I ordered the S22i on Monday and it was delivered and installed that Saturday. They installed it in about 30 minutes. Very seamless process. Very happy with paying to have it installed. Also, the bike showed up earlier than expected. They told me it could be up to 3 weeks due to shipment but it arrived in 6 days.

Ordered a bike with an expected delivery date. Nordictrack gets equipment out way faster. 1. Stop giving fake delivery dates to make a sale. 2. DO NOT charge my credit card and make me pay for an item I DO NOT have. (pottery barn takes a downpayment, but you pay when the item ships). Also, its lame that when I call to cancel, the guy isnt by his computer and needs to call me back in an hour or so.

This is my favorite Johnson Fitness & Wellness location. The guys that work here are knowledgeable about the equipment and all around good people.

The machine has been here for a week and we just love the internal workout plans that come with the machine. I called ahead and ordered my rowing machine and that called within 2 days to let me know it was ready to pickup. I LOVE this rower and you cant beat the price! Great customer service and equipment. Also, I did not get her name but the employee that was working on 1 Feb 2019 was great and so helpful! It was snowing pretty bad so she helped me load the equipment in my vehicle in the freezing cold and snow. I will purchase my exercise equipment here exclusively

Purchased a Spirit Elliptical XE295 from Billy. Unfortunately the unit appears to be a lemon. After less than one month, the unit started to make a clicking sound. Contacted Billy, who was very responsive and put in a repair order. Spirit Fitness contacted me to send the parts, but that is when the wheels fell off. The contractor for Spirit only works Mon-Fri from 8-5. I dont get home until almost 8pm, and my wife doesnt get home until 430pm. So, I again contacted Billy who was able to get a service technician from Leisure Fitness in Delaware to come to my home around 6pm. Even after this, 2 days later the unit started making an extremely loud squeaking sound that woke my daughter. So I contacted Billy again and he has submitted a Return Authorization. So at this point I have to wait until next week to get the approval for the return to get my full refund. At this time I would rate the service I got from Billy and Leisure Fitness at a Five Star level, but for Spirit and their equipment, I would give them One Star.

Great place to shop for equipment along with many table games! The prices are competitive and Billys help was just perfect. He is very personable and made us feel comfortable throughout.
