Took my car here for a tire change recently and also a battery replacement. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time, even though they also operate on a first come, first serve level as well. If you make an appointment, youll get prioritized over walk ins. I was there less than 1.5 hours for the tire change, and only about 15 minutes for the battery replacement. Definitely the cheapest work for tires in town based on my own personal price comparisons.

Highly do NOT recommend this location for any auto repairs. The employees will let the phone ring for over 5 minutes and allow almost a dozen people to wait in line while they talk about inappropriate and unrelated things while in the shop. Once an employee comes in and finally deals with one of the irritated customers, they will yell at you to go get customer service to not bother them and slam the shop door in everyones faces. The most unprofessional location I have ever been to. Short staffed is no excuse to treat your customers like garbage.

The Technician Shaun was extremely helpful in getting my car back on the road after a tire change. He put in a few extra minutes of his break time to ensure I received nothing less than top quality service from the tire center.

The manager there is very helpful. Ive been going there for years amd he has given me good deals on multiple occasions. I really appreciate him.

Theyll do what you need done. I have no complaints. Prices are good, people do their jobs.

Best bang for your buck , my car I got all 4 (awd), brand new tires for 410$ with the road side assistance and in and out in 1 hour . Some quick shopping and shopping makes time go by quick and never had an issue . Only comparable tire shop is probably discount tire . Great service !

Courteous and helpful technicians willing to go the extra mile. They unloaded and loaded 4 very heavy batteries in the back of my truck without being asked to help.

I took my vehicle to Walmart for an oil change and the tech broke 3 bolts off in my vehicle’s frame when removing the skid plate. The vehicle isn’t old... it’s a 2018 so it’s not like the vehicle is falling apart, but now I have to drill the bolts out, buy new bolts and put them on myself because they won’t fix their mistake... not something I should have to deal with when simply trying to get an oil change. The manager’s solution? $10 off. 😒 I won’t be back.

They actually had full set of tires for my SUV in stock at a great price. Not generic off-brand ones either. All the staff was very courteous from start to finish and the job got done unbelievably fast. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Very pleasantly surprised with this shop. Came here after Midas wouldnt take me well before closing time for a basic oil change. In and out in literally 15 minutes, very nice and attentive. Filled tires and helped me identify a small puncture in one of them. Even noticed that I had purchased windshield wipers and washer fluid and offered to come back out to put them on and fill fluid for me. All for a $20 service! Will be coming back for sure.

From 4:15-4:45, I called twice to reach the automotive department. When I called the auto number directly, it rang for nearly a minute before the receiver was picked up and left off the hook with no greeting. For nearly another two minutes, I waited, expecting that the clerk was finishing up with a customer and would soon respond to my call. Instead, I listened to a personal (not professional) conversation. I disconnected, called the stores main line who quickly connected me to the auto department. A man answered, and I asked to be put in contact with the manager responsible for automotive. To his response of, Okay, whats it about, though? I responded Service.He set down the receiver, and I, again, listened to the same women and their personal conversation until, after about a minute, I was put on hold again.The service of this department is abominable, and the unprofessionalism I experienced was childish at best. Either the management of this department needs replacement, or severe consequences for disrespecting a customer need to be enacted.

Price of the oil change was really good. However, as soon as I drove away my car started having problems that it’s never had before. My battery was checked off in good condition but somehow my car went dead as soon as I tried to start it up. They told me they would check it but that I would have to buy a new battery. Funny thing is. I just bought a brand new battery for my car a few months ago and never had any problems with my car since I bought it 2 years ago. I had to fight with my steering wheel just to turn the corner and my brakes were messing up as well. My steering light, ABS light, and another light I’m not sure what it was would constantly come on and off as I was driving home. Every time I came to a full stop my car had troubles going forward again. The engine would just rev and my car would barely move. All these problems I’ve never had before until after I dropped my car off here at Walmart. All the told me was that I’d have to bring my car in to get it fix. Even talked to Don whose supposed to be the head guy, but was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. I’m sitting at another auto care shop right now just to figure out what’s wrong with my car because I don’t trust Walmart anymore.

We just bought a 2nd hand car, 2006 Saab. It had to be.jumped once after successfully starting for a day. Went here to get battery checked and possibly buy another. Tech was great and was able to test and told us the battery was strong but we have noise like a loose ground somewhere. Told us we were good to go and no charge.

Wow just amazing ! Storming outside and we got a flat on our horse trailer . They were open late took us in like little red riding hood , got us in and out of there under an hour and it was soooo affordable .

Great shop for basic automobile maintenance. Time and Time again Im impressed by the service they provide. Tire balancing done property with care and they put the magnets on my oil filter like I want. 👍👍👍👍

Was told they open at 7am. Got there at 7am and was made to wait for quite awhile.Further, before ordering the tires, called to confirm if they install or what the cost is to install it. They stated they install it when purchased by Walmart. After having to wait past their opening time for longer than should be, was informed they only install it onto the rims. WTF! What good does that do!

Of course they undercut everybody on price. Thats a given and awesome. Its way better grabbing a few groceries while you wait than waiting in some mechanics grimy waiting room. Whats surprising is the great customer service Ive consistently gotten here. Why would I go somewhere else to pay more and get mediocre service?

The last couple of times I have had my oil changed, I recieved assistance from Don. I would like to compliment him on his excellent customer service. Both times he was genuinely personable and very helpful.

Normally change my oil myself, but I was unable to get the bolt off to drain the oil. John was extremely unpleasant and had quite an attitude. He was very disrespectful and wasnt welcoming at all. He drove my vehicle in so fast that he had to slam on the brakes. He then came in and said that there is nothing wrong with my bolt and said to put a little more mustard to it. I was extremely embarrassed and will never go back. I would fire him on the spot after this review. Cant wait to speak with the management from this store. Don the Service Manager was off so I will be calling and will update this review after the call.

I can always count on a low cost quality oil change here, and I appreciate that. They are typically busy though. So plan to come early in the morning if you dont want to wait long. You might also notice the staff moves slowly. Ive just learned to be patient with them.

I brought my car here for a basic oil change before traveling 12 hours to another state. upon picking my car up I asked if everything was okay and the lady explained everything was checked and looked great. Once I arrived to my destination there was a noticeable leak coming from my car, my dad brought it into the garage and found that they had not replaced my valve and the oil had been leaking out, not only that my coolant was COMPLETELY empty. I was not notified that they lost the valve and did not replace it and I was not notified of my coolant being empty. They also spilt oil all over my engine and put the plastic top back on to cover it up. I do not deal a lot with cars and that is why I take it to professionals to do, something serious could have happened to my car or myself on the highway and I am highly disappointed in the lack of care they had for myself or my car. I will not be coming back nor will I recommend walmart auto center again.

I accidentally dropped my coolant cap down into the engine compartment and a nice younger guy helped me find it (wasnt easy to find) and didnt charge me a dime. Thank you!

Was a little busy, but pretty prompt response and service for tires. After insuring the size was in stock, car was immediately in bay and worked on, and under 40 minutes was paying.

Got a flat tire around 6 p.m., so I looked up open tire places. Saw Walmart’s tire center was open until 8 p.m. Got there and was informed by Alice that ‘the boys were leaving at 7.’ Okay, but you’re open until 8?? ‘Not tonight, we’re closing at 7.’ Nice way to run a business. I’ll just wait until mornings and drive my donut to real tire place I guess. Terrible customer service, terrible business management.

Took my car in for a nail in the tire. The girl who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Told me 20 minutes so I ran in and shopped. Got back to the car center and my car was done right as I walked up. $10 for the tire repair and it was completed while I grabbed my groceries. Great experience all around!

Got the wifes car in quick and did a solid job on a basic oil change. Typically I do this kinda work myself but Ive been busy. Everywhere else required an appointment or would be a few days to get to.

Came in on Sunday morning around 7:30 am. They open at 7 am. Pulled up and we walked into the customer entrance. While doing so they asked if I was here for an oil change and I said yes. The guy then told me I need to wait out at my car for him to check me in. I waited for 15 minutes and he didnt acknowledge me and just went about his other duties instead of at least checking me in. I went back in to ask the lady behind me to move her car so I could go else where. Thats when he finally acknowledged me again and was going to check me in. I was a loyal customer to Walmart auto for years. Bought several tires, a battery, oil changes every two months and pretty much went there for any car need. Ill be going to elsewhere from now on.

Horrible service! Would not recommend getting anything done here. Had problems with my car come up after I drove off. Don the supervisor was very rude and unprofessional over the phone.

You get what you pay for.I ordered new tires on the website since they were the model I wanted was $18 cheaper per tire. As for the getting them install the service was lacking. My first call to them said theyd be free to install. When they arrived again I called and they said theyd be $40 to be installed. When I arrived it ended up costing $55. I wasnt surpised since I had done my own research and found the free installation was a promotion for only certain tires, and I figured there would be a chance I would need $15 valve stems. But neither did the first 2 guys on the phone clarify that. They seemed to do a good job on installation though.The employees also talked nagatively to each other and used cuss words. But it didnt bother me too much since I was able to save some money. If you have a more flexable budget, however, I would not recommend.

Its cheap and they can perform the basics. Dont expect great customer service and if something, even small, is wrong expect some attitude.

Workers were friendly but the service was really slow. Said it would be an hour for oil change it was longer. People came in after me and car was finished before mine waiting area was clean however.

No one seems to know what they are doing, nor are they in any hurry to help.

I just went to this location to get my oil changed on 3/13/15. There was only 2 cars in front of me and the attendant told me it would be 90 minutes before they could get to my car. I asked him 90 minutes? You only have 2 cars? and his response was yes. I saw 3 guys in the shop and I guess it takes 3 guys 45 minutes to change the oil on one car? Oh well, this is standard for hourly employees. They get paid the same whether they change the oil on one car or a hundred, they dont care....period.

Waited for anyone to come out and do my oil change. No one ever did.

Stained my floor mats and carpet. Leaked oil all over my engine bay so it smelled while it burned off. Refused to refund or fix their mess.

Don’t mind waiting, but when you say it will take 1 hour to change my oil it should be close to that time frame. So far I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and 30 min and still counting.
