This store is much bigger than my usual store in NH, and it has a Viking gallery, too!The selection of fabric was great, and I had so much fun looking around.The store was clean, and the clerks were all very nice.

Disappointed today. I made a special stop to ask a question about a problem I’m having embroidering. I explained that I am new and I do not yet know what I’m doing. I showed the associate a photo of my embroidery result. She asked me the brand of machine I have and I told her Brother. She just said I had to go to another store to get my answer. It should be obvious what I’ve done wrong. I was hoping she would tell me that oh, that means your tension is is too “tight/loose” (insert answer). It would have been perfectly reasonable to say ‘I’m not familiar with Brother machines so you should ask company xyz.’ However, that’s not what she did. Because it was not a brand she sold (even though a Brother machine is available on the Joann website), she dismissed me with no help. So, I would say if you have a sewing or embroidery need, verify your machine is one they sell before you drive over and ask for help. I will not return for any sewing or embroidery supply or assistance.

Great sales! My stuff was super cheap today. Probably would have spent way more at walmart.

One of the best managers I have ever had the pleasure to meet saved my butt here. Although Im not at liberty to explain, I will say this woman went above and beyond her position to help me. Last thing I expected in todays day where the dollar speaks before compassion and basic decency!

The Husqvarna sewing machine lady (Dawn) is so knowledgeable and patient and willing to teach and managed to save us a tidy bundle. Shes amazing 👏

Prices are higher compared to other stores but they offer price matching on all items. Good quality fabrics. The wait for getting fabric cut can be long so I recommend ordering online and doing curbside pickup.

Really clean and easy to see the prices and they had amazing sales on beads. I didnt have a coupon and the lady at checkout looked it up for me. The line was fast moving and everyone was super friendly

Overwhelmingly huge selection with very helpful staff. Good organization and we were able to easily find everything we needed for our project.

This place is great for customer service! They are always checking if you were former military or student to try to get you their discount. I really appreciate it. My only experience with the products is embroidery. My wife recently picked it up and says that the supplies sold are not the best and are priced above better quality products. Their selection is great but I believe they need to maybe find a different vendor for the embroidery goods.

Sadly, Joanna has empty shelves and very little fabric in comparison to what they usually have.Take care of your people, Joanns. Theyll walk out of you dont. No man power, no sales!I went to Hobby lobby and found they were Fully Stocked! Guess Ill be going there from now on.

Great sale on flannel while we were there, and best options in town for fabric. Crowded Saturday but no long waits at cutting counter or check out.

Overall, the selection is pretty great. Occasionally youll run into stock issues or some organization problems but thats about it.

I had to buy some fabric to make blankets. As someone who has no idea where to start when working with textiles, the ladies here made my experience easy and pleasant.

Brenda is amazing. If you ever need anything she is your gal. My mom and I went shopping and simply because something was mismarked she honored that and compensated us. The best experience Ive ever had here is because of her.

This is literally my favorite store to go to always! (Not just because I love buying crafting supplies! 😉) Everyone is always friendly, always helpful, always polite! Every store could literally learn a lesson from Joanns!

This home goods store has a pretty good selection of anything you may need, especially for the holidays. The prices are on the high side, but discounts are offered in many isles. There was a lady who greeted us as soon as we entered the door, asking what we were shopping for. It made us feel a bit unwelcomed! I will definitely be shopping somewhere I know my business is appreciated.

Eryn and Michelle were the sweetest and most helpful and because of them we had good overall experience today! I could not say the same for other team members and the store manager.

Came to get Halloween decorations and ended up standing in line for 30+ minutes. One of the registers was malfunctioning and only one person was working on the register. Instead of switching the customer to a different register they called 2 more people over to attempt to fix the problem. After about 15 minutes another worker checked us out. Not going back unless I have to.

Great arts and crafts store as well as a great place to get home decor. A little more expensive than other places but clean and friendly.

Great store but Joanns either needs another store in Colorado Springs or more ppl to help in fabric. There’s always a line and it wastes my time having to wait forever for help. I’m starting to purchase material online.

I gave it four stars because it was a nice place. Very organized, fully stalked, employees were nice. It was our first time and it didnt have what we were looking for. But it is not a place that would have had what we were looking for. We did see things however that we would be going back for.

The people cutting the fabric and checking people out are always so slow lol but overall they have good stuff

Wonderful experience as always. Greeted and acknowledged by several staff members throughout our trip. The ladies in fabric were super helpful and all though the checkout line had a few of us waiting, the two checkers were quick to move us along.

We love the employees here. They are always helpful and kind (especially to our doggies which goes along way with their humans). The fabric selection is very good this year, but the sales are lacking (not the stores fault, obviously). I dont like paying $15/yd for licensed cotton. On sale it used to be closer to $8 or $9. Again, not the stores fault... cotton has risen in price due to crazy demand for masks. Hopefully it eventually balances out.

Cashier could have been a little less sarcastic and friendlier but other than that everybody else we ran into was very nice

Dont waste your time with their curbside or in-store pickup option. This place has the worst turnaround Ive seen yet. I ordered something two days ago that their site claimed was in stock. My order status says still processing. Its one item! Never again will this place be getting any of my money or my time.

I have a few negative things to complain about but, first... I would like to say this review is to be helpful in every way possible. My experience going into JOANN Fabric & Crafts was exciting! Its a fun place! If youre like me & its your first time visiting, it can be overwhelming. So much to explore. They have fabric, arts & crafts, cooking & baking stuff, along with clothing & food items. I have left a few photos, I wish I wouldve taken so much more, like I said I was excited & honestly didnt think about it until I left to get in my car & I ran back inside, took a few snaps. Heres my opinion: When I first walked in I didnt expect how huge it was! While its nice to have so much at your finger tips, it would be nice to have some assistance in help in finding those things. Not one person offered to help me or welcome me. When I asked where the bathroom was I received a point. I assume a point in the right direction is better than nothing. I really wish I could have received some help. I spent way to long in JOANNs & left without what I really needed, Im sure they had what I needed but couldnt find it. The lady who checked us out was not friendly. She was in a hurry. My husband payed & I grabbed a paper off the counter...it said you can save 40% on one side & on the other side of the paper it asks if you would like to donate to St. Judes for Childhood Cancer. Oh you could get 40% of for helping!? Gerrrrrr... This frustrates me! I dont know the regulations of JOANNs but, I do assume they care about their customers experiences. If the cashier would have been polite, asked if we found everything we were looking for & mention the 40% off if I donated to help childhood Cancer or even if she just asked if I would like to donate & mention I could save 40%. The store and I as well as the cancer society would have ALL WON!!! Will this stop me from coming back? No, Ill come back & I hope this review does not go unnoticed & I see an improvement.

Store has a lot of items for any project you want to make. However there is always only one or maybe two cashiers checking people out and it can take up to 30 minutes of just waiting in line to pay. Suggest to go before 10am and after 2pm to avoid the long line of waiting.

Absolutely absurd. Spent over an hour waiting to get one cut made, with 2 people in front of us, in a largely empty store. Not a single worker cared to step in and help out, though plenty walked past aimlessly. This store is exclusively for the retired, and only the retired who genuinely dont mind spending all day to make their purchase.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I have coupons and really great deals sent to me regularly and its a wonder Im not dead broke. Why do I think I can do all these projects?!?

This is my go to store, coupons can’t be beat. Only place in town with the most fabric selections. Crafters heaven.

The store was an absolute wreck. There was one lady working at the counter to get your fabric cut and at least 5 people waiting. There were 3 cashiers, though, standing around not doing much. I wasnt impressed. There was a large selection, if you had the patience to sift through the train wreck.

The woman in the cutting area was rude. A good portion of the bolts of fabric were just a mess. They looked like they were practically thrown in the shelves. It looked like its managed by someone who just doesnt care.

Usually ok. Shelves are pretty bare. Not much staff to help out.

Way better then hobby lobby the staff is nicer they have a better selection, and they try to get USA made fabrics

Meh, have tried to find the stuff in the store that says in stock at website. Have had issues with their site and sometimes they just dont care there. Down the street is Michaels where people are helpful.

Make sure you double check that the associate cut the correct amount of fabric before you leave the store, dont just assume it is correct. I paid for half a yard more than needed on SIX different pieces of fabric. With their prices being so expensive to begin with, that adds up. Additionally, now I have extra work to do with cutting the material to the correct size.

Went for a zipper, and then I found out they have a seamstress on site. How convenient is that!

Crazy busy and dog friendly... But, all those who had dogs.. There dogs were badly behaved. They should have been told to leave.

Has changed so much since covid panic. They used to have a great selection of quilting and sewing books and now its down to very few (beaten up) books to chose from. In person classroom has been turned into a packing area.☹ can still get ok prices on fabric here, but things are just not......right, anymore.

All the bernat yarn was in different isles. There was yarn in button isle and iron patch isle and by sewing machines. Never have i seen such a disorganized joanns. Then while there they had the pallet machine beeping so loud through the store it killed my ears. At least i found most of the yarn i was after. However, i had to search the whole damn store to make sure i didnt miss some in random isles.

There are many, many good things to say about this Joannes: its super-sized, so there are lots of options within the stock here, especially in storage, fabrics, and decor, but I think the thing that stands out amongst Hobby Lobby and Michaels, etc, is the enormous selection of kids craft kits, especially during the holidays. You want to paint ornaments with your kids? Theyve got unique ones. You want to entertain a young guest while they are visiting here in Colorado? Grab a crochet kit. Want to give a group of boys something to do and its ok if things get a little messy? The science kits here have practically endless options. (Its not all girlie - craft - themed stuff, either, there are a lot of fun boys projects and toys here, too - and not just the same ol glue-and-paint-a-birdhouse, either, there are many other more engaging choices). If you come down, I dont think youll be disappointed!Just a note: if you are coming out for fabrics, make sure to take a numbered ticket and listen for your number - its the way they do it there, and it really helps if its busy.

Customers go in the spend money and I understand with the pandemic everyone is scared but the cashier Joann does not need to treat customers like their not human. Very bad customer service from her and very rude.

Had a piece of art custom framed and I can honestly say I will never be using Joanns for framing ever again. The framing itself turned out great - luckily - but the entire experience was horrid. There really was no discussion during the initial consultation, I had to call after to clarify information and make sure I wasnt getting something I hadnt asked for. It was EXTREMELY overpriced. And then I find out that they tried calling me before the estimated completion date - which is great except they only called once, never left a voicemail, and I ended not finding out until A MONTH later and only because I called to find out what the status was. Im usually a fan of Joanns but this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Sorely disappointed.

This is the 3rd largest Joanns in the nation, and its clear they have LOTS of fabric options. I couldnt find a matching chiffon to make a matching cape to my wedding dress. Went to several other stores in other states, but this Joanns had the perfect match! So thrilled!

I love JOANN Fabrics. This store has the worst layout of any store I have ever been in. The line to check out was so long it went back in to fabrics. Those looking at fabrics were competing for space with those trying to check out. No social distancing because there was no room for it. The fabric area has the worst layout!! How does anyone find anything? Check out the fabulous layout of Amarillos store and learn from them.Now lets talk staff!! The ladies cutting fabric were calm and helpful and a real joy to work with. They worked hard to keep the area clean between customers and were attentive to the person in front of them. Check out was the same. Helpful, kind and thoughtful.Also, a big thank you to JOANNS for great offers. They had a free yard of fabric with instructions on how to make a mask. Thanks for looking out for your fellow humans!

I thought this was just a fabric store, but thats not even half the store! They have baking items (including Wilton pans, supplies, and a huge selection of silicone molds), craft and artist paint, a huge wall of stickers, great selection of faux flowers, I could go on and on! So much more than fabric!

This week was my first time in this store and I dont know why I didnt go in before. Customer service was excellent! The lady that helped me today at the framing department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their coupons are great and you get military discount. (Take my money 😆)

The lines are always LOOONNNNNGG at check out and at cutting. Only 2 checkers its just ridiculous period.. Get more workers to check ppl out. No need for us customers to have to wait so long every time !!!!

Joann is going to slowly become my Hobby Lobby. Their yarn selection is massive, puzzles, peeler beads, toys and games also. What sealed the deal is the coupons in their app. Efficient and BIG savings!! It also might become my new go-to for legos.

Joann Fabrics is my goto to hobby and craft items. This visit I was in need of material to use as photographic backdrop. Perhaps, I should not have gone there as the choices were so wide and varied. I expected in and out but because they maintain a large inventory, I had sooo much to choose from. Great shopping and great bargains. Friendly staff willing to go that extra mile.
