Terrible customer service. I won’t be back. Had an appointment for an oil change. It took 3 hrs. I purchased a maintenance plan when I bought my new car and all my maintenance is supposed to be covered. I was told I didn’t have a maintenance plan because it couldn’t be found in their computer. After they finished my oil change they returned my car dirty. I am accustomed to a complimentary car wash When I questioned the tech she did double check and the vin number was entered incorrectly and it was actually a different vehicle.... not mine. Needed some other maintenance which they took care of but still no car wash. Very disappointed
