Stephanie was great in assisting us with making sure we got the food we needed. She assisted with building a dinner for us instead of sitting back and allowing us to make a LA Cart purchases. She is the best.

First time here. We were passing through and decided to get lunch. Very clean inside, food was fresh, ham was great. The deli selection and soup was a great lunch choice. Recommend to others who like ham !!

Prepaid order online. Separate line for prepaid orders. Youd think that line would move fast - nope! Watched many come in and get through no reservation line much faster as the prepaid line stood and watched the cashier getting prepaid orders move so slowly a tortoise would have been faster. Will impact my decision on purchasing a ham next year.

I ordered a meal kit for Thanksgiving this year at Honey Baked Ham a week before Thanksgiving day.To make sure there was no problems with the order I went to the store and picked out the food I wanted, when I was done I was told NOT to pay for it now but to wait until I picked it up instead, that seemed odd to me so I asked again and was reassured that this is what I was suppose to do and that an email confirmation number would be sent to me and to present that when I picked up my kit.I even called the day before Thanksgiving to see what the store hours were and was never told about the chaos that was waiting for me later that day.When I pulled up to the store I saw about 75 people in line outside the building, I approached an employee outside who told me I had to stand in line if I had not prepaid in the store or online. As I talked to other people in the line it became apparent that many customers were told NOT to pay when they ordered their food also.I am absolutely convinced we were all lied to in order to create an appearance of high demand for their product. This is SHAMEFUL and DANGEROUS because of the crowds gathering unnecessarily during this COVID-19 pandemic.I was planning to buy another meal kit from them for New Years but after this very purposeful stunt they pulled today, I will boycott them until they change their policy of causing needless distress on their customers. It took me nearly 2 HOURS to get my food.To make matters worse they had 2 or 3 employees periodically walk by to tell us sheep to cheer up or dont worry the line is moving along they should ALL be inside working not pep talking the crowds.WE ALL NEED TO STAND UP FOR OURSELVES AND SPEAK WITH OUR MONEY.

Ordinarily, I am very pleased with Honeybaked ham, but this year it was awful! When you buy something this expensive, you expect a consistent, high quality product. We were very disappointed in the taste of the ham, and we probably should have just bought it at a grocery store. The service was mediocre and the greeter was rude. So I’m finished. It’s so sad to see this happen, but it wouldn’t surprise me to see the store close soon unless someone in authority cleans it up.

Super positive and accomadating service by the manager and staff. That is why I like the Honey Baked Ham store in Harbison, well the ham is pretty good too.

Theyre debit card swiper needs to be updated to 2020. It took 15 minutes of my time waiting on their card machine to update.. they have good quality hams but they are over overpriced. Im sure they could afford to update their system.

Terrible customer service! I went on my lunch break with no customers in front of me. I walked up to the counter and asked what was in the Cobb Salad. The lady said It will take 15 minutes. I felt like she was annoyed I walked in. I asked 15 minutes to prepare the salad? She replied. Yes. We dont have them ready. I have had lunch here before and understand how it works. She clearly didnt want to answer my question or to have to prepare my 15 minute salad. I left and went to Panera in front of their location. They were able to prepare a soup AND a salad in about 5 minutes.

The ham here is soooo good. My dad bought us one for Christmas at 7lbs. It lasted us less than a week. I dont even like to eat the same thing over and over but it was good enough to do so. Prices were about 7$ per pound. Not bad especially if you compare to a grocery deli. I can only speak for the product not the service, as it was a gift.

The Good: This place has some of the freshest, highest quality Ham and Turkey in the area, so far, that Ive tried. Theres usually always a line here because the food is that good. It always smells of Ham in the place because of the free samples in the store. The employees are friendly and this place generally just has a warm feel to it.The Bad: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PH#! This establishment will use your phone# for telemarketing purposes and to send you endless texts about coupons. Thats really my only gripe with this establishment.Try the Roast Turkey, it cant be beat! I promise!

We ordered lunch boxes for our college summer closing program. Excellent service and food. Students loved those cookies a lot. We appreciate the help.

All was well line was long but thats to be expected for so reason my ham seemed a bit tough but still good overall good experience

Ordered a cooked turkey breast for Thanksgiving. We were told to be there on wednesday before opening. My husband was there at 6:30 am. When the doors opened he was told the turkeys were not ready. He had to stand to the side to wait. He noticed several customer who had came in after him were given turkey breast fully cooked. He politely mentioned this to a young girl who did not seem to care that he was still standing there after thirty minutes. Finally, they gave him the turkey. When he came home the turkey was very cold. The turkey tasted like a turkey ham, very dry and no flavor. Will never use them again.
