This was my first visit to an adult toy shop. i was really nervous but the store clerk known as Ericka was really friendly and made me more comfortable. she taught me things i didnt know about when it came to self pleasure toys such as registering them, cleaning them, etc.

I visited this store a few weeks back and without a doubt, I will sure be back! Noah was helping me and a friend out when we were there. He was so helpful and extremely friendly! Im sorry I didnt get her name but the lady thats helped me was awesome! The store didnt have what I found on line but she was able to find me something very similar and I love it even more than the original thing!!! The store is very big and had a lot of fun stuff, I cant wait to go back and look at everything! Also very clean and organized!

Came in looking for some hypoallergenic items, and Jimmy was quick to assist! He pointed us in the right direction and was so pleasant to work with! Love this store! Staff is always awesome and tons of fun. Good prices compared to other stores. Only one thing Id like to see there and that wish is that they would carry a few more options for size options, for example, petite and tall, larger range of bra sizes (especially smaller sizes) in their lingerie department. Also shoes that start at a womens size 5 please, being its hard to find them in those types/styles of shoes much of anywhere short of the internet and then one runs the risk of them being the wrong fit because of size variations. in their lingerie department.

Tried to go to store on Academy and one of the younger staffs there told me this one was nicer. Was not disappointed in service here.

Aerika and Aspen were absolutely fabulous. They answered all questions and were very patient with all our questions. Aerika walked us around the store, helping find items and talking about the differences between them. I would go back any day for all my sexual health needs.

Phenomenal store with well-informed, helpful, kind employees who make the customer their top priority. The price is worth the expertise and comfort. Im usually more inclined to go online with these kinds of purchases but having somebody who knows what theyre selling and pros and cons of all goods was so worth it.

Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the products, but she was also extremely knowledgeable about the manufactuters and their reputations. Every single question we had, she went above and beyond to answer them, and even offered MORE information than we would have even thought to ask!It was so helpful, that we walked out of there with five or six items, when we came in to only look at, and consider one item. Im a sales person myself, but this girl blew me away.Not only was she fantastic at her job, she also made the whole experience super chill. Like we were at a grocery store comparing different brands of cereal.My partner is typically very shy in sex shops, and tries to avoid looking at anything. But this girl made it so easy, that my partner was picking out toys, asking questions, and getting genuinely excited to purchase / use them!!!She made this an all around awesome experience, and I cant give her enough recognition!!!

Never had anything but a great experience at the store. Knowledgeable staff informed me of recommended toy care and storage, teaching me how to best make them last. They are also ready and able to order a movie if it is not in stock.

Store staff is very knowledgeable and friendly; but our experience was ruined by the fact that they were entirely unwilling to do anything when we purchased a product where the product was not actually in the package. Upon discovering this we immediately called them (about an hour after we had purchased the product) and were told that there was nothing they could do. We were advised to contact the manufacturer of the product which we have done and are waiting on a response.In terms of customer service, this is disappointing.

First time to this store, walked around for twenty minutes before we were approached by a customer service rep, note there were three employees in store with only a few customers. I had picked out items and was ready to check out when an employee finally offered advice. But I was already set on my selection but she stated the items were not safe for use because they contained dangerous chemicals that could lead to cervical cancer or other diseases. So why would you display unsafe items on the shelves? Makes no sense to advertise stuff like that. She also proceeded to make unprofessional comments to were it made my spouse feel uncomfortable and had to walk of the store. Also way over priced and did not seek a customer spending limit just recommended high priced items.

I got carded to shop here I am 38 almost 39 would not let me in. Said if you look under 30 with no ID you cant shop there. I guess I will not be spending my money at this store.
