner Auto is amazing! My wife and I were in Columbus for the first time several weeks ago and had an alternator issue come up with our Honda Accord. They were able to get us in the same day and got us a brand new Honda alternator within a few hours! They saved us from what could have been a disaster in the middle of our trip and got us back on the road as quickly as possible! They were very honest with us and their pricing was very reasonable. Could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend them!

Lovely lovely lovely people! I’ve been here a 3 times with 3 different cars, oh boy! They are very professional, transparent, timely and communicative. Ebony is a gem! Milton knows his car stuff. They let me know when my car wasn’t worth it to get fixed. Also have done a couple “pre purchase” inspections for me for cars I was interested in from a private seller & a dealership. Know I can trust them to tell me what’s all going on with a car and if I should put money into it or not. That’s very important to me as a mother of 2 babies. I love them and God bless this shop👏🏽

I went here today for my 60k maintenance check. It was awesome all around! The lady at the front desk is pleasant and offered me fresh hot coffee or ice cold water right away. She was upfront and honest about every thing my car needed. The prices were comparable to other shops when I did a quick Google search. They were super fast! Great service! Ill be back 👍

I live an hour and a half away, but I was training in Columbus for the week when on my way down to Columbus my check engine light came on. I went to Auto Zone and they told me it was a thermostat issue which I shouldnt ignore/should get fixed ASAP. Auto Zone got me in touch with Turner Auto and they fixed my car with less than a days notice, knowing that I couldnt take it to an auto repair place and leave it for an extended period of time because its just me down here and I need my car. Prices very reasonable and the people are kind/efficient. Thankful for them in an emergency situation!

Genuinely good people here. My vehicles get repaired properly, quickly, and at a price that really makes it easy to justify all of those things that I just dont want to do myself. I treasure certain old vehicles that most people wouldnt want given to them. Milton and Ebony treat my vehicles and me like gold. My lady is disabled, so walking after a breakdown is not an option. I trust Miltons work for this. Im not sure if I can convey what a big deal that is. You can trust these folks.

Milton and Ebony were the nicest people that I’ve met in a long time. My car repair was completed in the time that I was told it would be and unlike any other shop I’ve ever been to, I was shown exactly what the repair was and why I needed it. Milton is the most honest mechanic I have been to. He knows what he is doing and he takes the time to do it right! Im very pleased with the results. He may take a few days to get to you but, you will not be overcharged. He moved to a location that is larger and he can work on more than one vehicle. So while hes waiting for a part or something to drain, etc. He keeps moving! I suggest you give him a try.

My daughters car broke down on South High and this was the closest place I could find to take it. Well Im glad I found them because they were so friendly and did great work for a great price. Changed my clutch for about $200 less than my local shop, and even let me buy my own parts with no markup. Our Subaru WRX can be a challenge to fix, but they were on it no problem.

Visited for the first time and was very happy with my service. My repair was less than I was expecting and finished sooner than I thought it would be. The car runs a lot smoother. Ebony in the office was very welcoming, I will definitely come back next time I need a repair.

My husband and I were traveling to Columbus from Cleveland when our cars left axle started to fail, we didnt think we were even going to make it to Columbus (thankfully we did!) and knew we had no chance of making it back to Cleveland without getting it fixed. I found Turner Auto service by searching online. Lucky the shop was less than 1 mile from the Hotel we were staying at. When I called to see if they had time to look at our car, they told us to head on over. When they let us know they were able to fix it , they were kind enough to give us a ride back to our Hotel! He had it fixed in a few hours, and even asked if we needed him to pick us up! If i am ever having car trouble again while I am in Columbus, I will know where to take my car. Thank you so much!
