Best Ever Supplier of tile and stone, they take care of their people and employees. Have been doing business with them for 30 years. They are the cornerstone of what it is to be a great business in #Coloradosprings.

I went into the showroom and the sample tiles I selected werent in stock so they had to order them which took 4 days to get there. Then we had to call them the day after they said theyd be in. Come to find out, Diane ordered the tiles SHE liked and not the one I chose. I told them to get the right one on order and they said they would. Again, we had to call several days later to get a status and the guy said nothing was on order for me and Diane was out for a week. I blew them off and went elsewhere. Not to mention, theyre showroom is a joke.

I love the staff at Dal-Tile. They know design, problem solving and SCHLUTER! Thank you Diane! Thank you Jon! Thank you Jessica! You guys are the best!

This place has everything I need for the trade Im in. If youre looking for tile, schedule an appointment with Diane in the showroom. Shes great to work with.

Very poor. Showroom salesperson was not helpful, if you dont have the name of a contractor (which I will have), and dont have an account (which is easy to get as I am a designer). Started to work with me and then when another person came in, switched over to them and left me waiting, which I think is rude, take the person you are already working with. I will never go into that showroom and will tell others about my bad experience.

The team at Dal-tile has helped me over the phone and in their store! If you have questions, theyve got answers! Not to mention Diana is amazing at design and problem solving!
