Absolutely under no circumstance purchase a extended Warranty from these guys if the name New Leaf is attached. I have been trying to get my washer fixed for two weeks without any luck. The folks at the store tell me I have to work with New Leaf, and there is no working with them. They cant find my service agreement by any means, I have been put on hold for Twenty minutes at a time, and they just hung up on me twice. Save the cost of the extended warranty to just pay the repair person yourself.

We went to ApplianceSmart looking for a washer and dryer set a week ago when ours died. Thomas helped us find the perfect set at an amazing value! Our new set was delivered yesterday and we are in LOVE. It has so many settings to get the clothes truly clean and it was at a great price.

Ordered new washer and dryer on May 1. They said due to COVID it could take 4-6 weeks. 3 months later still no washer or dryer. We call Apliance Smart and get a very rude person or we are told it should be on Thursdays truck. All lies. Extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service and their lies.

On 9/17/20 after being to four other stores that were overpriced or couldnt get me a washer until November, I can into your store. I was greeted by Thomas Robinson III. He was extremely helpful and didnt pressure me at all. The prices were so great that not only did I find a better quality washer but bought a dryer as well! He was so helpful. I would definitely recommend everyone come to your store and see Thomas. Please give him the recognition he deserves

Bought a washer/dryer set there 4 years ago. Spent about $1,600 attempting to get better quality units so they would last. Went the extra mile and bought the 5 year extended warranty (New Leaf Service Contracts sold by Appliancesmart ). Washer stopped functioning 3/30/21. Contacted New Leaf for service, a month later, still no working washer. Called Appliancesmart for help, they tell us we have to work with New Leaf. After his third trip attempting to repair it, the service tech informed us the parts needed are no longer being made by the manufacturer., New Leaf says they are and we will have to wait until they are back in stock to fix the unit. So we have a stalemate, meanwhile we are getting ready to make our 4th trip to the laundromat. Over the past month, New Leaf has consistently lied to us regarding the claim, not returned calls as promised, and not followed up with the manufacturer or the service company. New Leaf is an awful company at best and quite possibly a total scam. Google New Leaf Service Contracts and you will find more than enough bad reviews to agree. (BBB rating 2.07 out of 5) Appliancesmart goes right into the same bucket since they are willing to sell New Leaf service contracts knowing New Leaf wont honor them and Appliancesmart doesnt care enough about their customers to be willing to help. They are only interested in the sale they make today, not willing to do anything to keep you coming back. I will never return and would advise anyone shopping to stay away from Appliancesmart.

We recently purchased a washer and dryer. We were given a pick up date for January 23rd. On this date we were prepared for pickup by renting a truck. To our surprise, we were told the washer was there but the dryer was on back delivery. Upset, but what can we do! They promised it would be ready on February 6th, so once again we prepared for pickup. Again no surprise at this point, but once again we were told it was still not ready and instead it would be another week. At this point we are fed up and asked for a refund. They got upset with me for asking and became rude as if it’s my fault their business is horrible. Do not do business here!

Horrible experience. Customer service is subpar at best. Time lines given are extended to there benefit. Purchased a set plus extended warranty. The washer was already there, I was advised the dryer would need to be ordered and would take around 3 weeks Maybe sooner. We are now past the 3 week mark. I was advised it should be in tomorrow, but that I couldnt get it delivered till next week sometime. I have been more then patient. Todd is extremely rude. Has lied several times about the time frame he originally quoted me and overly unpleasant. My request to speak.to a head manager..even a corporate office was met with opposition and more lies. He told me there was no head manager and he was corporate. More lies.i found the corporate office information. I will never do business with them again.

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Wonderful experience! I knew within 5 minutes of being there that we would be making our purchase at Appliance Smart rather than Lowes or Home Depot. Thomas greeted us, with a genuine greeting as soon as we walked in the store. We told him what we were looking for and he walked us to all of our options. He let us look for a bit then checked back in. We have never had to buy a fridge before, nor did we plan on doing it this morning when we woke up. So we had done no research. He really listened and understood our needs. He was VERY knowledgeable and VERY informative. He brought up factors to be considered that had not even crossed our minds. The whole experience did not feel pushy. He uncovered our needs, and provided our options. After our purchase another member of the team helped us with loading the fridge. They even went back in and cut up a cardboard box to lay underneath so we did not scratch our car. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We plan on going back soon to buy some more appliances and will be asking for Thomas!!!!!Also, if you are looking for deals, their scratch and dent section is HUGE! A lot of options. And I had to ask what was wrong with most of them, because I could see no dents. Our purchase had a small scratch. But I can deal with that when the exact fridge beside it was $1000 more without the dents. Great selections! Very pleased.

Outstanding customer service Have purchaswd from them in past will remain loyal customer ! Kindness counts :)))

It seemed like everything was scratch and dent. Didnt have what we were looking for. Other than that was pretty nice.

When I went to buy my third washer and dryer there was this one guy who was really nice named Thomas and he even explained everything so clearly, which im so greatful for. He even explained things that I didnt even know! Which is why im writing this review. You guys should defintly go here if you need a laundry replacment because there was a flood or if you need a fridge etc. They are there. You know there are a lot of mean people who just get tierd after 2 minutes but not this guy! Thomas is very patient and nice.

Our salesperson, Thomas was fantastic! He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the right refrigerator for our needs. We have been to every big box store and only one came close from a service perspective but they definitely werent as good on price! We will definitely use Appliance Smart again - and will ask for Thomas by name!

Once I got the refrigerator home and unwrapped the plastic wrap from around it I discovered a large dent that wasnt there whenI picked it out. I will never buy another product from here.

If I could give a zero I would. It turns out if you have a problem with an item because it doesnt work and you want to return it, they treat you terrible. When I told them that in Ohio you have the right to return something within 30 days if theres no posted return policy, the manager just said to the salesman okay fine! let her return it! I dont want customers like that.

I bought a washer and dryer or what I thought was lease to own because thats how it was explained to me. Come to find out after I have already made almost 1500 in payments and thought I should be done it was 1200 set. I called Reynoldsburg location where I got them they of course had no idea about anything and said I had to call another company who payments were made. And said oh they should have contacted you after five months I dont know why you are still making payments. I call the 800 number and find out this was a lease only. I am not paying down the balance like I thought at all. I would still need to give them almost another five hundred dollars to purchase. Seriously!!?? I have been paying 154 a month for almost a year now. The set was 1200. I have already paid 1500 why would I pay 1900 for a 1200 set. The way it was explained to me was I pay the 154 monthly until the 1200 was paid off there was an additional 200 or so that I would have to pay additional which I thought was for breaking it into payments. Once I go to 1400 and some change the set would be mine. Or if I wanted to pay remaining balance by the five month mark it would be a little lower rate but if not keep doing the monthly. Never did anyone explain this to me or say this was just a lease. I got one piece of paper with payment dates and amounts I never got a copy of this lease which legally I am supposed to receive. I have never received anything by mail or email from either company ever. I have never even had a phone call. None of this came to light until I called to see when the last payment was. I am appalled by the way customers are lied to probably to get a commission. I used the Reynoldsburg location and will be posting reviews and complaints on all websites and bbb. Legally they need to explain this to people and give them a copy of this agreement. I also deal with leases I work in a rental office and have for several years. You have to give a copy of this document to the party even if they signed otherwise it is null in void. Meaning good luck with this holding up in court. Not to mention I have paid for this and would not be giving it back to you. This is one of the shadiest things I have seen by such a big business. I am truly floored. I have worked out a settlement with this leasing company of about another 250 dollars and then it is mine no longer a lease. Which is ridiculous but I will pay it. At this point I have paid just over 1700 for this 1200 set. If I wouldnt have called I would have paid even more. This is a horrible thing to do to people. I may have paid all this money which was the intention of this company. However, I will be posting complaints and negative reviews everywhere. Every resident buying a house, vendor, construction worker, family member or friend I will let them know how horrible this company is and how they treat their customers. Dont ever go there!! Stay away!!

Terrible ! Stay away ! Good price but appliances are garbage. My boyfriend and I bought a stove from there on 07/20/16 . We recently bought a new house and the stove it came with was super old so we wanted something new. We barely cook by the way but we still wanted something more modern in our kitchen. We got our stove for 515 stainless and black. When the oven is on the oven gets extremely hot on the top you cant even touch it ! The burners work great , so the oven definitely seems defected and unsafe . I have a four year old daughter also . We called the store within 30 days of purchase and was refused a refund. They are extremely rude by the way too but when youre in here store they will be really nice and helpful wont leave you alone but its a front because the moment you call them they are screaming manufacture just trying to push you off to someone else . I spoke with a suppose to be manger named Eugene he talked over me the whole time we spoke on the phone . This company act like if I return the stove and get my money back there lights will be cut off 😂😂 they really suck just be ware to all you new home owners go to menards or Sears and more trusted business with a reputation and not a business so hard of for money and thats all they seem to care about. There business practices seems very unbiased and unethical so I will be in contact there corporate office and better business bereau and channel 6 on your side to put them in blast for the whole city to be aware of how crooked they are and I will be getting me an attorney 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕
