The makeup was done by Vilas and she definitely knows what shes doing! Great job!

Went for an eyebrow threading in Columbia Mall. Horrible results. Service was super quick and there seemed to be no rhyme or reason to the threading. I left with jacked up brows and a simple “sorry” from the threader. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

Went there last Saturday to have my eyebrows done and tinted. This place is over an hour from where I live. I stopped at a gas station on my way home. Realized she dropped ink on my brand new North Face coat. No phone number to contact this location and not able to access a web page. Haven’t been able to express my concern. Very unprofessional

I stop by every two weeks or so for touch ups with my monthly package. Vilas has a way of being gentle on my sensitive skin, which is greatly appreciated! Yes, they will instinctively ask if you want your upper lip threaded along with your eyebrows, that is part of their services (which is not included in my monthly package), but all you have to do is say no thank you and it is as simple as that! Always in and out fast. Ive seen her do some pretty makeup applications as well! Give them a try and shell be your new favorite too!! :)

Very nice people and satisfied with the threading work done. I got my eyebrows, upper lip, and chin since for $30! Since its in the Colombia Mall next to JCPenny, parking is pretty good.

Vilas is fantastic! My eyebrows have never looked better. I go in basically every week because my eyebrows grow so quickly so I almost always get the 3 month package of eyebrows and upper lip because it’s cheaper. She is very nice and makes sure she does your eyebrows exactly the way you want them. The threading is not abrasive and has never left my skin red like waxing use to do. The service is fast but very thorough. I’m in and out in less then 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend!

Changing my rating to 1 because of the fraudulent charges to my account by RMLA.I received a text stating that RMLA was going to increase the monthly subscription from $17 to $25 Since I dont use RMLA services for more than once a month, I did not wish to continue with this subscription at this increased monthly rate. Hence, I responded CANCEL to the text received from RMLA on Aug 30, 2019 and thereby closed my account, or believed that the company would follow through !But RMLA continued to charge me for the next 2 months without bothering to end my subscription as I requested. 8/30, which clearly states that they would end my subscription once I responded CANCEL , which I had done immediately.When I discovered this, I went to the RMLA website but did not find a Customer Service number or a way to access my account ! Hence, I had to physically go to an RMLA outlet in the Colu huumbia Mall and had the staff call RMLA to close my account FINALLY today !However, the rude staffer refused to issue me a refund of the 2 fraudulent charges. I have demanded an immediate refund of the charges made to my account for Sept & Oct.I am sharing my experience with everyone so that this company does not do this to other customers in the future.I am extremely disappointed and frustrated at being cheated in this manner by a company I trusted!

I really like this place. Vilas is doing my eyebrowsAnd whole face. She is very experienced lady. I even don’t feel any pain while she is doing my eyebrows and face. I always recommended this place.

I would have given zero stars if I could. My sister and I came to do our eyebrows there were two middle eastern women. Each of them did our eyebrows, when they finished they informed us of the $45 promotion for three months we both let them know that we only wanted to pay for one person for the promotion. When we were done with the service one of the ladies charge me for the $45. When my sister was paying, she charged her for the $45 the promotion . I repeated to tell her a third time that I did not want to be charged a second time for that promotion . She then told me that she could not do a refund and proceeded to lie that my sister said yes to the promotion. She tried to do the refund herself and charged my credit card three times. After she had overcharged my credit card she called corporate and had the refund done.I of course returned for service because I had paid for the promotion. And the same lady, on the last day of my promotion did my eyebrows and lips. I had to pay for the lip service because that was not included in the promotion. As soon as she told me The total it was a lot so I double checked what she had charged me and saw that she charge me $9 for the chin service which I did not have done. I let her know and she apologized.If this issue have not happened twice the service would have been excellent!

I have membership of this place. Vilas is very professional. I like the way she does my eyebrows. She does a very good job.I don’t feel any pain at all. I recommend this place.

My mom and I come here every single week to get our brows done. Vilas Aunty is the best!! She has a lot of experience with doing brows. I like how we are able to get the 6 month package deal so I don’t have to pay every time I come. It’s super continent and makes it cheap. The service is amazing. The customers are really cared for and treated like family.

I took the specials for 3 months. Vilas does a very good job with the eyebrows. Highly recommend ladies

I come to RMLA once every week or two with my membership and see Vilas. She is very gentle on my skin and always does a great job. Her customer service is excellent. I would recommend Vilas to anyone interested in threading.

My grandmother and I stopped because we were looking at the promotion on the sign. The promotion was explained totally different from what the sign represents. So we decided not to go with the promotion, but still get our eyebrows threaded. My grandmother went before me. She has gotten her eyebrows threaded before elsewhere. While she was seated she was constantly told to pull her skin a certain way while the lady threaded her eyebrows. My grandmother said she never had to do this before when she got her eyebrows threaded. Once the lady finished both eyebrows we noticed one was further down so the lady proceeded to fix this. Once she was finished fixing it we then noticed that one was thinner then the other. Meaning the lady took too much off. We pointed this out and she still charges the full amount. Once we left we noticed that where the lady was threading was completely red and burning. It also looked like it could bleed just a bit. When my grandmother woke up the morning after the threading her eyes were a little swollen. I would definitely not recommend coming her to get eyebrow threading!

I go to RMLA in the Columbia Mall. The threading is fantastic. I only use Vilas Mangukiya. She has soft hands, but a firm touch to thread my face. I use her services for a full face threading and always get clean skin. The full face package is a bargain for someone who needs regular treatment. I have never had anyone but Vilas do such an excellent job. As an older woman, I have tried many services. RMLA with Vilas is by far the best.
