Employers were pleasant. Store was well stocked and organized. Carolyn was a great cashier - very Professional!

Came to see what Christmas stuff I could get, and although the item I came for wasnt there, I did find so much more to create with. So happy with my visit.

Great bargains.... always nicely stocked. Most stores have even added a $3-$5 aisle.

Great deals and the cashier was extremely helpful making sure to carefully wrap my glass items.

Dollar Tree must be a great store because my wife spent $80 theyre buying crafty stuff but it is a well-thought clean store so I would recommend it to anyone

This place has been down badly the cashier and one of the workers were not customer friendly they spoke to me in a nasty tone moreover the the store was was unkeeped and dirty water was on the floor in the cleaning supply section and a customer fell hard to the floor I was coming down the Isle when I heard a loud noise that sounded like something had dropped to the floor but when I got to the area I found it a elderly customer had fallen down to the floor. There was no one in sight to help her. I see why theyre were hardly any customers shopping there. Seeing that the holidays are coming I expected to see more customers shopping but there were only a few people including myself shopping . I will not shop there again unless they fix and clean up the store.

This Dollar Tree has some items for more than $1.00. Interesting stuff

I live in Lexington and go to this location (Decker Blvd) all the time. It is a lot bigger than the other locations and clean. The cashier was very nice also.

The cashier with long red braids, did not greet customers as they came in which is no big deal but it surely was indicative of the attitude to follow. She almost got into an argument with an elderly lady over balloons. When she was wrong she did not have the manners to apologize to the elderly ladies but had the audacity to cross her arms like a child and roll her eyes at the lady. Not a very good example for customer service representation for Dollar tree on Decker boulevard in Columbia South Carolina

Only a few people working .. its been a busy trip to dollar tree sure the stimulus is stimulating people to shop for sure !

I know that everything in the Dollar Tree only cost a dollar, but oh my goodness can they at least clean up and keep the merchandise neat and tidy? I mean do they have managers that actually manage the stores? There were items on the floor though out the store. The place was a wreck. Empty boxes etc. Its hard to shop when the place is utter kaois.

I was a little disappointed in items not being available and waiting time of checkout.

This store is a Mess. I understand out of stock, but being Messing, unorganized, looking like something had exploded in the Store is so bad.What has happened to the running of this Store?? SAD...VARY SAD.

The store is a bit messy and disorganized in each individual section. There were about 4 people working. As soon as there was a rush, some workers opened registers to take the next customer. However, this did leave a lot of pallets (product to be put on the floor in boxes) out on the floor in each department which could be harmful to those walking around in the store.There was a lot of food condiments, pantry foods, and frozen food available. They have a lot of snacks, drinks (minimal water choices - either a gallon of water or individual sized deer park/desani water), and party favors. I enjoyed the seasonal area where they had decorations or items for the season, in this case American flags and gardening tools. The kitchen area has plates, napkins, and cutlery. So, this could be a great place to get basic items for a party. The area had bags and 2 for $1 cards making this a stop for inexpensive event cards or bags that could help make a party pop compared to party city and their prices.

It was quick and easy. This store is very conveniently located. The clerks are extremely helpful patient and understanding. This epidemic has things in a bit of an uproar however these women and men are very professional.

The air doesnt work ,so its hot in there ,and the store needs restocking ,but everyone is doing the best they can ,at this time with everything going on

This is the best Dollar Tree in Columbia,SC! I love going here for all sorts of stuff! Food dishes cleaning supplies and even toys for the kids!I only wish the male manager was nice. Best location. We went for last minute Easter supplies and for less than 40 bucks got everything we needed, and some. Its well organized, as these types of stores go. Many times, they are a wreck, making it near impossible to find anything specific. This location appears to be well managed. I wont go to any other.

Good experience. I found myself seeing more than I actually needed as usual. Lol. This place is dangerous to your wallet if youre not careful. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to gets their basic products for awesomely cheap prices. Save your money on basic goods. Shop here.

I went in and was pleasantly surprised how the layout of the store had changed. It was not clutter every where and very neat. The lines were long as always due to the fact it is Dollar Tree. No place else to find a good deal at a great price.

Do yall pay your employees a dollar an hour, too? Because if so, thats about what youve got. I often shop at Dollar Tree in other locations and am quite pleased with the stores. This one was low in the inventory I was looking for, though I bought several other things. I was shopping with my aunt (who had to ask another customer if she was done with her buggy, because there were none available), but my aunt started to feel unwell, so she went out to the car and I stayed to pay for both our items. I kept mine separate from hers in a basket and was paying for her items first. The cashier started complaining about how people cant bother to empty their baskets and then proceeded to dump my items on the counter, at which point she dumped out a drink that was in the basket and essentially blamed me for having a drink in the basket. She then complained about how many baskets were building up on her counter, and pointed out to the carts customers had left in front of her register. Completely unprofessional. The guy at the register behind her proceeded to complain along with her about how nobody can bother to put their carts away. I cant believe I actually apologized for her dumping out my drink. I was standing there feeling bad for buying things. I wont go back there again.

I enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree store, Its convenient for me. And it has almost everything I need . Even food! The area is great, everything is a dollar and I love it.

They have new management and have really turned the store around. Alot cleaner and very helpful Associates. The new manager is great as well. Keep up the great work.

The store was crowded with boxes as they had not stopped shells hard to get around in the aisles. They did not have what I was looking for as far as craft projects. Most other Dollar Trees. What I was looking for this moment closer to my home so this is where I went. The cashier was polite however she did a lot of complaining about the fact that she was the only one on the register. There were actually only two employees and the manager there and it was after 12 noon on a Friday.

Decent dollar store. Sometimes its stocked nicely and neatly, other times its mess. Depends on when they receive trucks/stock.

It was super hot in there! Not normally like that. Also, the floors were covered with trash. Either from unpacking items or customers.

The employees were gathered in the front bad mouthing customers and Dollar Tree using very unpleasant words.

Me and my girlfriend returned cleaning products back on Thanksgiving Day and the cashier at the register stated that we can only trade in those returned cleaning items for non food items. If a customer return items and they cant get their funds back the least they should be able to trade for food items. Dollar Trees policy sucks and when we was short of a few cent the cashier wasnt gonna allow us to just walk away with what we paid for. Dollar Tree is becoming just like their competition slowly but surely.

I love, love, love Dollar tree! But there are Not enough shopping carts!!Our store on decker was lacking in items compared to the other stores but as of recent have greatly improved. My complaints is there are not enough shopping carts! And its a big inconvenience.

This store. It is always crowded, there are always boxes in the aisles that you have to maneuver around and is very unkept, they are NEVER ENOUGH carts and the cashiers are not welcoming. The store could also do with electric carts for us handicapped individuals.

Whenever asking for help, there is someone always there and anything I need in emergency is always there, at the lowest price.

I love the Dollar Tree. It shortens my visits to grocery stores and grocery shopping. It saves me alot. I thank God for Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, and Dollar General.

I dont know the name of the two ladies working tonight. But the store was highly disorganized with boxes everywhere. Althought the cashier was polite and accomendating the night manager was not. She was not aware of anything that was going on around her. she did not greet customers and had earphones in her ear. The line was so long that people began to complain.The cashiers was doing her best to give 100% percent satifaction. I had to physically get out of line to tell the manager that the cashier needed her assistance. Her clueless reply was I told her to call me. This angered me because of how busy the cashier was, I am sure she did not have the time to call the manager. The very meaning of manager is a person responsible for controlling or administering all or part of a company or similar organization. I would highly recommend you guys retraining her or giving the position to the cashier who through all the customers complaints never lost her ability to smile and make the best of her sistuation.

Ghetto employees...Unprofessional, rude inappropriate conversation in front of customers, slow cashiers turning around having personal conversations about being pregnant and buying clothes. Cashier should be subjusting items near the registers to make profit for the company. Store manager and others mangers are present and allow this type of customer service to happen. If thats the employees they have no wonder the store is always dirty. Family members hanging in the store at the register. I will never spend another penny there. Employees like that is why so many businesses or closing. WOW!!
