I just moved to Colorado and needed address to ship my items. I chose this location because it’s closer to where I stay. The store is currently located on a temporary location so I can see lots going on. Their store manager, Matthew is incredible! He went out of his way to make sure I receive both of my packages.

Beware! I learned the hard way. This store charges exorbitant extra fees. I was on that side of town and needed to have one black and white paper printed. They charged the normal .14 then tacked on their own $2.00 fee. I also observed the women ahead of me almost be gauged to mail a birthday card. She declined the ridiculous fee and left to mail elsewhere. Get your label online, and if you need anything printed, go to the north store as they charge the standard .14 per piece. Avoid this place at all costs! Perhaps just use it to drop off your already labeled pieces?

I am new to returning items to Amazon so I was very happy that both Matt and Grody helped me. This was on March 31, 2021 at Store 1146. I was under the impression that Grody was in training with Matt, the Manager. I appreciated the way Matt casually and professional spoke to Grody. And Grody is a pleasant, smart young person who listened with respect and attention to Matt. Grody shows great potential and is obviously comfortable with technology/digital transactions. Matt topped the experience off by using his knowledge of his industry and throwing in some creativity along with excellence in customer service to solve a glitch in Amazons instructions that were confusing (to me). The two worked together as a team and with humor which I really appreciate during this isolating times of COVID-19. Thank you Matt and Grody.

Our experience at this location was delightful, which I am sure is an adjective rarely used for shipping/packing stores such as this, yet our experience was nothing less than. We were warmly greeted, even though we came bounding in with arms full of items and bags full of more, we knew we needed to ship it all, but werent sure how to best go about it. The gentleman helping us was kind, calm, and explained everything he was doing to help us understand he was working to provide us the best and most efficient packing/shipping options. He provided the most interesting small talk with us while he dealt with our menagerie of items. He was able to tetris all of our items into one box.The box arrived exactly when he said it would. Everything in the box was exceedingly well wrapped, which just showed the care and respect they show their customers and all items brought to them to handle. Unpacking the box was Christmas in July, except with bubble wrap instead of festive paper. All items arrived in perfect condition.The care shown to us and our items means a great deal to us and will not soon be forgotten. The level of professionalism and kindness we received at this store comes few and far between. Thank you store #1146, may all your parcels be blessed!

This UPS store is a JOKE. To get a document notarized, a legal personal document, the owner wanted to go page by page and review my document. I told him that was not acceptable and the owner told me to go somewhere else. . Pretty unprofessional!. He then proceeded to say that I had to pay almost $8 for a cdc cleaning fee for us to sign the document....what a freaking joke. I have documents notarized for my business all the time and have never experienced this type of practice. Take your business elsewhere. This UPS franchise should be audited.

Went to my local UPS Store & couldnt find my thumb drive.Had the PLEASURE of having Robert as my CSR.He saved the day when he told me I could email it from my phone. Then he printed it out within minutes!!!!His OVER THE TOP, customer service skills are VERY RARE!Will share my positive experience with ALL!

The staff seemed very friendly, they were very helpful to the people in front of me that took 20 minutes to ship back some amazon packages. I waited this time for them to tell me that my small box weighing less than a pound was going to cost $42 and some change to 2 day ship. I took it to the post office, $8 with tracking and insurance and guaranteed a day earlier for 2 day shipping. The staff here was awesome, but the price was so ridiculous I will never be back.

I live about 30 minutes from the Ups store where my box is located... I had 2 packages which needed signing and was running late... I called and couldnt believe the young lady waited for me after her shift to give me my packages. Even though it was just 6 minutes, I remembered having the same situation at USPS and no where near as helpful !!This is by far the sweetest thing Ive experienced in customer service..thank you !!!

The store manager at this location is rude and does not understand the rules on how to notarize a document. He insisted that i needed to wait outside in order for him to notarize a document by my wife! if you are business owner as i am and need quick accurate professional services then save yourself the time and aggravation and go somewhere else. this was not a complicated document nor was it in a foreign language

Overpriced with outdated practices. They did what I came to do, but if I had the choice I would go to FedEx were the prices are significantly cheaper. I was traveling without a printer, and needed to return an Amazon package. Amazon gave me a free return through UPS, so I had to go there. This location charged me $2.15 to email the slip to them and print it. Its less than $0.20 to do the same at FedEx. I offered my debit card to pay, and they refused to accept it for charge under $5. No notice of that anywhere and no mention of it before they printed my slip for me. So I was forced to buy some stamps to total $5.25 in order to pay with my debit card. What an antiquated mentality.

I brought in an Amazon return that was supposed to be packaged and returned for free. On the Amazon website it clearly states that you dont even need to bring in the box--UPS will pack it and ship it for free. I brought the box anyway, so that a new one wouldnt need to be used. Clearly Amazon has contracted with UPS for this service, yet the employee at this store still insisted on charging me $1 to tape the box shut because it was so big. I explained that it was the box that the two, childrens size shoe boxes were originally mailed in to me, but he still insisted on charging me for tape. Apparently he has an issue with people bringing in their Amazon returns, as he complained that people bring in big boxes. It is unacceptable to me to be charged even a nominal fee for a free service (and they are clearly being paid by Amazon, anyway) so I will take my business elsewhere. This is not the first time he has done this to me, but it is the last.

Walked in and asked clerk how much to scan a piece of paper and email it to myself. She said it will be 5 dollars so I immediately replied how with HOW MUCH! I immediately felt bad because I knew she was just joking with me, until I asked how much owed at the end. Turns out she wasnt joking. 5 dollars to scan 1 piece of paper and email. If it wasnt an emergency I would have walked out. Im guessing they make up their own prices. Service wasnt bad, just ridiculously priced.

Ive had a PMB here since April. I travel all the time for business, so all my mail and packages go here, sit for a month, then I have them forward it to me. Everything has been well-packed, and ships out the day I request it. Its a great service and Id be lost without it.

My life would be ... dare I say .... perfect? ... if only the majority of Colorado Springs could be run like this OCC UPS Store location. Laugh if you want, but everyone in here has been helpful, approachable, kind, pleasant, optimistic, efficient, and quite frankly, anytime I need some general work done, I come here for those very reasons. I watched an employee patiently assist a gentleman who needed help painstakingly addressing an envelope. And the employee was genuine - no sarcasm, eye-roll, or flippancy was noted. I appreciated seeing it and I bloody well know the customer did, too. The same awesome employee helped me with my needs and I remember thinking then if I had a work environment like this, I would enjoy coming into work, look forward to it, actually. And today’s employee was no different: efficient and kind, sincere and made even the most mundane transaction pleasant. More people like this, please - in the Springs, the OCC, on the planet. And anyone who says millennials are part of the problem in our workforce has probably not looked all that hard for more than one or two examples, and has certainly not visited the UPS Store in the OCC and had young master Tate, for one example, assist them with scanning/printing and other assorted business needs. Keep up the good work at this location and you will have customers for life.Hey, Tate - happy birthday. 🍀

We had a rather large folded tent that needed to be mailed UPS. It is large, but weve shipped it many times (its used for a business marketing event) via UPS and using The UPS Store (a different one). The manager who I suspect was the owner, actually said it would HAVE to go via Freight and would cost $600 as a minimum. He was rude and didnt even take measurements. We moved it back into the car, drove to a different UPS store about 20 minutes away. THEY took measurements, and they got the packaging and the shipping buiness for the tent. Even though the store on W. Colorado is SO much closer...Ill never go there again.

They charge EXORBITANT fees to fax documents. Did not use their services, but the Employee was nice. Not thrillled that the owner felt the need to put me in my place...hes owned the store for a long time apparently.

Most ups stores charge 25 cents a page to print.I came here to print one page and they charge a 2 dollar print fee plus 15 cents a page, so it was $2.15 to print ONE page! absolutely ridiculous.

Very overpriced! $12 for a box then $10 to tape it shut. Ive used other UPS stores and have never been charges like that.
