Had the greatest experience with a car service provider today here at this Interstate. I wish I remembered the mans name but customer service was outta this world and I came in 10 minutes before close. Top notch service will absolutely return and recommend them to everyone.

The staff member that assisted me with a dead car battery today was extremely friendly and helpful. He diagnosed my dead battery that had 2 years left on the 5 year warranty, pro-rated a new one at 45% off (full free replacement is only for the first 2 years), had it installed and I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Two thumbs up Interstate All Battery Center!

I bought a battery from Interstate Battery in North Carolina in April 2018. The rep in store talked me into the more expensive battery because it had a five year warranty but when I tried to replace the now dead battery in March 2020 they wont honor the warranty agreement. Had the audacity to offer me 45% off of a new battery, even though it has not been two full years since i bought this battery. I will be filing a complaint with the better business Bureau for these faulty practices!!!!!

Left 400.00 battery there for charge and check of battery condition. Battery failure was due to blue led light pulling battery down after 2 months time in RV, was what I was told when leaving battery to be evaluated. They told me also they would give me a call when battery was ready from being charged properly. Never got a call back. When I called them inquiring about said battery, I was then informed batteries left over 30 days are RECYCLED. ........Suggest ,You never leave your property with these people. The Store on Saint Andrews Rd however is the facility that stocks the batteries and the young man there pulled my power wheel chair apart and reassembled it to replace two batteries in it. I bought a new battery from him for his efforts and THANKED him of course. Great store, Much better store and open on Saturdays. I think I know now where to get my 5 or 6 batteries a year. Very impressed! This young man was just filling in on the weekend. Helped with my repair right in front of the store. ( Obviously was not ashamed to help an old man out!) Again , VERY IMPRESSED. GARNERS FERRY RD STORE, NOT SO IMPRESSED. HAD USED THIS LOCATION FOR MANY YEARS.

Ive been having issues with my battery for the last 2 weeks. Luckily I came here and met Matt. A very nice person. Took care of me so well. Right before Christmas. I wont be going to Walmart nor autozone for my batteries from now on. Ty Matt a d hope u have a Merry Christmas Buddy.

Very awesome, I had an interstate battery within the 2 year warrantee that was failing. But I did not have the receipt as it was put in the car before I bought it.The manager came out took one look and replaced it for free, he also installed it in my car, and the new battery restarted the 2 year warrantee. I will be buying future batteries from here

Terry (manager) was fantastic. I needed replacement batteries for my emergency exit signs. He spent more than 20 minutes figuring out which battery would be comparable to what I had. He let me borrow them to make sure they worked, and they did. All the guys there were polite and knowledgeable. Cannot ask for more!

I have a 2002 jaguar XJR in pristine condition I bought a top-of-the-line battery to fit this car a year ago shortly after buying it the battery wouldn’t start the car the manager told me I needed to charge it up I told him as a new battery he said charge it up I have been back six times since then the last time he wouldn’t even look at the battery he said there must be a drain somewhere in your car I took my car immediately to my mechanic who kept it for five days and there was no draw on the battery The battery will barely start the car after three days sitting in the garage and during errands will barely start I have to keep a battery charger in the trunk in case it won’t start and going back to the store the last time the battery was totally dead he would not Replace the battery even though I’ve been in six times and had my car out of service for five days at my mechanics I have six jaguars are classics if this is what you’re going to operate I will never buy from you folks again in fact I’ve always had problems with interstate batteries sincerel replace the battery even though I’ve been in six times and had my car out of service for five days at my mechanics I have six Jaguars all classics if this is what you’re going to operate I will never buy from you folks again in fact I’ve always had problems with interstate batteries. Needed a battery for my 87 Ranger with a 5.0 V8 swap. Battery had to be the same size as the original but with more cranking amps. Guys were very helpful in finding a new one that worked. Overall a good experience and nice pricing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received, especially since I came in right before closing. My car had been taking a little longer to start than normal, so I came by to get it tested. Carl Barton was the employee who assisted me, and I believe he went above and beyond what he had to do in order to help me out.He put my battery through a stress test to gauge how many CCAs my battery was putting out. The test showed the amperage well below normal; he even tested my alternator to make sure it wasnt malfunctioning. He then recommended a high amperage battery for me since my car needs more amps in order to start (I drive a diesel).I guess the thing I liked most about this experience was that it was totally hassle free...which is a far cry from the last time I had my battery replaced. I was in and out in less than 12 mins!
