I tend to go to this location during the morning rush. Place is extremely busy during this time but the employees are friendly and attentive to the customers. You can tell theyre trying their best to get the lines moving. Do take into consideration that you will be waiting if you come during the morning rush, but that is not the employees fault.

Amazing and kind staff, thanks Sage for helping me. As well as the others who were busy in the back. The store was clean and open , options were good on the snack/food cooler, cups were cute and well presented, and my drink was amazing! Bathrooms are closed due to covid tho. Thanks again!

They literally couldn’t make no drink I tried ordering…..they were missing half the menus ingredients how does that happen? Is there not a person who does inventory!!!!! Like wow how can you be out of caramel drizzle??? How can you be out of dragon fruit mango refresher strawberry and hibiscus refresher Ingredients?? Couldn’t even get a cold coffee because they had nothing!! Poor management this place needs someone to come and do inventory and get the ingredients, straightened this place out! They need helpGetting ingredients in before running out. Might as well close for the night

Best starbucks. Its the only one I go to now, when in the area. Workers are always nice and patient and so friendly. Always sound happy. Its a hidden gem 😉

Im a local I go all the time ..other then a few employees like the guy he is amazing..Cindy the one who works the drive thru in the morning lately very rude gets an attitude has no customer service what so ever ..and there shift manager the girl with the short bangs always messes up the orders and has bad customer service as well .I wish there was a different one I could go to..

Manager is very rude here I really dont come to this one only when the one cross AmPm is close but anyways I always get charge different prices for just a cup of ice and one expresso so as a customer it get annoying the price is nothing but when its consistently different ur going to ask right . Well I pay $2.25 and then some days.90cents or $1.25 and this place and other Starbucks have to done a trenta with two shots of espresso I pay $2.75 for that and then get told the next day oh no we cant do that we never do n when I hit them with that well they did yesterday . Well anyway I asked the manager why and she said its different stores no taxes for each county is different but no store by law can make up there own taxes see I can go to OC and thats the upper class no lie I only pay for Avanti cup of ice with one shot for 90 cents and if I do a trenta its only a $1. 25 so I told her ur telling me that in a high class area taxes are lower then Colton she said well honey this is not ORANGE COUNTY OKAY MY EMPLOYEE MESS UP THIS TIME AND NEXT TIME U WILL PAY $2.25 I SAID LOOK I JUST ASKED Y DO I GET CHARGED DIFFERENT EVERY TIME N USE AN EXAMPLE AND YOU GET MAD I LAUGHED AND SAID HERE IS THE REST $1.35 TO ADD TO THE .90 CENT I DONT NEED A DISCOUNT FOR IT THE MONEY NOT THE ISSUE THE ISSUE IS THE PRICE IS ALWAYS CHANGING AND THEN THE NEXT DAY ITS SOMETHING ELSE . They could not give me what I order at all the other Starbucks. They say because they dont have a button for it, they could not make my order for me the way I wanted.

We loved the signs the have by the drive thru welcoming the customers and saying thank you.The employee that took our order was so nice.

I always get my drinks from this branch and the one off I15 and Washington. VINCENT is excellent in customer service! His personality will just light up your gloomy day! Top that with awesome drinks 😊

As someone who frequents a variety of Starbucks in the area, this is one of my favorites. The baristas are all pleasant and fun in personality plus the restaurant had lots of room with multiple chairs, tables and wall plugs so everyone has space to study and relax.

Service was slow. We had to wait about 20 minutes and there was only two cars in front of us.

This Starbucks location provided excellent service during my visit. I definitely appreciate the positive attitude and friendly service. My orders were made as requested and made in good timing. Im happy with my visit and will definitely return. Great job!

I was down in Redlands for the holiday and was on way back home, and Tiffany took my order and was very friendly. I used to work at dunking donuts and she reminded me of myself when I did work there. Definitely would come back, when I come back into cali. And she did very well with upselling and held the store expectations to the highest standard. Definitely wish Starbucks back home were as awesome as Tiffany.

I have never been to a Starbucks that was so quick in the drive thru. Although we were there at 7am there was still a line but went by fast.

They are always on point. I go during the morning rush when everyone and their mom is going. The baristas are still very helpful and understanding of those who dont know the menu and they make the experience personal. Most places when they get a rush rush the customer during the order. It is always quick service whether you use the drive thru or go in.

Walked in on a not too happy day, have alot going on. Manager walked up excited out of her mind to help me lol dont usually see that alot now a days. Took my order, hooked it UP and mentioned that she made it with love for me. As corny or as cheesy as it may seem, she genuinely made my day end on a good note. Having a BOMB drink (star rewards, pumpkin spice frappuccino with an added double shot) made my day THAT much better. Keep at it miss, doing a HECK of a job!!!!! Definitely going back tomorrow and most definitely recommend going to get your dranks here!

They always have good suggestions about what Im looking for. For example, I asked them for a hot drink that tasted like a caramel frappuccino and they suggested a caramel latte, which was perfect.

Its not the first time they have messed up my mobile order. Ive had to wait around 10-15 minutes before I got helped. They also always seem to run out of berries all the time. Ive avoided coming to this location because of that although the people there are nice and friendly.

They dont have much seating and the baristas are very loud and immature.... That was my first review of this place from years ago which actually has become one of my very favorite Starbucks and I apologize for my earlier presumption of this place this is one of the best Starbucks in the area and the employees are great you want a good cup of coffee and friendly customer service, somewhere to sit for a minute and enjoy your coffee, this is the place
