Absolutely terrible company to deal with. They make appointments and then never show. This is the 3rd time they’ve done this to me and they get so nasty when your an unsatisfied customer. The woman at the phone talks over you and refuses to put you on phone with supervisor then claims she’s the owner then claims she’s not. It’s a 3 ring circus every time I need a window fixed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONPANY

This Auto Glass replacement company is the best I have ever used. They replaced a windshield in my Jeep Wrangler at my location and did a first class job at a very reasonable price. Today they replaced the windshield is my 1966 Mustang Convertible, which is no easy feat. They removed all the hardware and trim, replaced the windshield and reinstalled the trim. All with no damage to any of the trim or moldings. They did all this at an installed price that was much less than what my cost would have been for the Glass and shipping alone. In addition they went above and beyond what was expected by taking pictures of how the job progressed along with pictures of all the metal work when the old windshield was removed, thus giving me historical data for future generations to enjoy.Good job and many thanks to all. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

I am in the insurance industry and have been doing business with A-Okay Auto Glass for over 6 years. They have always been very responsive and willing to work with any of my clients needs. Rene and her group always seems to find a solution to accommodate all the needs and request I ask of her. The level of service throughout the last 6 years has been exceptional and I would strongly recommend them. When we get a call with a windshield question or issue we immediately think of A-Okay auto glass in Mount Joy Pennsylvania.

We have been using A-Okay for years. Renee is always extremely pleasant to deal with, and very knowledgeable about the products. Most installs have been done same day with a few needing to be the next day. Whether it is OEM or aftermarket all the products have been amazing and extremely well priced. BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE INSTALLATION! NO COMMUNICATION!I recently purchased a car that had a cracked windshield. I hired A Okay to come out to my garage and replace the windshield so that I could get the car inspected and road worthy. When I went to pick up the car to take it for inspection I immediately noticed a HUGE GOUGE in my hood and fenders paint. Dime sized, and it was down to the bare metal! The reason I immediately noticed this was because two days prior I had the car completely compounded and polished. The paint looked MAGNIFICENT for a 15 year old car. I had even taken pictures of everything after the detail was done.After finding the gouges in the paint, I immediately called A okays office to make a claim with them. I spoke with the woman who I had made the appointment with, her response was we dont use power tools, and I sent Carlos (the owner) to do the install and I know his work. I feel like I was very calm and patient with her in explaining what had happened, after all, mistakes are made and I work in retail myself so I totally understand this. But the mistake was not mine, and I fully expected for them to either refund my money or pay for the damages to be repaired. I immediately emailed her the pictures of the fender and hood before and after the windshield installation. Two days later, I still had not received any response by phone or email. So I called back in. Spoke with another man in the office this time. He said Carlos hadnt had a warranty claim in 13 years. MAYBE THATS BECAUSE WHEN SOMEONE CALLS IN WITH A CLAIM YOU NEVER RESPOND!?So now its been a full week and a day since the installation, I have a car with gouges in the paint, pictures as evidence that it wasnt that way before his installation and I still havent heard a response from the owner or anyone else at the company. Im going to make the suggestion that Carlos change the name of the company from A Okay Auto Glass to Less than Mediocre Auto Glass. I will be reporting to the better business bureau and will be looking into taking this to a small claims court for the cost of repairs to the hood and fender. I would NEVER use this service again, and I hope the review keeps people from making the same mistake I did in trusting these people with my newly bought vehicle.

This review is coming close to a year after their service... and Im a little loath to leave it, but, I feel the need to warn others away from A-Okay auto glass, and my wife has finally convinced me to leave a review... with that said:In July of 2017, I accidentally broke the rear window of my neighbors Limited Edition Subaru Outback, weed-eating out front. His rear window was a heated, tinted version. I contacted A-Okay auto glass, prepaid for their service and requested that they deliver a receipt at the time they serviced my neighbors vehicle. Apparently, they came, did the job, and did not notify either myself or my neighbor. Furthermore, they did not give me a receipt for the work once completed (mind you, the vehicle was parked in front of my property, and this is a claim for damage that Ive caused to someone else property, a pretty important reason to have a receipt for my payment). After about 9 calls, never having received a live person or a call back, I did, finally, 5 weeks later, receive a receipt in the mail.It was then discovered that my neighbors vehicle, which originally had a factory tinted, heated rear window, had a replacement that had neither the built in defroster, nor the factory tint. I then began an attempt to contact the company in regards to this situation... over the course of a month and a half, I had left more than a dozen messages with A-Okay auto glass, and did not once, receive a call back. At which point in time, I contacted my bank to file a chargeback for failure to fulfill their contractual obligation. (A battle that nearly a year later, I am still dealing with and have not had a resolution to... mind you, I have not ever received a follow up phone call or correspondence other than the mailed receipt, by A-Okay auto glass...So, my best recommendation is to completely avoid this company. They do not deliver a quality product, fulfill their obligations or care about their customers on any level... frankly, if I could leave 0 stars, I would.

I got my windshield replaced and in the process the guy who was doing the work scratched up my dashboard and damaged it. My car is brand new and Ive never had to have anything replaced until my windshield and now Im looking at having to have my entire dashboard replaced just to fix the damage they did while installing my new windshield. The windshield looks great but now Ive got even more damage to my dash. Ive been in contact with the office for 3 weeks now about having their insurance fixing the damages that they have done but I still have yet to hear from them. Ive called multiple times a week and get a run around about their insurance company calling me but I havent received a call yet. Its frustrating and an inconvenience trying to clean up somebody elses mess when they should be the ones doing it and fixing it. The communication has been extremely poor and they even suggested I forget about the damages all together. NOT AN OPTION. They need to take ownership and establish good communication, checking up with the customers and fixing their mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone else in the future.

My wife and I needed a windshield replaced on a 2015 Honda CR-V. We scheduled the work for Monday January 18th. Since it was very cold out we needed to have it completed in my friends heated garage. Our Honda CR-V was purchased in October of 2015 as a brand new vehicle. The vehicle was only 4 months old. During the repairs they had me verify how the glass looked. I just looked at the glass and it looked great. As soon as they left my friend started looking at the car and we noticed that the molding was not fitting correctly. I called the office back and they came right back out. They stated that he clips were broken and that their was not much they could do. I then asked them what they could do because it could not stay sticking up like it was on a brand new vehicle. They said all that they were able to do was to glue it down. At the time I told them it needed to be fixed and do whatever they needed to. One of the sides is pressed down too far and not flush. A couple of days after they left I called the Honda dealer where I purchased my vehicle and explained what had happened. The Honda dealer stated that they should never have glued the clips down because it will be almost impossible for the the molding to come up again if it ever needs to be replaced. The Honda dealer told me they should never have done that and that they should have fully replaced the molding because they broke the clips off of. I have called A Ok Auto Glass, approximately 5 times since then. On the very first call (sometime the week of January 25th) the customer service lady was very nice and helpful and stated that she was sorry that they broke the clips on a brand new vehicle and it should be fixed. She explained to me that the owner of the company was out of town and that she would be talking to him either that day or the next day and that her or the owner would promptly give me a call back. I never received a call back. I called again in February and the installer is the person who answered the phone. He told me that the customer service representative was in a meeting and he would have her call me back. I never received a call back at that time either. I called again both in March and April and still did not get a reply. At my last two calls (one in April ) and on on 5/16/2016 at 4:50 (office is to be open to 5), I told them that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. Based on the information from the dealer where I purchased the car and Safelite when I inquired with them the company should be responsible for any damage they caused when installing a new windshield. In fact, the windshield even has a warranty for the workmanship. I also contacted my car insurance and they were going to attempt to rectify the situation. However, I paid for the service out of pocket so they were not financially invested. However, it is one of the local shops that they recommend to people.They have been contacted by the Better Business Bureau and
