Customer service is A1. They handle customer not only with respect but also helpful. If you call, they answer very nicely which helps me ask anything I want. If some reason I don’t know the part name, they will helps too. I am very thankful to have them in my area.

Went beyond any expectations! The cashier came out with a screw driver to make sure it was the right bolt for my license plate-it wasn’t- so he tried another one and got my plate secure. And he did this all in about 5 minutes!!!

Very helpful, they still carry a few ac delco parts which is usually factory for some general motors cars. Wasnt just trying to sell me their merchandise. I felt like they gave me other options which made it better and easier to make a decision.

Only had one selection for a common model Buick 03 and had to order it said it would be there tomorrow,Igo to pay and after when handing me my receipt he says its going to take five days.

Had a dead battery. They tested it determine it was indeed dead. Able to supply me with a Die Hard battery and accept the return of the core (dead battery). Great service from the two ladies working there!

Yep, happened again. You say open till 9 on Google. Drive all the way over to you and on the door your hours say 8 pm and your closed. I know ya all can use computers cause thats how you look up the part number I need(thank you for that). So please just change your hours online so Im not driving around for a locked door.

Xue the manger of the store was amazing!! I truly appreciate his professionalism and patience. I discussed with over the phone if he could install a battery for my vehicle. He educated me on the different battery types, explaining the difference between gel and liquid. He talked to me about the diff brands and discussed the power behind each brand.After helping me pick out the perfect fit for my vehicle he installed it shortly after allowing me to see the process first hand walking me through the process step by step. After finishing, I thanked him for going above and beyond! He is a true leader and someone I would recommend doing business with.Definitely will buy all my batteries here.

The first guy i.met. immediately asked me what I was using for the car. He said are you sure you are not using for Uber or lift.

This manager has the worst customer skills in the world i will never buy another part from this store or company for that matter i will bash you on all social media and i am trying to get people to picket this store this guy has no respect for elderly people or probably any person

I went out the door I drove 2 mile away to here advanced auto parts not only that I was advised to buy the best products but also they mounted for me. Sale representative scott was very rude and got defense on a warranty issue. My advice is take care of the guest when they bring back one of your products. Trust your guest and follow your procedures on a warranty. Dont quiz the guest and throw your credentials like its makes a difference. Customer service is #1

A bit weird walking in as all the buildings windows and doors are boarded up! The staff were apparently on break because they were eating behind their terminals. The clerk that assisted me was not the friendliest either, I may take my business somewhere else next time! I guess overall, wasnt very pleased!

Customer service was pretty much none existant. Except for the sales representative following me around the store, Their racial profiling service was top notch. They were unable to answer my questions or find what I was looking for.

Highly professional and able to assist! When the -26 degree temperatures hit Minneapolis for a couple days, these good folk were able to help me out all morning and even install a new battery in my car after my Honda Fit went dead! These folk are friendly, courteous, and professional! The best!

I order a part through the store on a Tuesday and I was told it would arrive on Friday. I called on a few times on Friday to see if it has arrived and it was not there. I called again on Saturday and it was still not there. I then called again on Sunday, the item has not arrived and they could not give me a ETA or track my item for me. Each time I called I was given a attitude of annoyance over the phone. Worst customer service!!The only excuse they kept giving me was that it was a item coming from out of the state. I understand that its an item coming from out of state but when I order other things online through regular mail or Amazon it arrives with in 2-3 business days and its usually from out of state. If I knew it would take over 6 days to get my item I would of NEVER order through them and just place the order by myself as I found it online for the same price but thought I could give them some business. This was my first time going there and this will be my last time.

Staff person was unhelpful. Kept telling me the in-store sale price on an item I found online wasnt the in-store sale price. I found the item with a big tag that said SALE with the same price I found online. Hmm... He also told me Id need to bring in a part from my vehicle to find the right size replacement brake line. A trip to OReilley proved that was not the case.I saved $10 on a pair of Jack stands but the time I wasted wasnt worth it.

I ordered a serpentine belt on line and when I went to this store to pick up, I found there unprofessional and hostile employees( two males and a female). And none of them wear masks. These people have issues.

Sheila and her team have been so helpful in every way for me. I purchased a battery from another location and they wouldnt swap it out for me due to weather. Which is fine because I get it. Its literally freezing out. So two wks later i brought to this store and they gladly swapped it out for me while letting me know that the other store should have swapped it out as they were doing battery swaps in the polar vortex weather. So they swapped out it. Not even a month passes by while i have this battery and my car doesnt start. The only thing different was a new battery so i bring it in and it was a defective battery. Sheila and her team members were so helpful and understanding and replaced my battery at no charge. I will forever be grateful and will now be a loyal customer to that store. I highly recommend this specific store because they have been so helpful and kind and it goes a long way!
