Charlotte made herself available for a private consultation and was a delight to work with! We chose a quartz countertop for our kitchen remodel and we couldnt be happier!Her installation team was courteous, professional and clean! Like a well oiled machine, they did the job with accuracy and in a timely manner. Had one small issue and they were happy to fix it!Very competitive pricing and unbeatable service make this a must use business when you are doing a remodel or new build. As a realtor, I work with a lot of different vendors. Finding one like Royale Marble and Granite, who will follow through and give a quality product, is like finding a needle in a haystack! In a world of degrading customer service I get excited when I find a company like Royal Marble and Granite, located in Columbia, TN. I just moved to TN and was fortunate enough to get a quote from Royal Marble and Granite and after dealing with Charlotte in the show room I went with them. Thank goodness!! It’s one thing to purchase a product and have no issues and find it satisfactory…but what if you need a little extra customer service??!! That was the case. First off, Charlotte was a fountain of knowledge and advice for the product I was looking for and after selecting what I wanted, (from a vast selection of products and prices) great attention was given to me from scheduling template measuring to installation etc. The crew was clean, prompt, communicative and professional (and friendly). I was very happy with the results! As can happen, a short time later there was a small issue with my quartz, (a manufacturing issue, not RM & G store)! I immediately was prepared for possible difficulty, (something I experience more often than not), but not the case! Charlotte was all over it with a great attitude and the problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently!! They bent over backwards to make it even better than right! That’s why I’m writing this. One thing to have decent service when all is perfect but quite another when you need extra service, that’s where this company made a difference for me and I am sure glad I went with them! I got the recommendation to use Royale Marble & Granite from a colleague. I’m so happy we followed his advice. I built an outdoor fireplace for a customer and I wanted to add that “Wow” factor. We decided to add granite accents to the hearth and above the firewood storage areas. We went with a black leathered granite and had the edges chiseled. Oh boy did it come out great! Royale delivered in price, service, and quality. The customers and I were so impressed that we’ve decided to add the same granite to the tops of the short wall columns and a piece to surround the firebox. I just put my new order in, but I couldn’t wait to write this review. I’ll post pictures as soon as I figure out how. Thank you Miss Charlotte!

We had two great experiences with the purchase and installation of granite at Royale Marble and Granite. The owner, Charlotte is great to work with. This company provides an excellent product- in our case, beautiful and thick granite as well as professional installation. She has a great installation crew. They are no only professional but very friendly. One of the installation crew members took a piece of granite that was a remnant from the cook top cut out and polished it and made it into a cutting surface for us. It can sometimes be a challenge to get contractors or home design professionals to show up or even call you back due to the demand for construction work in our area but that wasn’t our experience with Royale Marble and Granite. They were always punctual and Charlotte promptly returns emails, texts and messages. I’m addition, the prices we were quoted are what we paid- there was no bait and switch like we’ve heard happening with other granite companies.

Really nice people, the lady that runs the place nows what she is doing and the crew they have are really good at what they do. she will also help you pick out paint colors.

What a surprise to find this store in Columbia. The owner Charlotte was professional, knowledgable, and engaging when discussing all the options for granite, marple and quartz. Her easy-going nature, her honest fair prices and willing to work solutions with my budget were terrific. Knowing the company store front and meeting the people that would be responsible for the installation gave me piece of mind as well. Glad to have found them!
