Great experience! I’ve been meaning to leave a review but just now got around to it. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a new stick for his birthday. I had been all over Columbia looking for the right one. Great selection and even better prices. John was very helpful and took his time to answer all my questions. A place for the rich....first hot tubs start at $12,000. The salesmen was nice though.

Wonderful experience. Jon was very helpful when shopping and it was a no pressure situation...just answered questions and ready to help.We found one that is perfect for us and super comfortable!We thought the delivery might be a little dicey because of the steps going up to our deck but they sent out 3 guys who had the attitude that it might be difficult but were gonna get it done...in the end we put our heads together and it couldnt have went any better....hot tub is installed and working perfectly. Couldnt be any happier!

I looked at every possible place here in Columbia and also online to buy a replacement hot tub. They are the most professional of any. They answer emails right away (even on Sundays) and have been very attentive and very easy to deal with. They have a great selection and good pricing. I would recommend!

We shopped all around Columbia for a hot tub. Palmetto had hot tubs in all price ranges. We ended up buying a Signature hot tub. The price was great and they had lots of inventory and the biggest showroom we went to. I will recommend this place to all of my friends.

After shopping some of the competition I ended up at Palmetto Hot Tubs and Pools Tables. Being a first time buyer I had many questions that needed to be answered before my purchase. Their staff was very knowledgeable and patient with me during the whole process. From purchase to delivery they made it easy and I could not be happier.

Lots of hot tubs in this showroom, they had some great deals when I was there. Plenty of pool tables, games and accessories too.
