I placed an order nearly a month ago and the product still has not shipped. Whenever I called to inquire about my order I was told I would receive a call back from a representative. A full day later I still have not heard anything from the company.

Fine thermostat does the job. Expensive compared to there competitor. People are really nice on phone thought!

As a buyer I asked for a quotation for a few thousand thermostats. They were very expensive compared to U-15 thermostat. They seemed knowledgeable but there prices have skyrocketed.
