Pretty clean and polite associates like theyd rather be anywhere in the world there. And their dog was just not what I expected from seeing the signs at the front of the store. And the products in merchandising were completely over price even if clearance rack had items early 50 and 70% off Elmora still Morris like $104. Terrible terrible will never go back.

How does this place stay in business? I dont see how anybody could think this place has good prices evidently youve never shopped anywhere else. Went across the street to Shoe Show and got the same exact pair of shoes that I was looking at here for half the price. Did not see a single pair of shoes that was less than $110. Unless you have a preferred customer card then there was very few shoes that you got deals on after getting the card. If you think GB Shoes has great prices on shoes then evidently you voted for biden.

The customer service was off the charts here. During my time at GB I had at least 3 employees maybe 4 approach me and my girlfriend asking if we needed assistance. I wish more places would do this. I did feel like shoe stock was a little low but in todays world I shouldnt be surprised. I will be back.

Wanted to buy shoes. I had no socks. I also had just had a pedicure so my toes were still wet.Asked if shoes could be purchased and taken home and tried on. Yes they were 50% off.I was told that the policy was no shoes could be returned unless they were full priced shoes!Not sure how they stay in business.I will not ever shop there again.

What major store in a city the size of knoxville closes at 7 pm on a Friday evening? I drive several miles to see if they have the shoes I am looking for, and they’re closed! All the surrounding stores are open. If you want business you have to be open! There is a high volume of traffic all around. But I guess they don’t care to do business! Apparently they do the same thing on Saturdays. Some of us have jobs and like to shop in the evenings when we go out. This is my first and last attempt to give them any business. If you’re looking for shoes, I would look elsewhere.

The Lady that helped me tried her best. Going above and beyond to find the shoe i asked for. Calling other stores and going on sketchers website. They dont make their arch support in my size. I just hated to drive to knoxville and leave empty handed.

Had everything we needed from boots to heels my little girl found the perfect light ups so all masked and clean.

Selection was horrible to be such a large store. Absolutely nothing in my size. No offer of any assistance but when I was leaving about 10 minutes prior to closing they wasted no time to lock the door behind me.

Great selection, and shoes are out on the aisles so you can easily find what you want, see the sizes they have out on the aisles, and try them on without having to wait. They can also order your size for you if needed.

We have purchased a large amount of shoes at the Clinton Hwy store for our organization that provides free shoes for children. The manager and his employees are fabulous! The store is clean, well stocked, and Mr. Stoner and his team are so helpful. The quality and prices of the shoes are first-rate. I cannot make enough positive comments about this store and manager.

This is truly a great shoe store. Our son is growing fast and they have a great selection of shoes in his size (12-13). Even some nice clothes. We were able to get shoes for my wife and my self, our son and 3 grandchildren. All with a good selection and price.

I was told by a friend that the prices here are super high, but I decided to try them out myself over the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised! I found a pair of tall boots for $19.99, and there were PLENTY to choose from!The store does have a preferred card, just like those cards at the grocery stores - not a credit card but you get discounts for using it. The regular prices are definitely astronomical, but the discount card prices are incredible (50-75% less in most cases).I also loved their selection! They had tons of shoes in every category for women - boots, sandals, shoes, sneakers...this will definitely be my new go-to store!Also, the employees were very nice and very helpful.The only con was that there werent many preferred prices on mens footwear, so my fiance didnt even try anything on. Plus, we felt the mens styles somewhat limited, at least compared to the womens. I only glanced at kids sneakers and found them on par with our local Shoe Show prices, so that was good as well.I definitely recommend checking them out!

I loved the selection of winter style shoes for women, but I didnt have any luck finding shoes for my 4 year old. Slim pickings for anything in his size. But I did find some unbelievable boots for myself! Very nice staff.

Let me tell you, I came in the other day looking for shoes, and instead I found a life long friendship. I had the privilege of receiving help from Noah Keefer and G. These young men were so helpful, I do not think Ill ever need to buy another pair of shoes again. They most deserve raises. 10/10 establishment BUT ONLY because of these men.

I did not have a great experience here. I know there were employees there but I never had one speak to me, that doesnt really bother me all that much, but when they are charging rather high prices they need to rely more on their customer service to make an impact. They had a wide variety, but as I stated previously the prices all seemed really high. For some this may be a great store and have great experiences, but for me the whole visit was just meh.

Walked all the way through the store and was never greeted. The shoes seemed to be geared more for the higher class, didnt find anything appealing to my taste. Overall I feel the place had a snooty vibe to it.

Love going to GB Shoes. They always have a wide selection of shoes and even some boutique cloth items. They carry higher-end brands such as Merrill and Birkenstock.

Very easy to get what you need and without a hassle

The manager Matt is extremely rude and you will pay 2 times the price. The shoe store in Turkey Creek is cheaper and the employees are much nicer. I will never buy from GB again. They suck. They also only have a few sizes of MOST shoes. Some only had size 10 and size 6. I checked back and still no other sizes in that shoe.
