Amazing and professional experience with Mr. Delon Jones tonight. My girl had her heart dead set on this Mazda Mr. Delon was selling and just had to have the car tonight. Mr. Delon sat in his car for 2 and a half hours after BOBB’s dealership closed waiting for us to get there. He really went above and beyond. He could have just said we will take care of the sale tomorrow and went home after working all day but instead he listened to me and how important it was to my girl to get her car tonight and graciously and professionally sat patiently waiting in his car for two and half hours after closing time for us to show up. Wow , what a great place! Marsha goes above and beyond what anyone could ever expect! Being a military man I would honor her with a medal! Constant communication when needed and goes the extra mile to ease an already tough situation. The CPS group and individuals like Marsha diffantly deserve praise of the highest. Not only did I get a A1 vehicle at a great price, they ensured it was of the highest mechanically sound, clean and had a full tank of gas! I could right for days about Marsha and her customer service!

We called Joe, very pleasant and enthusiastic. Our salesperson ended up being Tom. He immediately started sending us info on what we were looking at. My only complaint is the photos wouldnt blow up so you could really see what you wanted to see. We finally found exactly what we were looking for. Tom acted fast and was able to deliver our truck. A quick look into our situation, just filed bankruptcy and waiting for our discharge. Not a problem , we had money for a down payment. This is not a scan. My wife was worried that we gave all our info to them but had to wait for photos and verification of the sale. They delivered it when they said they would even though we stepped it up by 3 days. I would recommend them to anyone. And I would go through them again. Even if you want to buy a used vehicle check them out.
