Poor customer service, very disrespectful to customers. Poor product quality and communication. Owner yelled at me in the store after I asked a question. I do NOT recommend using them for services.

Hes just all around nice and respectful ..he has patience he doesnt ignore you ,he doesnt give you anything that you cant use or he doesnt suggest anything that just to take your money or like that Ive been to the a and q up in Kansas City and theyre very nice people compared to the stuff down here in Columbia he was the next person to be the same store kcmo.but anyway hes very sweet hes hes out around cool you know very open-minded straightforward

Fair prices, not the best, but fair. The man at the register is always friendly and helpful. This is where I go for my kids hair needs. I prefer it over other hair stores in town.

Manager of the store sold me cheap bundles claiming it was 100% Brazilian human hair also burnt a carefully selected strand of the hair as a real hair test. It was like a rats nest! I stopped buying bundles from here. Went in today for a draw string ponytail for my daughter. It came with a claw clip and it will not fit her bun. Manager was unwilling to return or exchange I was only gone from the store about 5 minutes. Manager tried to lie and say no refund because of the clips but turned around and said the policy covered everything. I will never shop here again!

Signs outside are a little misleading, nothing I asked about was 50% off. Still pretty reasonable on prices and the man that is usually there is helpful.

They have a lot to choose from. However, they are overpriced on some items by almost DOUBLE the price. Lacking in customer service. I will never come here again. The same guy that runs the register everyday immediately cut me off and told me that Deva Curl products are not for black people. I am mixed with long, curly hair? When I asked for a product that he recommends he told me to do more research and come back later. On other days that I have been in there before this happened he is always playing video games at the register.

Wide selection of products, including a variety of hair relaxer treatments that I am unable to find anywhere else in town. If you will be trying on wigs, be advised that they only let you try on three per day for hygiene reasons. Thats very limiting, but I appreciate their cleanliness.

Prices too high, was told due to the quality however 2 of the 3 wigs I tried on were falling apart. The Employee didnt seem to want to really sell me anything. Was more interested in what was going on on the phone. Store was messy, like they got a shipment and never put it away😁 They did have a good selection of merchandise, so thats a plus and they did exchange something for me that typically isnt exchanged. Im giving them the benefit of the doubt and blaming it on all the work thats been going on in front of their place lately, and maybe school tests?? Yeah...lets go with that. I WOULDNT NOT SHOP THERE but improvements are needed for sure. Thats what this is for after all right?

If I could give -1 star I would. I have shopped at this beauty store for years! I purchased a few packs of hair from this store a few weeks ago and ended up getting the wrong type. I called today to see if I can bring it in to exchange it, not even to return it just exchange. The man that answered the phone said we dont do returns or exchanges. I dont remember seeing all sales final posted anywhere in or outside the store. Okay so now Im stuck with hair that I wont use. Needless to say they just lost a customer.

This is a great store. I could just go in there and look around at all the stuff they have. Anything you want I think they have it there.

Overly priced old wigs, human hair that is not really human just terrible in my opinion. I purchased hair that basically was no good for anything because it wouldnt curl.I will not be back.

Decent selection. Needs more natural wigs such as afros and twists.

This store is a total ripoff...!! Bought some hair products from them at a higher rate, only to end up with fake products. Ill count that as my loss, but will never go back. Oh and i will make sure to tell anyone that cares to listen to avoid going there as much as possible (if you value your hard earned money)
