My Janome machine broke down this weekend and I decided to take it back to the store where I bought it. Susan was more than helpful by taking extra time to examine my machine personally, determining what part I needed and how to repair my machine. She was courteous and patient. Cant beat that kind of customer service!! Thanks, Susan!!

I am new to Colorado and I just finished my first quilt here. I had many quilt friends back in Illinois that could quilt it for me. But as I said I am new here. Each and every one I spoke to at Ladybug Hill Quilts was amazing! They treated me with such kindness and did an amazing job on my quilt! God Bless you guys! I truly appreciate you!

This is a very cute and fun store. The staff are very friendly and very approachable. I went in looking for some off white material for a quilt I am making. I had a few questions about which type of material I was going to be needing and the project I am doing. They pointed me in the right direction. We even discussed different thread weights

We had a good time visiting this store but did not find a whole lot that was right for us. It was a pretty quite Wednesday afternoon when we came in and we were greeted when we arrived. We looked around and picked up the 2017 Row by Row pattern, unfortunately they were out of the kits.They have a large class room available here, and a huge selection of sewing machines as well as their quilting supplies.

Lynn was so helpful with this first time quilter wannabe! Such a wonderful experience. I cannot wait to go back with questions and my finished product. Fingers crossed everyone.

Friendly staff, sewing machines, fancy threads, area of battings, and fabrics of course. The fabric selection is not huge, but the prints are lovely. They have big class/work spaces. Saw a flier for working on Unfinished Projects (UFOS). Great idea.

Spent $3,000 on a new machine that doesnt work like new. Grinds and rattles when sewing at slow speeds. The dual feed link continually pops out. When I brought this machine in for service was told that a lot of time was spent on a very minor issue. Brought my machine home and it still grinds/rattles and the link still pops out. Was given a copy of the pages on how to attach the dual feed foot from the manual. I AM following those instructions. The machine and/or foot is faulty and the owner will NOT stand behind this machine. At my new owners session was basically told to look it up in the manual as she did not know much about this machine. The owner has been very condescending to me. I regret setting foot in this store as will consider this $3,000 lost. The staff, on the other hand, has been very kind, unlike the owner.

When I was shopping for a sewing machine, I found reviews online that led me to a particular Janome model. When I visited this store to try out the machine in person, a very helpful and friendly employee sat down with me and showed me all the features. I came back a week later to buy it, and the other employees I encountered were just as friendly and knowledgeable. I have since made a special order for an accessory, and that was handled very well also.

I have previously shopped here, but not since Covid. I went in today, wearing a mask, and the owner/worker was not wearing one. I will not go back to this store.

I just picked up my 15000 again, I had it in there about 3 weeks ago, my bobbin case kept jumping out and messing up! Picked it up last Monday afternoon cost me $86 had to buy anotherBobbin case for $35 and a $49.99 service fee! Took it back Wednesday morning was doing the very same thing again and it messed up the bobbin case again! Picked it up yesterday Bill charged me for another service fee of $49.99! I guess Bill and Sydney don’t warranty their work! He blamed it on my Janome bobbins that I have used over 100 of them in this machine! Also they sold me a bobbin case that doesn’t even fit in my machine! At least they gave me another bobbin case, I have bought over 10 of these at $35 each, I am so frustrated! Now my door won’t stay shut! I’m not about to take it back there!

Janome makes a great machine but even they need service on occasion, mine just needed repair right in the middle of a project. Not only does this store do factory certified repairs for a great price, they loaned me another machine so I could finish my project. You just dont find businesses like this anymore.

I really dont know sewing at all, but when I came in here to find what I needed for a project, the staff was super friendly and helpful and got me just what I needed.

Interesting shop, out of my budget for most things. Went in for information and possible purchase of momory card adapter for Janome 9000. was told the person I needed to speak to was not there leave message and they would call. two weeks later and several calls to shop and still havent reached person.

Enjoyed seeing all the great fabrics. And sales.The ladies at the shop were very helpful and welcoming.

These guys are absolutely wonderful. I have a Janome and Margaret is the best repair person I have ever found. I recommend the shop cuz it have so many wonderful I Fabrics available
