If you own a luxury vehicle DO NOT take it here! I brought my Lexus in for new tires and a wheel alignment. My tire pressure light was not on before they put the new tires and after they put the new tires on now my tire pressure light is on and has stayed on. Took it back to them and they had to take it somewhere else to reintialize the senors only to come back and tell me that one of my sensors is not reading. All my senors were working before they touched my car and now its not working. I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE BACK HERE! Customer service was horrible also!

They seem to be trustworthy which is what most people have a hard time finding. Several times they replaced my mothers brakes without charging her for the parts because they were under warranty. She never would’ve known and they didn’t take advantage. I definitely appreciate that. And they rarely take more than until next day to find and repair anything. Helpful to not be out of a vehicle for a week or more.

I just came back to the east side of Columbus and remembered D Jays service center. Denny is very friendly and I trust him implicitly. He is very competitive with his prices and I think he will usually meet a price also. I will continue to go to D Jays for my automotive needs.
