I could live in the dressing room! It was a very comfortable space we had lots of fun trying on our outfits. There was a family there lounging on the couch boosting us up like it was a fashion show. + I just want to take the giant mirror home.

Nice Urban Outfitters. They know how to decorate for sure. Instant camera film is behind the counter if youre looking for it!

My teen age daughter loves to shop here. They have the latest styles and great quality clothing. Staff were very helpful and so nice.

My youngest son was shopping for his big day. He turned 18 yrs old. The store had a few nice things but there wasnt much to go by. I really dont know what Urban outfitters thing is when it comes to clothes, style I guess its name is what it is. Go Figure.Well he got a couple of pieces to match up with his style, so thanks. We did love the warm customer service.

Cool stuff! I love the early 90s clothes they have going on. I may come back for that ying yang shirt! My favorite thing here is the socks, I love the man socks.

VERY RUDE! Very much in contact about a job over the phone went to the store front and they told me the position was filled after talking to them that morning about an open position! THEY DON’T HIRE BLACK PEOPLE! I advise everyone not to patronize this business!

Small store on college campus so nice for students but UO is too expensive. Clothes cost more than they worth. Did buy item for teen. Parking limited. Staff nice. Q

Um.... excuse me? I think I have already heard about this place. I actually knew about this place before any of you! I am just someone who is really, like, able to, like, pick up on vibes and stuff brahhh. This Urban Outfitters was here because they probably knew I was here and they wanted to say hello to me.

I really didn’t like the fact that I had to wait for two weeks to get my shoes. I tried to reach out to them but I wasn’t able to get any response. Although the shoes are good quality these guys are not reliable. Don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

It is your standard Urban Outfitters. A large store carrying nostalgic, hipster gear for you all you cool point needs. Good location near the University and other stores, restaurants, and attractions.

Always awesome going here. The store is always kept orderly and attractive. And, the associates are nice.

Some stuff is really cool, other stuff, not my style. Sometimes things are priced fairly, sometimes not. But, I bought the best pair of pants Ive ever owned from here, so I really cant complain. Mens UO stretch chinos. Everytime a pair wears out, I get another. Worth 50 bucks no matter how many times I have to replace them. Theyre so comfortable and the fit is perfect. In fact, Ive mirrored my other pant purchases off the cut off these. Really hard to beat, 10/10, top tier trousers

I mean - this place really is what it is. It is comforting to me to go into a store full of stuff that was on sale in stores 20 years ago. I pretend that makes me an elder statesman and not just some old guy taking about the good old days before Obama destroyed America.

Honestly, I have not been in this store but I have been very put off by them. They have installed very bright side-mounted lights along their front windows that shine directly out and into the eyes of oncoming drivers. So, beware!!! This creates VERY hazardous condition for drivers on Gervais Street and is even worse when raining.

Nice employees, always have pretty good deals in the sales area and a wide variety of products. A smaller urbanoutfitters than other places around but still very nice.

Mens selection is weak but the customer service is great

Really different type of style. Definitely for the college student. Didnt ask for my ID when I use my CC but, asked for it to make the return. Pointless and a way for retailers trying to deter you from a return. Didnt work.

I know UO is supposed to be an alternative store but it feels like the only thing not badic about the staff bis their hair. The last few times I was invisible to the staff. There was one girl who was helpful when I asked for assistance, but the rest were boderline rude. The guy at the resgister was sorting panties while I stood there. I said excuse me, he looked up and said can I help you? I replied I want to check out, and he said O, well let me finish this. He looked annoyed that I, a customer wanted to make a purchase. Ridiculious.

Great selection of books and unusual items.

The handicapped ramp has a HUGE macrame wallhanging that falls directly on the center of the ramp. Then after getting it caught in my wheels while trying to push the yarn over the HC railing, at the top of the ramp are heavey fixtures that they can not move. The handicapped fitting room is full of store fixtures. It has a bench. I can not sit on a stool like I was asked to. I told them to move the wooden tables out of the FR and put them in the non handicapped rooms since they had nowhere else to put them!

Store was clean but the staff profiled me and thought I was going to steal or couldn’t afford the items on display even tho I’m a frequent shopper of the brand. Won’t be visiting this location again
