Great service and communication from day one. They came out and measured my porch for Shades. The gentleman was very nice and informative and answered all my questions. The company emailed me every step of the way and communicated when I would need to be around and what to do next. The two gentleman that installed my shades were awesome. Eric was the main guy and I dont know the name of the other one but they were both very nice, efficient and answered all my questions.

This is our second install of Liberty Home Products by Jason and Nick and, as always, they did a superb job! We have a remote 16 W x 10 L awning with automatic wind closure that was originally installed in 2017, as well as window well covers with chains and locks. This year, we had the house painted and wanted new Sunbrella fabric; color and style. We could not be more pleased with our marine-grade choice. And, Liberty made take down, storage in our garage and re-install so easy. I love this company. They are not only organized, but always dependable and friendly with quality workmanship. Thanks again! Wonderful investment! We have beautiful South-West view but sometimes the sun can be brutal. The Sun/Wind screen was the perfect answer. Since we have a deck and walkout basement, we order two screens, one for each spot. The screens provide comfort and privacy from the people walking through the park. We can see out, but we are hidden from the pedestrians. Immediately after installation, I felt a difference in the temperature.I was very impressed with the crew (Jason & Jose) that installed the They were very polite, professional, and efficient with the installation. They ensure everything worked and looked proper to my satisfaction. At the end, they explained the how to operate my shade with the motor and provide recommendations for care of the shade. We had a great experience working with Liberty Home Products to order a custom storm door for our home! We have 8 Exterior Doors, which made finding a screen/storm door tricky, until we found Liberty. They were very helpful and easy to work with through the entire process. The installer - Junior B. was great! Junior arrived during the designated installation timeframe, was friendly, informative and worked quickly to get our door installed! He put down a large piece of cardboard to protect our front porch, and cleaned everything up after he was done. After install, Junior took the time to talk me through several details about the door and how to troubleshoot any issues we might have down the road. The door is GREAT quality, and will give us better functionality of our front entrance. We love our new storm door, and will definitely recommend Liberty Home Products to others!

Erich and Jason installed an awning that was previously ordered. They had great suggestions for the installation which overall improved the appearance and functionality. Our experience with Liberty Home Products for the installation of two solar shades around our patio was very satisfying. Liberty personnel were always professional and friendly. The notification from the main office as to appointments to confirm measurements and the time window for installation were welcome and accurate. The installation by Rob and Zeb was efficient and within the time window given by the office. Rob and Zeb were very professional and helpful in explaining the operation, the warranty, and maintenance of the shades themselves.We would certainly recommend Liberty.

Manuel and Zeb initially came out and did a great job installing our three deck shades. Through no fault of theirs, I had to have a longer power cord installed on one of them and in no time Liberty sent out Tyler and Dani and they installed the new cord and attached the other one to the deck walls. They both did a great job also and in a short amount of time.

Working with the folks at Liberty was a positive experience and I love my awning. Anthony came to my home and did a fine job of selling me on their products and services. He also helped me obtain the information needed to receive HOA approval. Jank and Tyler installed it quickly and professionally and explained the sensor details. Product is fine, installation was a problem. The two-person install team left before I noticed that they had drilled four holes into the side of our house in the wrong location! See the picture. Once I saw the holes and mentioned the problem they did give us a small credit but I would have MUCH preferred a proper installation. If you are persnickety about what gets drilled into your siding you might want to take notice during the installation.

Got our custom made security door installed last week. The door is beautiful and the quality is clearly very high. The install was fast and looks perfect, and the installer Chris was very friendly and went through all aspects of the door with us. Anthony and Jennifer were great to work with throughout the sales process as well. Really a great experience with everyone we spoke to.Yes the install was moved back a week as I saw other reviews have mentioned, but their manager reached out and explained the situation (they had to shut down for a week due to COVID illness in the factory). I was more than happy to accommodate them under the circumstances (a little patience this year people common!), and the end result speaks for itself.Good people, good products: I would highly recommend Liberty.

We had a really difficult time with our installation of window well covers. I understand COVID has made everything difficult for many people, but we had multiple missed appointments with no communication. Products are okay, but do not seem to be as heavy duty as we saw in the showroom. Important note: the president of the company did reach out to us and provided a pretty good discount off our final payment when I provided feedback to our sales person. Thats the only reason I moved this from 1 star to 2.

I ordered five window well covers 12 weeks ago. When I paid the one half deposit I was told installation would be in 9 weeks. The installation scheduled for tomorrow was cancelled this evening. Liberty has my money and I have heard nothing but excuses and promises. Very, very poor experience. UPDATE: after 13 weeks I received my window well covers. The materials used in manufacturing this set are nothing like the set I purchased from them three years ago. They look cheap and flimsy. I will not do business with them again and advise others to go elsewhere.

Junior installed our door and did an excellent job. He was very personable. We found in $150 coupon in a local home magazine and a flyer. The door looks great. We got a screenWith it so we have cross ventilation.

The crew of Erich and Seth were very good. They were quickly done with the installation and spent 10-15 minutes explaining how the awning worked and what to to do to protect. Well done guys.

We had someone come give a quote for a pergola shade. Their quote was way too high and the salesman himself said, and I quote if you have a change of heart about spending this kind of money, feel free to cancel within 3 business days. We cancel next day and 16 business days later we still have no refund.

Purchased a custom storm door in Dec 2019. Bottom end left unfinished and have been working ever since to get an end cap installed. Very unresponsive. Last time I spoke to a supervisor and was promised an installation today. Just called and we are not on the schedule. Do not recommend as customer service is terrible

I ordered a awning replacement from Liberty.I am extremely happy with my awning and especially the installation! They went way out of their way to fix a previous problem done by my contractor. They were professional and on time!I highly recommend them! I will use them again!

Not very happy with our experience so far. Hoping they make this right!! We ordered an awning and paid our deposit (50%). We have been waiting for five weeks for install. The day came and nobody showed, nobody called. I had to call them!! Then they said they would reach out to the installer and have him update me. Finally, 1.5 hours after our scheduled time, the installer called and said they wouldnt make it. I was then told that someone would be in touch to reschedule. When I asked when, He said hopefully before Tuesday. Shouldnt I be the next in line? Well people are already pre-scheduled.... HELLO??? I was prescheduled and have been waiting for FIVE WEEKS! If you cant come the day you promised, I should be next in line. I called this morning and they were able to get me on for the following week, the same time they cancelled on me last time (saturday in the evening). This concerns me cause they couldnt make it last time to that last saturday appt, dont have faith they will this time either. Regardless I want to speak to a manager and voice my concerns. I have called multiple times today and every time its a new excuse why he cant talk. “Hes at an appt” “hes on another call” “he is in a meeting” meanwhile, the day goes on and we arent getting a call back. Horrible communication and Horrible customer service!!!

I had a difficult time with this company. I ordered 4 window well covers. A salesperson came out to my house and looked at my window wells and told me what the options were, so I had him order my covers and paid a down payment for 1/2 of the contract. I usually dont pay upfront however these are custom made covers. About half way through the waiting period [it takes up to two months for them to be fabricated and installed] I received a call stating they could not make the ones I ordered for my short windows and there would be a extra charge for the proper ones I needed. I was already in this contract having paid I/2 up front so I agreed to pay extra. Nearly two months later the installer arrives to install the security bars and ask me where my window well covers were. I told him I had nothing except $650.00 less in my bank account. He made calls and no one could find my covers at the store. Later that day I got a call from Liberty Home Services stating they would come back next week and install my well covers and security bars. To make a long story short they were finally installed and the remainder of the contract paid. In my opinion this is a poor way to do business, changing the scope of the contract in the middle of the manufacturing process. Buyer beware! the are several other companies that make good window well covers so check those companies out before you buy from Liberty. I CANNOT RECOMMEND LIBERTY HOME PRODUCTS. I had to cancel several appointments several times just to get my covers installed.They are a Denver company and only install in Colorado Springs area once a week.

Chris Cote our installer was courteous and professional. He answered any questions we had and explained everything we needed to know about our door. The security door fit perfectly. Highly recommend if you need a security door. Very easy process from beginning to end. Recommend stopping by their showroom to check out their products in person. Price is what I would expect to pay for this quality door. No complaints.

3 weeks, 4 calls to this location, spoke to 2 different ladies, I escalated to the CEO and not 1 returned call and I took all my clients business elsewhere and was even calling on the behalf of an existing customer of Libertys..Zero customer service speaks volumes.

Sales person was friendly, promised door would be installed with 6 weeks. 9 weeks later, still waiting. Finally got a call today, door was told be installed tomorrow and they are pushing it off another week. They always blame something, computer system, manufacturer, COVID.
