This place is trash. i get their cars are used but don’t sell a car with a bad battery and then try to replace it with ANOTHER bad battery. they don’t even care that they sold us a car with a bad battery. they know that the warranty doesn’t cover the battery so they just send us to the warranty department so they can give us the run around. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. they don’t care about the customers just they money

The sold me a lemon. I bought the insurance to prevent this but they just line there pockets. My dad was ill and if my car had worked I could have checked in on him and probably kept him ALIVE!! I brought it in to the dealership 3 days after I bought it. It was in the shop 90% of my ownership. I lost my dad and money dealing with these crocks. DONT BUY HERE IF YOU NEED A WORKING VEHICLE!!!!

By far the worst dealership Ive ever purchased from, multitudes of problems with the vehicle and can barely reach someone in regards to the sale, anytime you call the dealership they do whatever they can to have you speak with someone else. They lied about the posting saying the vehicle had 80,000 miles on it but after I got the odometer working it stated it was at 180,000. Cant even call to ask about my warranty instead they persist I drive all the way to them and hope they can help me, overall its a really shady business that does not care about their customers

Terrible experience, they lied straight to my face. Refused any help after the car was bought but then thought it would be funny to recommend a specific mechanic to fix their mistakes that I’d have to pay for of course. They are the ideal shady salesmen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody who doesn’t want a 1000 pound paper weight.

This car lot is the best used car dealership I have ever used. I called them to see if they had any used vehicles within my range they had (2) i was able to purchase one of them from my phone and i get to the car lot and sign the paperwork then I drive off in under 20 minutes it was the fastest and easiest way I have ever bought a car from anybody even private sellers the ladies in the office are awesome theyre very helpful and professional I definitely highly recommend this used car dealership for your next car

Was on the car lots and was looking at Vehicles. no one came out to greet me nothing like that. The gentleman that was washing and detailing a couple Vehicles he never said anything So eventually it was like why even be on this car lot when no ones going to come out and say hello. how am I doing, asked if I need any help do I have any questions so pretty much thats why you have a 2 star rating because no one came out to say hello or anything.

Love this place! This is the second vehicle I bought from them. And both times it has been a great experience. I have also recommended my friends there and they have left happy, even when things have come up they are happy to work with you and help when they can or at least point you in the right direction which is all you can ask for.

I had to give this place 1 star but they are not a good business as they took advantage of us in our desperate state to get a car. We are now stuck with a used 2002 jeep liberty that is worth about 2,000 dollars....and is going to cost us 13,000 to pay off. The lady doing our paperwork avoided telling us the total...and we were so in need of a vehicle that we hurried through the paperwork. Yes thats our fault but a good business would be honest up front about all of that. What they did should be illegal.

Chrissy gave us great service and the process was painless and quick. Will be coming back when we need another vehicle.

I bought a bmw x5 two days ago. For starters their half bit mechanics put a mully plug in the oil pan because they cracked the oil pan. I went to midas to get an oil change and found that out. For the second one in two days I was driving down the road and the CV axle snapped and they refuse to help. Dont buy a car here. If you do check it out first thoroughly

K Thomas scammed me and lied about taxes to only pocket them. She clearly said I would be good on all taxes and pulled this scam at end to secure deal cause she knew I’d have to pay them and they would lie about original promise and fees. Be aware here they will take advantage of you and your money!!

I purchased a vehicle in September of 2020. Trying to leave with the vehicle it ended up not starting. They stated they would fix it and gave us a new battery. It worked for a day, but then started not starting again. This issue has been going on since day one and not resolved. Day 2 of having the vehicle it started making a loud noise when breaking. Found out the caliper was hanging off! Had a mobile mechanic bleed it and reattach. It still made the same sound. Took it in on day three, (still not always starting and making the loud noise) they said it was the bushings and frame and fixed. Drove off the property on day three of owning it, and the service engine light and tire pressure light came on. Since I only owned it for three days and was not able to even drive it that often, the lights must have been cleared to sell. The service engine light through tons of codes, one of which was the catalytic converter, then evap seal, and despite replacing those things after begging them to (John the mechanic at drive easy was actually very helpful in all of this) they replaced and I still have a service engine light on since the 3rd day after purchase that they cannot get cleared. They then fixed the second speed sensory as the car wouldnt go above 50 nor uphill, and still a service engine light is on even after that. The car has been in the shop 15 times at the least, and I have been without a properly running vehicle for 3 weeks out of each month at the least. When we signed paperwork they rushed us through, and I have the proof that they made me sign for a kia sorento car fax, when I bought a Nissan. I did not get a complete title notice until 6 months after having the vehicle and they refused me paper plates (DMV said they had not even submitted until recently, upon which I finally got a complete title notice). I have the car in the shop to once again figure out what is wrong and they want to charge me with a problem that has been there since purchase. The vehicle was looked over and has evidence of being a flood car. When I looked up the REAL car fax that wasnt given to me, I also found that it has been in one accident which was not disclosed. I have tried to talk to the owner, WILL, he refuses to call me, and I am still dealing with a vehicle that does not always run. I have a disabled child who has severe epilepsy, and there were times she was seizing at school, and my car wouldnt start in order to get to her. Many times the ambulance would take her to the hospital as she is severely seizing, while I had to try to find transportation to get to my 6 year old severe epileptic daughter. The bank SC capital is no help. John at Drive Easy did the best he could with a lemon, but you cannot fix a lemon. This has caused great hardship for my family and I, especially while my husband is deployed and I have no way of caring for my kids transportational needs. Do not reccommend. Stay far away, as if you are sold a lemon, they will tell you hunny you bought a used car. After 7 months of peer hell with no working vehicle, I am finally posting the situation as I have exhausted asking for help, with no resolution. I have made on time payments and have never missed a payment despite never having a fully operational vehicle.

Its a used car dealer. You get what you paid for. Im not sure of it was the dealer (considering they said they replaced a motor mount) but I do almost all of my own maintenance. When I am doing work on the car and find A COMPLETELY STRIPPED TRANSMISSION MOUNT BRACKET HOLDING ON BY FILLING THE HOLE LOCKTITE ONLY.... I become concerned. Im assuming its locktite or maybe RTV? Not sure exactly. Either way, its bull. I attached a few pics. Its not hard work if you have the time and tools, but who knows what could have happened if that bolt/LOCKTITE failed! I put my kids in this car for crying out loud. Either way, I tapped and repaired the threads. I will never recommend this place.

I bought a car from this place on august 14th 2020 and I still cant register it. I have gone to t bgg e dmv twice and both times they told me they dont have title paperwork for my car. It is the law that the dealership has 30 days to provide appropriate paperwork to dmv. It has been 4months and I still cant register my vehicle. Cant get a phone call back from title department or the owner. I have reported this business to the attorney general for consumer fraud since I have a car I have already paid 3000 for that I cant legally drive.

I took it back after signing an as is deal with a warranty that started in 45 days from that date... They did not have to help me at all it was not their issue, however Andy not only got it into a mechanic that day, he also paid for it to get fixed for me! I am so grateful for everything he did to get me back into my baby as fast as he could.. he was at work on his days off.. calling me at every turn of events along the way... Amazing!
