Now there are a lot of businesses in this little crossing, but today Im only going to be reviewing the circle k / shell. I just want to say that the night time worker Logan, was very respectful and very helpful. Night time workers normally arent in the best of moods from my experience but this guy was happy to help and looked like there wasnt a thing in the world bothering him. My pump wasnt working and he displayed knowledge towards my issue and solved Some it with ease. Thanks man!

I was at Baptist Road Dental in Jackson Creek Crossing. I cant recommend this dental practice high enough, Brandi and Dr. Crystal were fabulous. They are patient, accommodating, kind, friendly and more than reasonable for those without insurance.

Everything was as it should be. It was cleaner then most. Store employees were friendly and was well stocked.

This is really a clean and well stocked supermarket. Produce is fantastic and staff are helpful. I witnessed a butcher go out of his way to give a customer a choice cut of meat for a bargain price. Also, I just asked the produce guy if they had more mint in a different section and he went to the back and pulled it fresh for me. When you have a place like this to shop, you have a good community!

Update directory. No soup on isle nine! Employees dont know where soup is! So crowded. What a mess! Will never go back. 🚶

I mean the whole area of Monument is usually clean and well groomed. Jackson Creek crossing is no different. Especially the King Soopers. I wish i could afford to live in either Monument, or Castle Rock. Both areas within Colorado Springs stand as a reminder if how truly beautiful our state can be, even without the picturesque features of the Rocky Mountains.

Great little mall anchored by King Soopers. Liquor store, Chinese and hot pot restaurant, Subway, Papa Murphys, gas station, bank, even a medical facility close by where you can get free covid testing. And thats just for starters!

Lots of food options, some are tricky to find- but the app is designed to help with that. Staff are friendly and supportive with finding items as well. Curbside pickup is great, but often it involves some strange substitutions. Popular store that gets quite busy at times.

I love that they are open until midnight. i miss being able to go shopping whenever i want to, but they help with that by being open 2+ hours longer than most other places for quick, last minute things! 🙌🏻

The store itself is OK. The place is always packed. It is hard to get out of the parking lot if you are going east. You have a choice of a dangerous exit or having to make U-turn on main road.

I really enjoyed it all the setups they have and everything was a beautiful clean store too

Very handy quick stop. Fuel, convenience store, grocery store.

Its kind of rough, with a lot of business turnover, and the road into and out of its main parking lot needs a light or redesign because it is dangerous and always fill of pot holes. A new Chinese place just opened here and it is some of the best Chinese Food I have had in this state!

My husband and I love King Soopers you can always find what you want and theres good customer service.

They have a good selection of spices & fresh ingredients. They have a pretty good variety of cheeses & chip dips. Overall very good place to get good I ingredients that wont break your bank

Its king Soopers... nothing special..1.notch above Wal-Mart, but hampered by too many employees that do not care.

Love the sushi bar and the international section here. Always good produce and meats. Kinda a maze bit you get used to it🙂

Great location for all of the essentials, except for decent food options. Sure there are a few, but nothing special. We need more fun food stops.

This is a safe shopping plaza. There is a great Chinese restaurant, liquor store, and a Papa Murphys. Parking lot is very well with. There is usually one of those mobile windshield crack repair companies in the parking lot. Theres also a new Starbucks right there. It is one minute off of I-25 at Baptist exit

Found everything we needed at reasonable prices. This store is set up alot different than other King Soopers

Getting more annoyed by the day. Was hoping the under stocked shelves were Covid related, but they continue to have shortages on stuff I want: veggies used to be well stocked... not any more. Alternative meats (like lamb) are always in short supply (and beyond expensive), cleaning supplies are always lacking, asian food supplies are understocked, prices in food are horribly high compared to safeway and wallyworld. I now try to avoid.

I like shopping here. The staff are friendly, and helpful. There are still a few empty spaces on the shelves where facial tissue and toilet paper would normally be. That is to be expected at this time. One year into this covid epidemic.

Nice, clean shopping center. Convenient for the local neighborhoods... complete with grocery store (with great quality meats and veggies), salon, liquor store, vet, gas station and Starbucks!

First time being there, it was great place

I usually shop at Walmart. I have a King Sooper card, but havent been to one for over a year. I was shocked at the much higher prices. Orowheat bread, for an example, was about $ 1.00 more. Thats 33% more than Walmart. I noticed other prices, also higher.I will stay at Walmart. Why pay 33% more for the exact product? Doesnt make sense to me.

Great place! Mainly come here for King Soopers but love the Subway here and the gas station near here plus the new starbucks is a great add-on to this shopping area. The convience of this place is great and have been coming here for as long as I can remember!

Over 100 over 60 shoppers at 7:30 am.3 shoppers below 30ish. I heard a clerk say there was plenty of pasta and bread in the back but they wouldnt restock it until after 1pm.

The store offers a significantly larger fresh food section and a wider variety of items compared to the competing Safeway. However, the aisles are very narrow and there is limited space at the checkout stands. The combines to deliver a claustrophobic shopping experience.

Several clerks were very attentive and enquired if I was needing any help. Its wonderful to be acknowledged from a friendly staff.

They are great. Get the free rewards card. It is worth it. So far best grocery store to shop at if you are not specifically worried about a budget.

Jackson Creek Crossing has everything you need in one place. Groceries, Take and Bake Pizza, a Liquor store, and other options. Its definitely your one stop shopping center, especially for Monument!

Prices are reasonable. More than helpful, friendly service every visit. Many reduced/clearance items (selections always changing-from automotive merch. to vitamins) & a major plus for me is they are open until midnight!

In and out quickly to return an ill-fitting item. No hassel with a smile and dose of courtesy. Who could ask for more? Kohls was a great experience.

The produce was all terrible. Broccoli and kale old and soft apples, the sugar snap peas in the baggie were already starting to rot. Terrible ☹️

I really like this King Soopers, but their pharmacy is lack luster, and they really need too get some more people to work back there.

Parking lot is horrible.

Great little shopping center! There is only a handful of shops here so you don’t get the feeling of a big mall. The King Soopers here is excellent, as well as the Starbucks and the Western Union Bank inside it. There is also a Subway and a Pet grooming shop and a dry cleaner. The parking lot is small, but not too small, and easy to navigate.

Good Store always clean. Kroger could lower prices a bit and it would be 5 stars great.

This grocery store has a wonderful variety of fresh veggies and other wonderful foods. There is a Starbucks inside. Very attractive store.

This King Soopers is one of the newer and larger locations. Almost always well stocked with many options to choose from, more than other KS stores. Service is good and the store is well managed. I will drive 20 minutes just to do my main weekly grocery shopping here. It is almost always pretty busy so be patient when trying to park.

The staff are wonderful. The store itself is clean , inviting. But I am always disappointed with the overall quality of the produce. Compared to other kings soopers I have visited in neighboring towns.

My neighborhood grocer. I really enjoy this store. It never seems to be too busy, and there are so many good people working here.

The ladies in the floral department of the grocery store are great. However, the store is over crowded, parking is a pain and getting out of the parking lot is a joke especially if wanting to go east on Baptist Road.

This King Soopers location is usually busy and rarely has enough baggers. Plan on bagging your own groceries.

Nice store in a shopping strip mall. This is a big King Soopers so not really a quick in and out location. Staff is helpful here, but when we had to find an item and couldnt, the employee should of asked since they let us on a wild hair 7i chase and then never found it for us. She said the store carries it but we finally gave up. Good to see they always have enough cashiers.
