Great as usual. I have posted reviews for the Lone Tree Sams club. Love it. The one in Castle Rock is equally good. Ample parking. Good available. Fast checkout.

Store is always clean and well organized. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly. The ladies at the door checking you out are fantastic. Products are well stocked.

Outstanding service from Austin today! Not only did he help me find what I was looking for, he made suggestions based on his own experiences. Consequently I purchased an additional product based on his recommendations.He was professional and courteous. This is why I shop Sams club. Because of people like Austin. Great job!

Overall I love going to Sams Club, but I never realized there was members plus hours from 8-10am. I happened to be in the city this morning and while in town decided to get my dry goods from Sams not realizing I would be going during plus member time. They allow for one time use of store during plus members time, but after that would have to wait till 10. The lady who checked my card never told me this, and it was only when I was checking out did an employee tell me.Other than that, I love the selection of items and usually find what I am looking for.

Sams club was a lot of fun. I found almost everything I needed. Their produce was beautiful, and they had a wide selection! Even the bakery and meat selection was excellent. I will go back!

I always love their stores. Good prices, good selection of what you want and what you need. It looks like they are trying to set all their stores on the same floor plan. When youre from out of town it makes your shopping trip much easier and faster.

Very clean store. Overall selection is good, I enjoy the Members Mark products and their overall value. The samples are always fun to look for too.Subtracted one star due to the wait to exit the store. There’s usually only one staff member there and they usually aren’t the fastest of people, perhaps having one of your younger employees there to speed things up would be a good idea.

Great customer and helpful staff! The app helps alot to scan items and pay without waiting in line. It will be good if the app lets you know where items is located. Also would be nice if Sams honor military discount.

Exceptionally poor customer service. From refusing to issue a refund for moldy pecans sold (despite being shown photo evidence), to harassment for faulty scanners, I have spent over 8 years supporting this business, putting up with poor stocking, poor service, and even poorer quality of produce--I will not be renewing my membership or recommending this awful facility to anyone.

Sams is more of a warehouse store than a store grocery store per-se. Expect to find immense portions of all items. Need an item in bulk at a lower price? This is the place to go. But the catch is that the store requires a membership to shop or even enter. Even to use the gas pumps which have been incredibly busy lately. I still highly recommend shopping here as it is always clean, has a great variety of items, pretty dang good prices, a good online store, friendly staff, and easy shopping experience. Oh and the food court is fantastic. Prices and quality are disproportionately worth your money. My only drawback are the vulture-like salesman that man the AT&T booths that you are forced to walk past as you enter unless you take an immediate sharp left at the TV’s toward the vision center. They aren’t Sam’s employees so I can’t fault Sam’s too much.

The check out young boy started to undo my cold bag. Said he had to check 3 items. Ive been a member a long time and this has never happened before! You watch us on camera and at self check out you have people watching us. I only had 6 items. This is why I usually shop at COSTCO.

Im going with ok, only because it is outside of the normal to have a good customer service experience at Sams or Walmart... with that said the young lady at Membership services was great, very helpful and friendly. The older gentlemen at food service was friendly and outgoing, and the young lady at the door on the way out was very friendly and outgoing too... sorry buy its very rare to have this type of service; it was a nice and welcoming experience... maybe it will last, but Sams and Walmart have proven it will not more then it will.My 2 cents worth.

I Can Always Count On Good Prices, Quality Products And Good Selection.

Sams club is a good store for value but DO NOT get a Sams Club credit card through Synchrony Bank. Synchrony bank is unethical and dishonest. We have been trying to straighten out my Mother In Laws account since October 2020. Synchrony lied about not charging interest or late fees while they researched a misapplied payment. They reversed a payment on a closed account for no reason and applied the payment reversal to another closed account. They also allowed a charge to go through on a closed account when they were reversing the payment for no reason. They would not answer why they did a payment reversal and said they had mailed a check. They didnt mail a check they applied the funds to a closed zero balance account.Now 2 accounts are reopened with a credit and a balance and they wont fix it and are charging more late fees and interest on a payment reversal they performed between 2 closed cards. Run away from the Synchrony Sams Club card as fast as you can!

Such a great experience! Was a Costco member for years, before they decided to become openly hostile to their members with respect to masks and such. Sams club has a scan as you go app, and is a way better place to do business in general. I couldnt be happier that we switched over.

Love the store everything was awesome just actually getting out of the store was the longest thing for how fast the cashiers work the receipt checkers can just be a little faster there were 8 people in front of me when i tried to leave , still a great store and a 5 star experience just maybe have faster people in the front

I love the scan and go option on my phone. Also Sams Club employees are very friendly and accommodating to customers that cant wear a face mask for medical or religious reasons. I know many people that have cancelled their Costco membership and switched to Sams for this very reason.

Kind of a busy Sams Club. Didnt have the shoes I was looking for. They used to carry them but not any more. The Cafe was really busy and a table was hard to come by.

Very unorganized! Very rude!Instead of apologizing for their mixup, pharmacy manager rudely brushes it off and blames the doctor. Appalling that this ignorant and oblivious people are in charge of my life preserving medication. Definitely changing my pharmacy.

Im at the gas station and was worried it was gonna take forever to get the gas, thanks to the efficiency of the man directing traffic we were in and out! Give that man a raise!!

Just moved from out of state the stores are nice and clean the staff is friendly but it seems impossible for them to keep my soda in stock Ive been to 4 different locations and only a handful of times in the past few months have I been able to find what Im looking for

Shopping at Sams Club is always a joy.

Years ago we purchased eye glass cleaner that was advertised as lifetime refills on the little spray bottles that was included with the purchase. Even the spray bottle says lifetime refills. Yesterday we went to sams club and since the bottle was empty we took it to get refilled. The lady at the eye center said they no longer refill that spray bottle. Even when I pointed out that the bottle said lifetime refills she basically advised me that she would not refill the bottle. I mean give me a break, maybe 2 ounces is going to have a financial hardship for Sams? I will not be renewing my membership since they wont honor a prior sale commitment.

Rapidly becoming my least favorite location! For several days I have tried to call and schedule an appointment in the Tire Department. Their phone systems are not being answered in ANY department. Surely they have to notice they arent getting any calls if this is a system problem. Or are they simply not answering their phones - making me go in person to schedule an appointment?

Self check-out was a little slow today. Staff were working with a few customers to get them through quicker. More assistance would have really helped.

Well stocked and got some great deals on organic beef and assorted pork chops, so I stocked up. Very helpful workers there and the lines were short. In and out. Great shopping experience

Great experience, very friendly and helpful employees. Clean nd very well stocked.

Large and well lit. Same eatery offerings as found in other Sams Club here in Colorado Springs. Less outdoor furniture featured on main floor. The parking is pretty spacious and there is a really well sized gas station. Cant beat cold 25 cent full size water bottles.

One of the best things about Sams Club is their Scan & Go app. Just scan your items in the cart, slide to pay and youre done - no standing in line to check out!! Plus, the hand washing stations throughout the store are nice to have for added peace of mind during germy times whether its COVID or just flu season!

Today, I finally purchased a membership. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Went over all the benefits of a member and member plus. With COVID in effect, thought it might be better to start buying at Sams instead of taking advantage at grocery stores by buying more products instead of just one at sams.

We use Sams Club for ordering our snack for my work. And I hate it. Nobody ever answers the phone at the customer service desk. Because of the way snack is ordered, I cant check in on the app. Im glad Im not an actual member because I despise Sams Club

Workers and customers were for the most part all Covid-19 compliant. The store was not overly crowded and people were trying to maintain safe distances.

Was good until we got to the food courtPoor ladies were busy and needed help!! Couldnt find a manager anyway waited 15 minutes for a hotdog.

I used the app to call in my order it was ready to pick up bright and early and the man that put it all in my trunk was sweet and funny and the highlight of my day..

Honestly cant stand this location. I shop professionally on weekends and when you sprayed 3 orders, tell them its separate, use dividers, and they ignore you and try to ring it up as 1, THEN mix the cart back up again after checkout. I waste more time fixing their constant and repeated errors than it took me to shop a 2 overflowing cart order.

Josefine an employee came up to our cart and snatched a Clorox wipes out of our cart and said that we could only buy one. She assumed we were all on the same membership. She didnt ask. Or inform us of the policy. She just came up and took it out of our cart. She didnt handle it properly which upset my mother sister and I. I will not renew my membership nor will I buy from sams club again. When we reported it to the manager. We told him 4 times what happened and why we were upset and he kept saying he didnt know what happened. I get you have policies but there is a right and wrong way of doing things and she handled it wrong. Dont assume and do not grab stuff out of peoples carts.

My car battery had to be replaced, job b done quickly and very pleased.

They literally dont answer the phone? I just want to put some tires on order, but the only office in the entire store that picks up the phone is the deli, and they wont transfer me to auto and tires. Looks like Im buying my tires at my dealership, which is dissapointing.

This place was okay they were very stocked, but when I bought some beans that were dented on each can. It was a little crowded, but in some parts it was quiet. I will come back, but I don’t want to see dented or cracked anything. I was a little disappointed that some of the workers there were dropping things. The only good thing was that they were completely stocked with items.

Pretty much on par with Costco for products but where as Costco has the supreme return policy on items, Sams Club has the self check out app that is the best in class for the fastest checkouts and good bye to long lines! Sams has the best strawberry shortcakes too!

Great shop with an even better tire department. Brandon in the tire department takes care of his customers... Highly recommended!
