I brought my 15-year-old BMW to Usiltons on a flatbed truck with no notice and they promptly dug in, diagnosed the problem and repaired the car to better than brought-in condition. Had them complete recommended service while it was there and everything was done above and beyond expectation and at prices well below what one might expect at a dealership or any other Euro Repair shop. Hunter at Usiltons even repaired my interior A-Pillar covers (which had become dislodged and resided in the trunk :-|) back to showroom without my asking and at no additional charge.The car now runs better than it has since Ive owned it and was returned cleaner than I have ever seen it (cleaner than the dedicated auto-detailer to who Ive been taking it for years). The prior owner had made a (poor) modification to a system which might have been impossible for any other shop to diagnose and repair. Usiltons saved me on this one. 10/10 Recommend for Euro owners (anywhere) in TN.

I brought my 2008 BMW 328I, because it was showing trouble in the transmission. I read all the reviews and figured I would give them a try. I was expecting the worst but they went through the car found some issues, did some general maintenance and changed out some sensors and now the car drives great. USILTON FOREIGN CAR REPAIR, Columbia, TN is the BEST. I have taken my car to the BMW dealership in Brentwood twice and the BMW dealership in Huntsville, Alabama without success at getting the issues of my vehicle fixed. Today I finally have it back to almost new condition because of the dedicated people who know what they are doing when it comes to a BMW. I highly recommend David and Hunter. I had been looking for an older Mercedes SL500 (R230 series) for some time. I found one and had David do a Pre-buy inspection for me. The car looked nice but the inspection revealed problems with the Automatic Body Control suspension, faulty air conditioning controller and a few other things. David gave me preliminary estimates of these critical repairs, it was substantial. I walked away from this vehicle.I have since found a SL500 and again have David do a Pre-buy Inspection. While there were some issues, David prioritized them for me into most important (do soon), important (but can wait a little), and least important ( do later).I have since had David to the most important items and I am in the planning stage for the important items.Excellent service at reasonable prices.I trust Usilton Automotive!!

Usiltons corrected my misdiagnosis of a suspension problem with a VW Touareg. He identified the problem and saved me money. His shop specializes in European makes. Honest, reasonable and prompt.
