While I fully understand that they were in transition preparing for a showroom remodel, we were disappointed that not a single person offered to help us. A lady did stop and tell us about their being in the midst of the transition to a temporary space, not a single other person approached us or offered any help. We left feeling completely ignored. Wont be back because of poor customer service. It looks like they had beautiful things to offer, but because no one helped us, we had no idea what they had to offer.

I am not a contractor but had a question about if they can cut some tile for me for a small project, which they cant. Michael was just lovely and gave me some great ideas and pointers, without getting a sale or any money from me. What wonderful service! The person who helped us was very knowledgeable and patient. She led us through the comprehensive process of selecting the appropriate tile for our renovation.

Their return policy is rigid. Last week I purchased a few boxes of tile for a small kitchen project. We only used one of the boxes, so today I went back with the unopened box to return it. They wont take it back because they only allow returns for three or more boxes. Its a really common tile, nothing unusual or hard to resell. And the guy behind the counter wasnt willing to please the customer and make an exception.

Excellent customer service. Do not take advantage of a unknowledgeable customer figuring out some bathroom tile for the first time. Like other places off of corporate center dr.

Called twice before coming and no one mentioned they only allowed you in showroom by appt only. Would have been nice to know. Finding the place is a little tricky.

This is the place to see how beautiful tile really is. They have tile that i have not seen anywhere else. Yiu can go see how different tile go together and fond some really good ideas for bath, floor and back splashes. And the people are knowledgeable, friendly and will help in any way they can. If youre thinking about tike projects this should be your first stop.

I found this company online and found a tile I loved. Then I went to the location, found a sample and went to the counter to ask what the price is (I was expecting to spend $2-3000). I was told that they only sold wholesale to contractors and I would have to get my contractor to come by, set up an account and then they would tell the contractor the price.I did not see anywhere on the website where they said wholesale only.
