Just washed the car after 5 days and used the windows. Tint looks great. Worth spending $285 for the package we got. Lifetime warranty, no purple over time, no metal and heat resistant.

The staff working here are some extremely nice friendly folks! 😁 They were so very helpful and accomadating regarding my appointment scheduling. They did a pretty good job on my car window tints too! 👍🏽

Made an appt, 4-5 days out, showed up, apparently only 1 guy working asked if I would reschedule, for two days out? Cool no problem, I will work with u. Night before appt, at 630pm get a text, they canceled my appt , tried calling , they closed at 6pm. You lost my business.

They did a great job tinting my car. Got me in the same day, when others were a week out.

I made an appointment over a week ago for the owner of Palmetto Pro Tint to come to our home this morning. My wife and I own a business, and took time away from things we needed to do to be home. When he did not show up at the appointment time, I called the office and was told that she would contact the owner and call me back. She never called me back. I have never written a review before, but I hate having my time wasted and I find it utterly absurd that there was no call with an explanation or apology.

The shop is easy to find on Taylor.People we professional and courteous. They did exactly what they said and charged what they said it would cost.I ordered the ceramic tint. The film was cut specific to my car so I could not see any gaps or short at the ends. There was one spot that was by some cabling that had a small bubble, but overall the job they did was great.It cost a little more than some places around town, but getting it done right the first time is important to me.

Best tint job ever with best warranty! I never had 1 bubble or and crinkle on any part of the window (not even where the window makes contact with the rubber). Also color never changed/faded and moved to Florida where the sun is pounding daily. Definitely recommend and I will be back! I cant speak on their customer service because there wasnt much interaction just asked and they delivered! I was over satisfied with the work.

Stopped in to ask a question about getting some window tint. lady at front desk wasnt the friendliest and was quick to say they couldnt or didnt have time to do what i wanted when i wanted. which is fine and i understand that, however, she could have been a little more pleasant in helping to figure out when i could get this job done as opposed to just giving me the short answers. this is the first time i have been to this location and it will be the last as i will take my business elsewhere.

I came to the shop after I got off work (close to shops closing time) & I was immediately helped with no issues (I was expecting to have to come back). Reihannon assisted me and was very knowledgeable and pleasant while helping me decide on the appropriate package . I was also given a discount for being a veteran.Very professional! They got me out in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the work that was performed.

I had my windows tinted by another business in Columbia. The results were less than satisfactory. I contacted Pro Tint for an estimate to redo the tint. Ralphie (the manager) was friendly and provided me with a competitive price. I was given an appointment the same day and the results were great! I would highly recommend Palmetto Pro Tint. Great tint work. No bubbles, and the seam rides very close to the top of the windows. Only complaint is the job took 30 min over estimated time. Would highly recommend to friends.

If having a Bubbles on your window is NORMAL then this is the place you want to go. Driving with bubbles in your window is so awesome, that feeling every time you look on your side you see that bubbles cause you know where is it.

Super rude called about tinting of windows, and ask about head and tail lights being tinted, bc I had tint overlay for lights and she said no, which is fine, no harm there but was very rude, when Id try to ask if I could talk to anyone about getting it done or getting help with it!!!Ask for Renee, if you want someone to be rude for asking a questions!!!!!!

Used a valuable Groupon. Ralphie immediately greeted me, got the paperwork done, and had my car in the bay fast. I was worried that I didnt choose a dark enough tint for my car, but after it was done, it was perfect! My car looked great! While driving away, I was blown away on how great my car looked.
