From first contact to driving off the lot these guys were there for me. My truck had broken down one morning putting me in a vulnerable situation. First off, I couldn’t get to work. Bought a car from them in 2017. Absolute lemon. Its needed 4k+ of work done over the three years Ive had it. Absolutely steer clear of Hatfield. They will sell you a lemon.

Don’t ever buy a car from this place. They will swindle and finesse you. They will act like they innocent young respectful people but they are not. Literally spent 15k on a car from there that they claimed to be in excellent condition, just to find out there was hella problems with the car. I even tried to lower the price but they insisted that it was a brand new conditioned car. In reality the car woulda been 8-10k considering the malfunctions I soon found that was wrong with the whip after.

For a 5 minute visit I could not have had a more lasting impression. I will never think of this place again as a possible sale. During this visit I was looking at a vehicle when the salesman walked up and after introducing himself tried to sell me a cheaper vehicle with more miles in rougher shape. Surprisingly enough it was more downhill from there. Dismissed any value of my trade without information on it. No knowledge of budget or credit. I thanked him for his time and left after telling me for the 3rd time my trade was worth whats its worth without asking what it was. 1 star is generous.

I have bought seceral used cars from here and cars are always great never anything wrong with them as wht i go back but sometimes the paperwork is not what was said to you. Check and read everything before signing it and ask questions. Thought was a cosigner and actually was main person on loan not happy with that and they never said anything about switching it. The cars are always in amazing condition and run for years.

Purchased a 2004 one owner truck from Ron on 3/28/18. I felt I received a fair deal. I was very specific with them that I was looking for a rust free or as little rust as possible vehicle and do not mind paying for it. They were very nice and professional and did take care of a brake issue I discovered on a test drive. Once I arrived home I found a small rust spot that I wanted to have fixed before it got out of hand, at my expense. Ron recommended a painter that does work for them at the dealership. I did meet with the painters at the dealership, the painters showing me several other vehicles on the lot that they covered up rust showing me the quality of their work, NOT REPAIRED but covered with bondo. I agreed to have the rust repaired but they asked me to remove the top rails and fender flares. After removing the rail covers there were two 3 inch rust holes under the the rails. Upon further inspection I found the rust cover up to be extensive with four holes that were covered up and the fender wells filled with dondo. I asked the painters if they fixed the rust before I purchased the truck and they said they do not remember. I did speak with Ron about the rust issue and he did ask what I wanted and if I wanted to trade the truck in again. After seeing the rust cover-ups, I elected not to deal with Hatfield a second time and cut my losses.

I have never in my life felt so lied to. I wanted zero down. Didnt get it. I wanted them to pay off my new tires on my trade in. They said that they could do it. Said he would write me a check for them. Gave me two different stories. But that didnt happen either. Said the first payment wont be due for 45 days. Ended up being 30. I did get a car that I love. But the experience sucked. I will never go here again to get a car.

Sales people are friendly, but just over a year later we need at least 3-4k of repairs, approx 1/3ish of cost. Beware of lemons.

My vehicle broke down on me a friend of mine who was helping me try to get it home took me there just to look around when we couldnt get it there told them my situation and they put me in a good car at a good deal and took my old one for trade knowing the problem.... STAY AWAY! I would never purchase another car from them. I purchased a car, had nothing but issues with it stalling from the day I drove it off the lot, and was given the run around regarding a rental-as outlined in the warranty info Hatfield provided and assured me existed. Would not recommend...Keith Daniels seems to care less when you call him too and I found that the warranty is fraudulent (called several times and Hatfield never got back to me about the contract number to file a warranty claim). Stay away from here, if looking for a used car, go elsewhere.

They tell you one thing their story changes, we went wanting to get a newer SUV we need 4 wheel drive and third row seating. They first showed us an SUV that had more miles than ours did and a fair punt of rust under the wheel wells. When we went back from the test drive she asked if I loved it, I said I am not even in like with it. We finally got to test drive one of the ones we wanted to only to be told we could only have it with one of us on the loan. They were very pushy and gained up on us. We told them we wanted to think about it. Today we texted them to find out what we needed to bring only to be told it to would only work the original way we wanted it. We returned to what we were lead to believe to pick up the vehickle we wanted, only to be told yet again it wouldnt work with that SUV they wanted to show us a van, then a Volvo. We came home with our SUV.I am a person who holds a grudge for a very long time and I would not send my worst enemy there.I would have liked to give zero stars but it will not allow that.

Please do not go here they sold me a car and a couple weeks later the transmission started slipping. They then had me get the transmission rebuilt at AZ Transmission Rebuilders and they kept my car for 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks was up I got my car back and the transmission was still slipping. They sell lemon cars so if youre looking for something to fix up, by all means. If youre looking for more stress, by all means. This place is a scam. Please look at all of these 1 star reviews. Trust me this is a terrible place. I spoke with Chaz and my salesman was Don. Buddy was also the guy who finalized my car. I would not get a car from here ever again!!!!

Buyers beware, Hatfield Used Car Center in Columbus Ohio are cold blooded hustlers, unbelievably disrespectful, and have absolutely no shame selling you cars / trucks with major issues. PLEASE have a mechanic inspect any vehicle you purchase BEFORE you sign any paperwork. They will claim your vehicle has been inspected by their mechanic, but their mechanic is either intentionally unqualified or just aiding in Hatfield Used Cars evil efforts. I gave these guys every chance in the world to make my nightmare truck purchase one that would not warrant a bad review, but here we are. After thousands of dollars in repairs just days after my purchase, I 100% would not recommend this dealership.

I would suggest if your looking to buy a use car do Not go here! The sales guys was nice and very helpful. To bad the boss guy is a sucky person. We bought one of the more pricey trucks on the lot. Came with a powertrain warranty and the said did an oil change and that there was no problems with it. We came home with the truck to drive it for about 3 week and ended up having it towed out of my drive way with 30 day tags on it. Called the place up and long story short was told it wasnt their problem and the warrenty will not cover it. The check engine light can on and was flashing. Last time I check that has to do with the engine. (Power train) right..... 700 dollar a later Im going to pick up the truck today. Havent even made the fist payment yet! Do not I repeat do not buy from these crooks!!!!! They are doing nothing but giving Hatfield a bad name.
