From start to finish, my experience with Carolina Custom Flooring was fantastic. Julie and Brett were very knowledgeable and professional. I had over 1600 square feet of Adura Rigid Saulsalito Sunrise vinyl plank installed and am very happy with it. Brett takes time to make sure everything is done correctly. He even went as far as to make custom transition strips for the transitions to my tile floors, and they are very well done. If I ever need more work done, Carolina Custom Flooring will be the first call I make. I have already recommended them to a few friends that need work done, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants high quality work from great people.

After getting three different quotes, I decided to have Carolina Custom Flooring rip out all of the carpet and tile in my apartment and replace with LVT flooring. In addition, I had them remove a carpet stair runner and refinish the stairs. Choosing Carolina Custom Flooring was the best decision ever!!! Brett went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly, including taking extra time (at no additional cost) to sufficiently repair and prep the sub-flooring that was in worse shape than expected. Any other installer would have just ignored this and installed the new flooring without a second thought. Brett treated the install as if it were his own, and Julie was great to work with on pricing and selection. You wont go wrong choosing Carolina Custom Flooring! Their prices are competitive and their quality workmanship and professionalism is beyond what you find in most installers. Usually when you hire a contractor of any kind to do a major project for you, theres always something that could have been better. NOT this time! I dont usually write reviews… I have great intentions but I never seem to get to it, but I feel the need to do this one.I had another contractor hired to replace tile in kitchen, entrance and all bathrooms before we listed our home to sell. He was a no-show!!Very long story shortened, I called Carolina Custom Flooring Llc in a panic and the reception I received from Pauline along with the quality of work I received from Brett was the reason I felt the need to post this 5 star review.Our home was on the market for only three weeks before getting a contract.I need to mention that we listed our home a year earlier with everything the same except the floors that were completed by Brett. It was on the market for almost 8 months with no reasonable offers.Needless to say I am using this company for carpet, tile and bathroom renovation in our new home.Did I mention that Pauline was to die for?

The showroom in Irmo is a great place to get ideas for new flooring. Lots of samples. And Fuscos is next door, so that is a huge benefit. I chose the PVP plank flooring and am very happy
