Ive always had excellent service over many years- until yesterday. Today my van with a brand new $248.85 battery went into total electrical shutdown as I got home. Thinking Id blown a fuse, I first removed the air cleaner intake on my Honda Odyssey to see the battery terminals. The positive terminal was completely off the battery! He who installed it tried to wrench it instead of pushing it down onto the terminal correctly. If Id had a service call to pay over this instead of fixing it myself, Id be coming to you for money. I had a cracked screen on my cell phone and with working from home, my phone is a critical link to my work. B+B let me schedule an appointment online and delivered what they said they would, same day service! I first tried the big box store (blue and yellow) and when I arrived for my appointment was told that the tech who does the repairs was not in until the next day and there were 3 repairs ahead of me so I may not get my phone back until the day after next! Can you say false advertising?? What a waste of my time! The staff at B+B was extremely pleasant, professional, and understanding. I will definitely consider these guys over the big box stores for my future needs!

Past experiences have been good. So 2 stars. Ordered an item that website had in stock go in to find out it was stolen and never taken out of inventory. Employee said I could drive clear across town to a store that may have one and threw corporate under the bus and wasnt very apologetic and treated me like it was my fault for not calling ahead on an item that the website for a major corporation said was in stock. I honestly wouldnt be filling out this review if he didnt have a bad attitude. A simply Im sorry would have sufficed.

Went in for a battery to replace in a remote, gave him the size I needed and immediately he started telling me that thats not a battery and he continued to tell me its not a battery. I said to him so youre calling me a liar. He from the start was not in customer service mode especially with me. I guess he didnt like how I looked!. Wont ever be back. Go to Amazon.

I did a little comparison shopping on the web to find my replacement UPS battery. The Duracell I purchased was equal in price to the others I checked out and I trust the brand better. It was in stock at my local store, so I didnt have to wait for shipping. I received my first text message on the purchase within 30-45 seconds from placing the order. I received a call from the store less than 2 minutes later telling me that my order was ready for pickup! The sales person at the store was very professional and friendly. All in all a great shopping experience. I couldnt be more pleased with the speed and efficiency of the entire transaction.

Our UPS showed an alarm about low battery capacity. I ordered new batteries from Batteries+ online. The store called within 10 minutes to say the new batteries were ready for pick up. They also took the old batteries for recycling. Our UPS is back up and shows a healthy battery status.

Needed a quality car battery for my 1974 Mercedes 450SL. Associate was knowledgeable and very helpful! Computer called for the wrong battery for my car but he quickly assessed the correct one by sight and got me back on the road it timely fashion.

Chris was extremely helpful with repairs for my phone, and in a search for a specific charger for an old jump pack. Phone repairs came with some complications, and Chris was very communicative about my options and has offered excellent customer service getting me through the process.

We needed a simple battery replacement in a Samsung phone, they told us tops 2 hours. It has been SIX hours and it still isnt ready. The store is also dead every time were here, I wonder why.

Went there to see about a bulb for an old reading lamp. Walked in and was told I had to put on a mask - this without even looking at me. I said I was medically exempt. Manager told me to go outside and they’d help me there “when they got to me.” A kid came out to take my lamp almost 10 minutes later and when I asked who the guy who spoke to me was, he told me the manager. Then he went on to tell me there is a mask law. No there isn’t. I told him they were being discriminatory towards me and that the governor’s mask EO did not include certain people (3rd page), which meant they were discriminating against someone who couldn’t wear a mask. This kid went on to tell me he had asthma and COPD and he was wearing a mask. We’re not talking about you, sir. Your circumstances are different from mine. Then he tells me I’m discriminating against him. Good grief. All I wanted was a lousy bulb. They don’t need to know my medical history. The ADA says so as does HIPPA. I don’t care what your political persuasion is. I care that you claim the mask EO is a law when it’s not and you discriminate against those who can’t wear a mask, which is provided for in the governor’s EO. Know your EO before you go preaching to me. I’ll never do business with this location again. I’d give them a zero if I could.

My battery had gone bad and I ordered one online to be installed. I didnt realize that the bolt had rusted and wasnt coming off. I know they couldve easily given up on it and sent me away but the guy worked on it for about a half hour until he was able to get it removed and put the new one in. It was awesome, I really appreciate him taking the extra time to help me.

Every staff that I have met at this store is very helpful. They take the time to listen to my questions and can always give me an answer that I understand. The prices are comparable to other places I can shop but I prefer to go here because of the assistance I receive.

Utter Disgust with this business. I have owned an automotive business since 1996 and deal with batteries daily. I have wholesale accounts with all the auto supply shops and wholesale venders in town. Unfortunately for me I wanted a blue top battery for one of my classic cars so I could match the blue plug wires and valve covers. The price for the battery here was extremely high but I paid it because of the color. For the past year I have had nothing but issues with the battery dying when parked, mind you I have a battery disconnect because it is a classic that does not get driven all the time. I have charged it constantly with whats known as a smart charger made by snap on for automotive shops. Not your average charger. The battery will always take the charge but it does it in a weird manner. it will charge 93% almost immediately and the other 7% will take 10 minutes. Bottom line the battery will test with voltage but dies when sitting. In 26 years of business dealing with batteries I have always been able to exchange a battery for warranty. Having started out in the car audio world I dealt with this a lot. Never have I not been able to warranty a battery same day. However they did offer to sell me a new one and if they can make this one fail they will warranty it. They talk down to you as if batteries are complicated and their price is so insanely high that I can not understand why anyone would buy from them. Also I called their corporate number as was informed that they are a privately owned franchise so they can do whatever they want. I do not like to write reviews or bash a business but this location is despicable and I strongly recommend you take your business to a place that will warranty any issues you may have. That of course being any other auto shop that sells batteries. Save your money and get better quality and service from Auto shops that actually care.In response to owner.Your so called warranty will leave a consumer stranded with no battery until such time that you decide weather or not you will warranty the battery. Unless you’re going to offer loaner batteries while you do your so called tests this is utterly ridiculous. I went ahead and bought a battery somewhere else from reputable company and sure enough my problem was solved. And if my battery ever has an issue they’re not gonna leave me stranded without a battery while they conduct a bunch of tests, they’re just going to replace it so I can be back on the road.

WELL, i WENT IN TO BUY A CONVERSION KIT FOR MY STEAMLIGHT FLASHLIGHT TO CONVERT TO LED. FIRST HE SOLD ME THE WRONG ITEM, THEN IT SEEMS HE BROKE MY FLASHLIGHT. IT WAS WORKING WHEN I WENT IN, NOW IT DOES NOT. TOOK THREE EMPLOYEES TO GET THIS ORDERED AND THEN i WALK OUT WITH A NONWORKING FLASHLIGHT.

Dropped off 3 batteries they said they could rebuild for a cordless drill.took them back for not charging Twice and the last time I dipped them off said there’s nothing more they could do. So now I’m out $150 With three batteries that won’t power a drill and they refused to refund my money. Poor customer service

Took my FOB in to get a battery. The service rep said if he took the battery out of the FOB he would have to charge me $12.50. A 2 second job for $12.50. Who does that. If I was asking him to come out and change my car battery I could understand but $12.50 to pop open a FOB! I will go elsewhere for my battery needs!

I had a great experience, I brought a couple of batteries in to be tested expecting they would be beyond usable. The gentleman the test my battery let me know that they were in fact well within charging range and better than I expected. He didnt try to sell me something I didnt need, he was honest and polite. It was a very pleasant experience and when I do need a battery I will be there to buy it.

The staff member said that they would be open and reminded me that I should place the order on-line for in-store pickup and I would be able to get a $15 discount on my order. I did and when I got to the store, I used that $15 to make an additional, unplanned purchase.

They had a heavy duty battery in stock for my Mercedes. Only place I could find a deep cycle that fit my car. The one guy I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. You can probably find things cheaper elsewhere, but its nice to see a shop with specialty items and staff who know more than where the stockroom and cash register are.Edit: After more visits I would like to add another star (if I could). Went in again for a fob battery. The guy knew what type and had it installed in 15 seconds.(6-11-20) called 3 times. No answer. No VM. It rings a random amount of times then hangs up. Not earning more business like this.

They fixed my cell phone screen and replaced the battery. Took longer then expected to get the battery, but they kept me updated. Has been about a month and seems to be quality work. Way cheaper then other places wanted.

I bought two rebuilt Dewalt 18v batteries from them last Oct. Ive been laid up with a shoulder replacement for the last six months so I have barely even used them. I try to do a little work around my house on a Saturday and find neither battery will hold a charge. Considering that they almost cost the same as a new one and they told me they were better than new but it only has a six month warranty, new ones have a 1 year warranty. I dont think Ill be back for anything. I wouldnt give them any stars except you HAVE to give them at least one.

Went to the company for the first time about two years ago and bought a car battery from them. I recently returned beginning of July for a cell phone battery. was greeted by an employee that was in training, the employee was friendly and helped me find the right battery it took awhile to find but he explained he had only been there for a little under a week and apologized so that wasnt to much of an issue after he had found the battery another employee came out and applied a lot of pressure to sell me a more expensive battery and nearly refused to sell me the cheaper one. the seasoned employee completely destroyed what the new employee was trying to do by helping me find what I wanted not what was best for the companies wallet. if you enjoy salesmen at car dealerships and being pressured into spending more money, then this company is for you otherwise I would stay clear of this company. Oh not to mention the prices are higher then most everywhere else.

So convenient to order online and breeze by store for pick-up of exactly what I needed. When you need a battery, you need the right battery. Clerk was very helpful in ensuring order was right. Ready same day. I will go here first when need battery.
