The young lady was extremely helpful and I appreciate her patience.

The only reason I gave one star is because the first store rep I worked with, Jocelyn was pleasant and helpful. But, I came in for an upgrade, spent $100 on my new upgrade phone and then had it glitch on me 2 hrs later. I couldnt get past the home screen to access any apps, turn it off or do anything with the phone at all. Brought it back to the store and had the displeasure of dealing with the lady with the colorful pink/lavender hair. She couldnt access anything on the phone either. All I wanted to do was swap it out for the same model since I had just got the new phone from them 2 hrs. She told me I would have to settle for a warranty phone which is a used refurbished phone. So, they sale me a bad phone that doesnt work at all, and when I go back in good faith not 2 hrs later to get it replaced, the only thing they will do is swap it out for a used phone in 2-3 days. (So Im also without phone service during that period) Horrible policy and customer service at that store.

Horrible experience here. Wish I had the option to give zero stars. They sale defective new merchandise, then when you return the same day to exchange it for a phone that actually works, they want to replace it with refurbished equipment (and charge you AGAIN to activate it when you can go online and do it yourself). This store is closer to me, but Id rather do the extra drive just so I dont have to deal with them.Do yourself a favor and go to the Metro store on Nevada or Academy.I notice the store owner picks and chooses who he responds to. That sums up how he runs his business as well.

The young lady at the store at Uinta and 32 nd st went above and beyond to help me with my phone problems for the pat week she is definitely an asset to your company !!

Savanah was amazing. She was SO helpful and nice. I called to make sure the store was still open and that she saved a phone...she answered the phone and was waiting for me. There are no words to express the level of appreciation I have for her. I will return.

Sarah & Lacey are absolutely wonderful! I went in to get a new phone & had a hard time obtaining a phone number. They worked very hard to get me set up until it was done. They definitely deserve a shout-out for the excellent job they both did today.

Still waiting on the manager to get back in touch with me. Your employee stole 20 dollars from me.

They tried to sell me a screen protector that is NOT compatible with my phone because of the case that its in for twenty-seven dollars!? I went to Walmart and bought the right one for fourteen dollars!!?? I know this is how they make their money by selling you phone cases and screen protectors but please dont try to rip people off!!!!

Had to drive from Buena Vista to purchase a new phone. When I arrive the three cheapest phones were out of stock. Three? Wasted three hrs and $30 gasGet it together make sure your store is stocked.

The customer service here is horrible. There is no reason to be rude to people just because you dont know how to fix a problem. You find someone who can. Just a bit ridiculous. Perhaps you shouldnt hire young kids who dont care and take phone calls while talking to you.

I have bladder cancer. I am homeless and awaiting disability. My phone bill of 28 dollars is due and I cant get an extension, ?! I use my phone for Dr.s and disability, and emergencys. I pay my bill every month! !! So, why cant I, get an extension?
