I walked in not knowing exactly what I needed and Dan was extremely friendly with helping me find the exact right part I needed! If you are a licensed HVAC/R company then Johnstones is the place to go. They literally have everything you need in order for you to get the job done. I might add that the parts and equipment they sell are decently priced. That way you might save your customer money and know you are selling a quality part. The reply is a lie. This came from johnstone supply and you are the ones who would not work with us, saying the brand new product is fine if it is bent because its just cosmetic damage.Ordered a special order unit and it came damaged. UPS sent it back to these guys and these guys said everything is fine its just aesthetically damaged. The entire bottom side was bent. Anyway, looks like somebody tried to hammer it back and created more damage. The unit arrived back to me more damaged than when I first sent it.Would never guess somebody would be so evil. The unit cost 1k.

I have been purchasing HVAC parts from Johnstone Supply for almost 20 years, and they consistently outperform their competition. They almost always have what I need, and if they happen to not have it, they make it a mission to get it ASAP. I also notice that their employee turnover rate is minuscule compared to the other supply houses in the metro area, so they must be doing something right with how they take care of their employees. I would be lost if Johnstone were not around, so kudos to them for doing it right!Give these guys a try if you are looking for an electric motor or any type of refrigeration or air conditioning part; youll be glad you did.

I called for information concerning code requirements for my employer. The salesman was exceedingly rude and did not allow me to even finish asking my question before giving me an unrelated answer and then interrupting me again when I tried to explain that wasnt what I was asking. Wish I had gotten his name, but his customer service was sorely lacking and definitely needs a new job. Salesmen cannot afford to be that rude from moment one of an interaction.
