The lady who helped me showed me the viewable toy said it was same as the 100 dollar box one I open it and it’s not the same one very upset never going here again. They don’t do a refund even if it hasn’t been used.

Just came home on 3/3/21 and I have to say what an excellent experience I had here! Not only is there a wide variety of fun things to choose from but the beautiful woman working tonight was such a good energy, kind person and my sister and I will be back just to come see her again!

Four movies for $20, can’t beat that. Also the store was attractive and upscale.

Everytime I go into the store I am assisted in an enjoyable way. She is helpful and a welcome view into my days. I go in and get a 24k rhino and sometimes a booster and sometimes not. Either way, the brunette named Sky that works during the week is always ready for my purchase. I cant imagine a better experience at this location

I had a good time at Seductions. Checking out all of their products and seeing what there was to offer. They had a wonderfully selection of toys, lingerie and movies. The staff was professional and yet had a way about them that made you feel at ease and make it feel completely normal about shipping at an adult store. They were knowledge about the products they had to offer and offered their personal opinions as well. I will definitly be going back to grab a few more things that had peeked my interest and want to try out for myself.

My husband and I go to this store regularly. The staff are absolutely amazing. The manager is beyond knowledgeable and puts you at ease instantly. Always have a blast when we go there. The store is always clean and well organized. Very welcoming. Always feel like a valued customer and personable. I took my mom there, her first time in any type of sex store. My mom said she understands why I love this store and adore the staff so much and will happily go there again. They make you feel empowered!!!

This location has the best staff! The store is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Anyone that may be timid or nervous about coming to a store like this should have no worries here. Without being pushy I was able to look around and then had sincere, honest, and unbiased input on what would work best for my wife and I. Came here last night with my husband and one of the female staff members was so helpful. We were timid about trying something new but she was able to inform us where to begin and what products were best for our new excursions. Much better service and cleaner atmosphere than romantix.

This location was cleaner, but young girl staff member said to go to the one in Austin Bluffs for more products. When do you restock please? This location is closer to my house. Only giving four stars instead of five because I had to drive to the second location further away.

This store is the absolute best. The associates here were amazing and had more information than I was even looking for. My wife and I had gone in completely clueless on what productdnto purchase but we had an idea of what we wanted. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 product knowledge. These ladies know what they are doing and deserve all of the credit! I’m never shopping anywhere else besides this store at this location!!!!!

I went in with a couple of friends out of curiosity, not even planning to buy anything. Rachel was very helpful for all of us and very polite and understanding of our comfort levels in the different areas of the store. I ended up buying a CBD cream for joint/muscle pain and it works great.

High priced but they do have a wide variety of merchandise.

She put batteries in to make sure it worked a clicked through a few settings, seemed fine. Left the store, and got home, and the vibrator wouldnt stay on for longer then 3 seconds. Called and asked if i could switch, 8 minutes after leaving store, she told me she couldnt help me. Dont buy here, have had great luck with fascinations!

I went kinda late at night, I did not catch the girls name. However she was very very attentive and helpful!! As a new Colorado resident, this will be the store I go to, for these needs.

They are 100 percent rude when even a simple question is asked. The general manager really should check the way she speaks to customers or even people who are interested in their business. I called to ask a few questions. I was treated with disrespect and when I decided to respond with the answer I had she completely interrupts me and speaks to me in a hostel way. Defiantly not a place where I’d do my business.

The young lady who helped us was not not only very candid, she was funny and the store has everything a person could want.

Right off the bat, not even in the store a half second and already greeted with friendlier service than any place Ive ever been. The women working, Melissa I believe her name was, was very informative, honest and extremely polite. She helped me and my girlfriend find just the right thing and was very non judgemental. I would recommend this establishment to all my friends who have girlfriends/boyfriends or even my single ones. Another thing I appreciated, given the stores location, was the immediate request for I.Ds. I will defintly shop there again, and if I could, Id give this particular Christals a 10 star rating.

Absolutely appalled! Went to look for a toy for my wife, when the clerk came over to ask us if we needed help, the clerk asked my wife a question.... my wife embarrassed, looked at me and I replied with she is embarrassed to talk about it, the clerk then proceeded to advance my wife and corner her to discuss it further. I prefer to give my money to other local businesses, however this store will NEVER see my money again.

Staff at this time were knowledgeable and very helpful in my purchase, as well informed me on the fit and function of other items I looked at.

This store will NEVER get my business, nor any referrals. I purchased 3 items at this location, on a Friday night, Dec. 1 2017, never shopped there ever before. I needed a couple outfits to go with what I had for a Saturday photo shoot. I opened one at the shoot, it was big enough for a 259 woman, supposed to fit 90 lbs. I took them all back today Monday Dec 4, 2017, without opening the other 2. I was refused a refund, even after the supposed district man said shed have to check the date. The item was defective, yet she refused me. A cracked out woman shopping in the store proceeded to yell and scream obscenities at me, F>U , B...., every name you can think of, saying no matter what I bought Id look like Sh-- in it. She would NOT shut up and the clerk let her just go on and on, even after I asked her if the narcissist woman was her employee, to please have her shut up. I then walked over to her face before shed shut up. I have never felt so abused and cheated. I left with a $53 gift card, although I wouldnt be caught dead in that store ever again. I am searching to find the owners so I can file a complaint. There is NO excuse for this type of rudeness and intimidation.

Not happy, with this purchase. I came to store a week earlier spent over $70 and was given a military discount and here today the young did not give me the discount. I gave my credit card with military ID to get discount. She continued to cash me out while still trying to upsell me and charged my card without discount and when I ask she said it was too late. This is Bullshit when you are given them a military ID. I wont be coming back!!!

Quiet little shop

Spent $30 to lyft there just to be turned away at the door because I have a backpack. Was told to leave it outside, that we couldnt have it in the store at all.
