The young there customer care and service was fantastic. She just needs to express herself with more confidence. She also took care of a problem that was of no fault of me. I brought my iPad in to repair the push home button. It was cracked and not working. When I picked it up it had a “touch” home button on the screen found in settings.. They should have told me that before I paid them $100.00 dollars to replace the cracked manual button. I told them I should have been told about the touch home button in my settings. The only response I got is sometimes the touch home button doesn’t work. I’ll never go there again! You can’t trust them. I got screwed! Beth Ferris

Technicians were helpful in diagnosing what was wrong with my iPhone. In fact, they were honest and told me that I really didn’t need extra work done! Phone was done on time at a great rate!!

Drop off my tablet on Saturday when the doors first open. I was first customer. I was told to pick it up on Sunday. I called at 12 to see if it was ready. He said it should be ready by closing which was 4. I came 15 mins to 4 and my son iPad wasn’t fox. The guy said every time he tried to fix it a customer came in. Y’all need to hire more help. The tech guy can’t run the front and fix things in the back.

Absolute best service! Every person I spoke to was attentive and polite. I had an issue that could have cost me a lot of money, but Veda (manager/owner) helped me find a solution that only ended up costing me a fraction of what I was expecting to pay! The prices were reasonable and the service was fast! This is the only place I will go from now on!

This place is not responsive in the slightest. I put in a query about a month ago and no response.First, they charged me more than the price of my phone to replace my screen, but I just assumed it would be good quality glass. However, I dropped my phone about 8 inches and it cracked again. Keep in mind, it took my phone being dropped from my motorcycle going 35mph in order to crack it the first time, so the material they replaced my screen with was cheap and not very strong at all. I asked about this and no response. I genuinely try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this has been a disappointment.

Took Phone in on Sunday and it was fixed overnight. The fact that it was Memorial day weekend, they were open, and extremely helpful. Cant fault them at all.

My screen was wickedly crackedand I dreaded the thought of buying a new iPhone. Luckily, I happened upon CPR Phone Repair when searching for a way to fix my iPhone. I went to their easily accessed site, stated my problem, received a free estimate, made my appointment online, took it in at said time, problem was fixed within and hour, and it was cheaper than initial estimate. For the life of me, I can’t remember the woman who helped me out, but she was awesomely helpful and nice as they come. I will recommend this business to anyone who needs phone repair. The service was professional, friendly, and prompt. You couldn’t ask for better care.

I took my iPhone XR in for a screen repair and got it back and it looks great. Very nice people. Hopefully I won’t have to go back to them again but if my screen cracks again that’s the place I’ll go. Took about an hour and 45 minutes because of other orders so make sure you have another phone for them to call when it’s ready. It was a better price and some of the other areas around irmo. Overall very satisfied :)

I appreciated the prompt customer service and the excellent soldering job that the hardware engineer did on my phones finicky charge port. This is a ZTE Axon 7 I use for Android development and I really needed the port to be fixed quickly so I can recharge the phone. The newly soldered port is working well.I would definitely come here again for any future repair needs.

I could not hear out of the ear speaker on my Iphone 7plus and was looking to replace the speaker which was quoted $65.00. I took it in to the store on Saturn Dr in Columbia and he said we should try cleaning it first before replacing. He cleaned the speaker and it sounds amazing. They charged me $15.00 so I saved $50.00. Amazing Customer Service and was Fast!!

They dont even have Samsung Note screens in stock. They order them when needed... So if you dont have an Apple dont expect same day service. On top of all of this they ordered the wrong so I had to wait an additional day. So literally it took 5 days to have y phone screen fixed🤦🏾‍♀️. The only redeeming thing about my experience is that the screen is now fixed and it only took an hour and a half to complete it...

I recently bought a new phone and wanted to ensure I had the right protection for my Note 10+. I stopped in at CPR and in minutes I had the right cover for my very expensive phone. These folks are knowledgeable and very professional. Sometimes all you want is what you are shopping for. Unlike other shops like Verizon or AT&T, CPR showed me what I needed and even put it on my phone without twisting my arm to buy something I really didnt need. For me, it was a screen cover but several friends of mine have even purchased refurbished phones here and really got some great deals. I have a family member who just cant keep from breaking her tablet screen and shes been here several times. I highly recommend you choose these folks the next time you need a phone, screen repair or just a screen cover like me. The selection of cases is better than I saw at Verizon for sure and these are professionals at what they do. The worst experience I have ever had with a company. They ruined my computer when they said they could fix it. After I paid them $45 for treatment that they said they couldn’t fix it and didn’t give me any money back after failing to do so. I took it to Mr. PC after I got it back and the guys at Mr. PC said the technician at CPR Phone Repair caused irreparable damage to my computer. Had I gone to Mr. PC first, I would have a working computer. Do not go here for computer support. Another location helped fix my phone but this location was terrible. Do not recommend. Go to Mr. PC instead!!!

Only store I will go to for my devices! I came in with 6 business cell phones that needed some TLC. I definitely came in right before closing, bc, you know, life! The owners stayed open and took care of all 6 phones. They replaced 6 front glass screen protectors and 2 back protectors. The first screen they replaced was faulty (1/10 screens are faulty, not their fault) and they very prompt on replacing it and making sure everything was in working order before I left. They were very nice and professional.

Never have I experienced the rudeness and disrespect for the customer as I did today by the manager at the Saturn Drive store. Not only was I treated with disrespect, but I was also told an untrue reason why my piece of equipment was still out for repair. Not once, not twice, but three times. Yes, I was not pleased that my piece of equipment was still not ready for pickup, after being told it would definitely be ready two days ago, after being told this two other times too. Then the male behind the counter communicated incorrect information, again as to why it had still not been repaired. Then the manager stepped in and should never have spoken to me the way she did. I still don’t have my piece of equipment and they have no clue when, or if, it can be fixed. What started off as a simple fix turned around real quick. They have shipped it out for repair and not sure when it will be shipped back to this store. Thank goodness this manager will be leaving this location, and I certainly hope the new manager will make sure the employees can communicate to the public with honesty and respect. Hopefully the new manager has received the proper training on dealing with customers in whatever the situation, because the current manager definitely did not get proper training.

The staff is amazing they are very friendly and professional they help me find a phone I wanted and were very patient and understanding during my decision process my only disappointment was I didn’t get the exact color phone I wanted I told them I preferred to have the rose gold but I received the silver but overall 10 out of 10 service and I would recommend a friend of family member to try them out.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Did not repair device properly and forced to pay restocking fee. Completely dissatisfied with the work provided because my iPad’s home button was unresponsive and I was only offered a $30 discount on a $170 job.

When I called in to ask about getting the screen replaced on my Samsung Note 8, I was informed that its a special order item and can take a couple days to receive. Not a big deal as my phone was still usable. I stopped into the store to pay the deposit and was excited to find out they actually had the exact parts in stock. He got my phone back to in about an hour and half and it looks brand new again!

My phone looks and performs like its brand new. They had to order a new camera, but once it arrived they called and I took the phone in and they replaced the camera and the screen while I waited. Id definitely go back.

I originally purchased my screen protector from CPR. I have had two screen protectors changed over the last few years, and today I went in and I was told it was different management and ownership and that they would not honor my existing warranty to charge me $10 for a new screen protector. The service attendant at CPR was very matter-of-fact, didn’t care about my situation and wanted to charge me $59 for a new screen protector!!!! This is what’s wrong in the industry today, zero customer service! Zero honoring their word!! My recommendation, stay away from this place!!!!!

Saturn Parkway location, these people are awesome! Trust me, get your phone repaired here, get more life outta your phone at a very reasonable price backed up by a lifetime guarantee ... its a no brainier! Theyre good people, they do good work at a fair price. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Find your way there, leave your phone for an hour or so (once the parts have come in, theyll call you), and come back and pick up your phone all ready to go for another year or two or three. Think about how much money youll save, seriously. Ask for Preston or Kaylie, they are awesome!

Do not repair your devices at this specific CPR. I had my charging port replaced on my iPhone 7. The mic for phone calls is attached to the charging port part. When I got my phone back the mic was muffled and inconsistent in picking up voices in calls. So I brought it back for it to be replaced again, and they honored the warranty. However, when I received my phone back the 2nd time the mic was still not working, they had replaced my screen without telling me, and the screen was not installed correctly. When I brought it back again they blamed all the problems on my phone and did not honor the warranty or admit to installing faulty parts. They did not admit to replacing my screen during the time they had it. I was told that because of my software, my battery, my type of phone that they were not responsible for any of the problems. They repair with low grade parts and do not practice good customer service.Update 9/29/19:CPR contacted me below in a comment. They asked how to contact me. I have not heard from them since I provided my email address. I have just provided my phone number to make it easier. Still waiting to see if they truly desire to resolve this.

Young dude came out I explained what I was told over the phone by an associate what I needed done and I also told him what the problem was. He looks at me with this crazy look like he didn’t know what I was talking about. Then ask to see my phone. Looks my phone up and around and says it looks like it’s good. I said never mind took my phone and left. Waste of a drive. Went to the one in the vista the guy knew exactly what I was talking about and helped me with no problem. This location sucks. Go to the one in the vista.

Ive literally never left a review before but this was probably the worst experience Ive had as a customer so here we go... I was told the repair on my phone was probably going to be a simple fix that would take a couple of hours. After 7 hours, 4 visits, 4 false given pickup times, 3 phone calls, and a 20 minute wait after I was told to come to the store, the original problems are apparently fixed but now the backlight on the phone has gotten damaged through a routine risk of removing the screen and I was told it had to be sent to a master tech 3 hours away to get fixed, with no discounts on the original repair to account for the now 2 day inconvenience. Through it all, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful and no one there seems at all able to communicate clearly or constructively with customers. Ive been going to this location for years and have never experienced this terrible of an experience, and will absolutely never come back.

I brought in my daughters phone. It was working fine but the screen was cracked. When I got it back it had multiple problems. The camera no longer worked properly. at points it would not react when She typed and other times it would appear that someone was typing when they weren’t. In brought it in right after to have them fix it and they claim the work they did did not cause the problem. We will need to buy her a new phone after spending 130 to have them “fix” it

This place repaired my I phone 5c at a great price and in an hour!!! I was a walk in too!! They had great costumer service, and did a great job making me feel like a valued customer. I really appreciate them and will now go to them for all of my smartphone repair needs I hate that I cant recall the name of the two gentleman who helped me but they were very helpful and courteous. I paid for three screens in my IPhone X in two weeks they charged me all three times . The Materials must be cheap But I payed top dollar. Service was terrible even after I paid for all three Screens I was told I had to wait three hours to get my phone back I highly recommend not going to this cell phone repair shop. On top of the screens I paid for I bought the case and screen protector they recommend and still had to pay they showed No sympathy

My experience was amazing. I was struggling with a serious cell phone charging issue for a week and had tried to do some trouble-shooting on my own and with another company, but I still didnt know what the problem was. Within about 5-10 minutes the employees got my phone to charge, figured out that the problem was primarily with my old charging cable and introduced me to a new, better constructed charging cable that they had available for purchase. They also provided me with other possible causes of the problem and estimates just in case the charging cable didnt work. I now have a reliable phone which is charging like a champ.

This place has gone downhill fast! Very unprofessional! Luckily another business was able to fix the damage they did to my phone. It took CPR more time to cause further damage to my phone than it did for the other business to completely repair it.

Disappointed. $300 was not enough to make their standard “good customer,” I guess. They are out to make a buck only and do not stand behind their products or their word. My replacement screen cracked the next day when I removed the overpriced non-functioning protective screen cover. TWO BIG THUMBS DOWN.

I had a very positive experience! They were able to send my phone off in order for the back light to be repaired and also repaired the screen. The turnaround time was quick and Im very happy with the condition my phone is now in. I would recommend to anyone!

I wouldn’t take anything to these know nothing crooks. They don’t do the work they say is done. Replaced battery they ruined with a bad battery and a faulty screen refused warranty services. The screen was a cheap Chinese knock off. Another shop checked and confirmed their shoddy work. I fix it at the mall so much cheaper faster and better products. Plus they actually stand by their warranty.

My cell phone suffered water damage and I didnt really know where to take it but thought I had seen a cellphone repair business near my home. Preston took my phone, tested it and confirmed that it only had screen damage ( I know this may change) and I asked him to change the battery while it was already open. Since I hadnt bought a screen protector and the case I had fell apart when I took it off, I added them in. ON A FRIDAY afternoon, he had it ready in an hour and with their discounts, I paid what I thought was a very fair price AND I didnt have to go the weekend without my phone. Big Thank You!

DONT BUY A BATTERY FROM THEM! Bought one for my S5 that had a lifetime warranty . After first swap, the battery would not hold charge properly and would get to 30% and die.They kept giving me a new one but it did the same thing! They told me they would not replace anymore because I had a short in my mother board. I bought a new one at Batteries Plus and it works just like it should so proves there is nothing wrong with my phone! They have been ripping me off! Dont trust them!!!
