This place was helpful, clean and they got me in for an express oil change and diagnostic. I called ahead to make sure we could come and they were super welcoming. Thank you guys!

First time there getting service, but will not got back. Typical of any car dealer really, poor customer service and failed to complete the simplest tasks. How hard is it to put the oil cap back on? Return the dipstick to its correct location? Dont write top off fluids when you dont top them off. Dont do un-requested service.Best part was them hanging up on me when I called to complain.

I have several things to mention about the service center. First, I called to schedule an appointment and was told for the services I needed, oil change and brake pad replacement, I could go to the express service. So I did go and was told this was not the case and I shouldve made an appointment. They blamed this on the concierge service as its located in Texas and they obviously do not understand service which they should. Regardless, the staff is nice and got me in. I was told it would be ready the next afternoon so I got a ride home and less than 2 hours later it was ready but I couldnt get back in time. This alone was frustrating, but I can accept that.My biggest issue was I was told that Id be called in advance if more than a brake pad replacement was needed. Instead I was called when it was completed. Now, when I went to pick it up I was shocked at the cost. They didnt tell me in advance that they were replacing the rotars as this is their standard so the cost was twice as much as Id expected. I wouldve gotten a second opinion if they had called me as expected. At this point I had to pay because it was already done and though they gave me a small discount I still believe I was ripped off. Customers shouldnt be blindsided like that and I know it should not have been so much. The warranty is also sad in comparison to other places.I bought my car from here certified pre-owned about a year and a half ago and have driven less than 9000 miles. It should never have needed this especially if they had inspected it correctly as I keep up with maintenance and am not heavy on the brakes.Though Ive had fine oil changes here previously, I will not be returning. I feel they took advantage of me and thats not how you get repeat customers. Many repair places still think they can do this especially to women which is sad considering this day and age. I can only hope that they did a good job and I will not be having issues any time soon. The 2 stars is because, at the least, the staff was friendly. I suppose they cant help that the company they work for has them ripping customers off.

I have been to 3 subaru dealerships to have my 2013 legacy serviced for every service since the day I bought it. 5 years later I decided to take my car to AAA for a cheaper cost. I found out a lot about the service I have been receiving from these dealerships.Firstly, my tires were not being rotated when I paid for tire rotation with my oil change. I know this because my tread was checked each time and read that the tires were fine. I asked AAA to check my tires because they felt odd when driving. My front tires were down to the wires on the inside edges, and I was advised to have them replaced immediately for safety purposes. If my tires were rotated properly then the front ones would not have been so unevenly worn compared to the back and the mechanic would have noticed the wear on the inside edges.Secondly, after getting my oil changed at AAA my car reached 5.5k miles before the oil light came on. Whenever I would get the oil changed at subaru I would only get 3.5k to 4k miles before my oil light would come on. This leads me to believe that the recommended amount of oil was not fully put in as a cost saving measure. In the end I contacted corporate subaru to report these issues. They offered half of the cost of my new tires, and never followed through. I could not get a straight answer or if the three dealerships which I got my service from. So I am posting this review to caution other consumers. Mark your tires, double check your tread, and if your oil runs low early you may want to consider going elsewhere.
