Great place friendly staff always have what I need

This is the only place in town I will go for parts. Trainable prices, quality parts, huge inventory, great staff. I went in for dryer parts today, and they kept just pulling them out from under the front counter - it got to be absurdly funny. Theyre knowledgeable and helpful, and have what I need every time.

We live in Lewis center, and had to travel for a spell, maybe like 30 minutes, but thats okay. Im spoiled, and used to either ordering online, or only having to travel like 8 minutes up the road. But, the travel time was okay, going to Dayco. Watch the right hand turn, if youre coming from Lewis Center, once you get there.This store is worth it!!! we had ordered a part online, at another website, who shall remane nameless, and they kept sending out the wrong part. We needed an evaporator/fan motor thingy, and the other website kept telling us that model number didnt match the part for our Fridge...Our Fridge has the wrong model number on the inside of the door of the Fridge...Thats whirlpools fault...This store here, told us something to the effect that the model number on our Fridge doesnt match the ACTUAL part that we need!!! thank you for catching this error. The other company told us they didnt have any in stock, just kept telling me that i was ordering the wrong part...Dayco corrected the situation for us, explained that whirlpool was back-logged, due to Covid-19, which is to be expected. He placed the order for us, we pay when its in. We have to keep putting ice in our fridge, until the part comes in. Freezer is perfect though!!! this is the first refrigerator that has ever, had the Fridge part go completely warm on us. Ice is working so far, if this happens to anyone else, just put a ton of ice in your fridge part, until your evaporator fan comes in. Thank you Dayco, for helping and correcting the situation...I will NEVER purchase another whirlpool ever again. Gonna stick with my handy dandy Frigidaire, or Maytag...:) Thanks again Dayco, youre the best!!! If I lived four hours away, I would travel to yall!!!...:) Sorry for the novelish review. I take my reviews VERY SERIOUSLY...Somebody needs to tell Lewis Center, and Delaware County to Open a Dayco appliance parts store out here!!! Lol...:) we dont need all of these restaurants!!! Thanks again Dayco!!!

Couldnt ask for a better, honorable company and employees. Needed to return a expensive part, electrical at that, which they do not do because of policy. They did work with me on return, when they didnt have to. I will always give you my business, thank you for helping me out with a problem.

On 1/20/2020 I went to Dayco, Columbus with the refrigerator model number and broken part in hand. I was greeted with hello how can I help you.Within a few minutes, the part was ordered and paid for and I was out the door. Another firm told me that the part was discontinued and it would have cost $50 + Dayco charged me ~ $14 and they had over 50 in stock at their warehouse. I picked it on 1/22/2020. Im very happy with my experience.Thank You Joe C

Hands down. Its the best appliance parts store in USA. Staff have COMPLETE knowledge of probably any appliance you could ever need parts for. & if they dont have it. They can usually tell you where you can find it. I have dealt with them off & on for probably 30 years. Always my first call when it comes to appliance repairs

Fast and friendly service. When I started asking the guy about the part but I was buying he turned to one of the other customers who was also in the room and asked him who gave me the full lowdown on how to install the part. He was a professional also picking up parts but spend a minute answering my questions. I will definitely come back as their prices are also in line or better than everybody elses

A bit of confusion at first on getting a order that was placed over phone.

Awesome place and they are so helpful. I was having trouble figuring out was part I needed to get my Kenmore dryer working and they spent time with me and we figured out it was one of two things. I fixed my dryer - with some extra hands - for a minimal amount of money with the help I got at Dayco!

Dryer was squealing and running slow. I did a Google search and figured it out (pulley, 4 rollers and a belt). They had all the parts at a reasonable price and treated me very well.

Needed a dryer part, so I gave the model number to the employee and the part needed. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with the correct part! Very friendly service, too.

Dayco is the place to go for appliance parts but more important the parts you cant find . They have given me advice and saved me money

Friendly and professional staff! They supply all kinds of replacement parts, from kitchen appliances to washer and dryer components. They can order the part for you provided you give them the appliance model and serial number.

Helpful...they had lots of stuff Ive not seen elsewhere such as long brushes to clean dryer vents. Hard to rate it since I dont really shop there. I bought a replacement for my icemaker plus a brush for cleaning my dryer. Saved $30 as the part on the internet was more. But they wouldnt allow a return if I wanted because they said it was an electrical part. I was able to return what I bought on the internet.

Weve had to use Dayco a lot for our washer. They always have the parts we need and at a good cost! I dont have a huge review to write or anything. But just if you are looking for a part, this is the place to go!

Thought I had a bad part parts guy test with the ohmmeter and it was still good so its nice to have an honest person

My 20 year old dryer stopped heating and I walked in there expecting to purchase a new heating element. The person that helped me suggested I pull some parts and showed me where on a parts diagrams. I went home and brought back in the parts and everything tested out just fine. They gave me some more suggestions and it turned out that the dryer wasnt plugged in correctly. Unbelieveble level of service and they didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. Saved me over $100

Had the belt I needed for a rather old dryer in stock. If youre in need of an appliance part, I cant recommend them highly enough. Just make sure you have the part number or model number of the appliance and itll be as smooth as possible.

Theyve helped me repair my dryer twice. Anyone who can help you keep a 20 year old dryer working like new is worth 5 stars.

What ever you do don’t shop here won’t tell you about return policies until you actually return items that haven’t been used. Warning

There is absolutely not enough praise for this business. I have been going here for appliance parts for a long time and they are always very helpful.

I hate writing bad reviews, but most of the time, i find myself not wanting others to experience the bad service i get. So i have to tell....But every once in a while, you find a gem of a business. After several good exchanges, i must tell everyone i know and paste it on the matrix (web).I have purchased everything from dryer, washer belts, dryer fan blades, several bake elements for stoves. Dayco has always had the parts in stock, and cheaper than Ebay. Which is nice, because you can get the part locally, and support a local business. i have developed a reputation among friends for my ability to repair their appliances and saving them money. Especially those fallin on rough times, buying the parts and repairing them for free (sorry family and friends only too much liability).Thank you Dayco for always having the parts i need and offering expert advice on my appliance repairs.

This place has been a disappointment since day one, ordered a part for our oven an gave them over 3 weeks to deliver, the came up with excuse after excuse, finally after being fed up, I got online and ordered the part, it came in two days, this is why retail is dead, save your time, avoid these guys
