I was incredibly nervous going into dress shopping, but the ladies at Bridal Elegance were amazing! I felt so comfortable and was able to find my dream dress within a more modest budget. I chose to do alterations in house, and felt the pricing was reasonable. There was a bit of a language barrier between myself and the seamstress, but the alterations turned out just fine. All I have to say is that Bianca is amazing! My bridal party and I were feeling discouraged after a not-so-fun experience at another bridal shop, but Bianca immediately began to do all she could to help us. We couldnt get an appt that day but she still took the time to talk with us and make us feel like she wanted to help. I was working with Bridal Elegance to order a dress from Mori Lee for my wedding that is just a few months away. I needed to get a dress lined up urgently. I worked with them for about a week and a half figuring out all of the details. Then, after a few calls where I wasnt able to get in touch with Andrea and left messages with other staff, I never heard back from anyone at Bridal Elegance again. Time was of the essence, so after a week or so, I went ahead and bought the dress elsewhere. I was disappointed in the follow through.

I visited Bridal Elegance on Thursday, July 1st. Bianca helped me find the dress I ended up buying. She was very helpful and personable. Bianca chose four dresses for me to try on. For me, dress shopping was an overwhelming experience so the fact that I didnt have to sort through dozens of different styles made the whole thing so much easier. Bianca offered to let me look around and sort through things myself, but I didnt need to. The dresses she chose fore to try on were exactly what I told her I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this shop--and Bianca in particular--to anyone looking for a dress. They also have bridesmaid dresses, which we didnt have time to go through that visit, but I certainly will tell my bridal party to check them out.

Bridal Elegance is one of my go to spots for amazing suits and dresses for their amazing products and customer service! Theyre always so accommodating and responsive. They recently provided two suits with limited measurements provided and they ended up fitting PERFECTLY and matched exactly what our vision was.

I would first like to share that though I did not purchase my final dress with Bridal Elegance, their customer service and hospitality is worth WAY more than 5 stars and that alone is worth the review.I had my first bridal appointment this past weekend (2/27/21) with Bridal Elegance and let me just start by saying, the ladies in this bridal shop went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, beautiful and welcome. I had B as my bridal consultant and she was BEYOND AMAZING! The family members that attended the appointment with me absolutely loved her and her kindness. She gave such great information on the style of dresses, colors and the little details to consider. She is so personable, kind and relatable as well as lively and fun! As a plus size bride, she made me feel so comfortable in trying on different styles of dresses and finding the dresses that best fit the areas I was concerned about. They also have a GORGEOUS selection of dresses for plus size brides in so many different styles.Though I did find my dress through a separate bridal shop, my appointment there was not near as fun as my appointment with B. I will forever recommend Bridal Elegance to any future brides I may know. Thank you to the staff at Bridal Elegance for making my first bridal appointment such a wonderful experience!

I love my dress from Bridal Elegance! They had an amazing selection, made shopping comfortable, were responsive and very accommodating with me living out of state and traveling to the Springs for fittings and the actual wedding. They even took my dresss zipper off and put in a custom corset when doing alterations so my dress would fit me perfectly! Couldnt have asked for more.

Jacquelyn helped me look for dresses at my appointment. She was super patient, friendly, and really tuned into what I was looking for and found me one or two dresses that couldve seriously been the one I wouldve bought. I was ready to pay in cash but they needed to ask if a dress could be bought off the floor (not ordered) which is totally understandable. I called 3 times. Not a single call back. Im seriously shocked and disappointed because I really fell in love with two of the dresses I had tried. Unfortunately for them I ended up buying somewhere else. Poor follow through really cost them.

I had a wonderful experience here! It was my first time trying on dresses and I was a little nervous but B was wonderful and made it so fun and comfortable! I came to this place searching for a wedding dress with my mom a few weeks back. The ladies were so lovely and they made me feel beautiful. I was super stressed before coming in, the custom gown I had before coming here wasnt going to reach me in time for my wedding (less than 2 months). I came here after seeing the reviews on Google. I called and was told I could come in for a walk-in. I met Andrea and she was the sweetest person ever - she asked about my story and what I wanted in a dress. They have a great selection of dresses varying from different styles at VERY reasonable prices. She informed me that even if dresses fit large/too small, you can order the right size and itll be in stock in 2 weeks. She picked out a dress that was similar to dresses I picked out and it was PERFECT. Perfect style, perfect price, perfect size. She was amazing and this process couldnt have been more fun and peaceful after all the stress I had previously. Highly recommend this place.Their dresses and people are amazing. I left with the perfect dress and am so relieved!

Bridal Elegance was the first bridal shop I visited when I began the search for my wedding dress. I went in with a pretty tight budget and a very specific type of dress in mind and honestly didnt expect to get much out of the appointment. The shop isnt in the greatest part of town and doesnt look like it has much to offer from the outside, but I was actually very impressed by the dresses they offered. I worked with Bianca and she did such an amazing job of visualizing exactly what I wanted and what would look best on me. During that first visit, I fell in love with one of the Mon Cheri Modest dresses that Bianca brought out for me-- it had everything I was looking for! I decided to check out some other bridal shops around Colorado Springs and Denver to see my other options... but ultimately came back to Bridal Elegance for that one dress. I just made the purchase and couldnt be happier with my decision! I really cant praise Bianca enough. She was so attentive to what I asked for and saw my vision perfectly. Her sweet and welcoming personality made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you so much, Bridal Elegance, for your wonderful employees and the service they provide!!

We found my sisters wedding dress in the first three! Bianca is amazing!

I had a great experience with the staff, Andrea was amazing. I will say one major down was the alteration lady. Let’s start by saying I felt like she had a chip on her shoulder from my first consult. I had the lining removed from my dress and I originally wanted to remove the boning from the dress as well, she then explained to me that removing the boning can cause the dress to lose shape. In the end I ened up agreeing to leave it in and if I changed my mind later we could always remove them later. she had my dress for months and didn’t start it until about a month before my wedding, I didn’t receive and calls or emails letting me know she was behind. So I called to make an appointment to try my dress on and she said my dress wasn’t ready. Then I get a appointment scheduled when I get there I notice she removed the boning and didn’t even address it until I asked if it was connected to the liner, really this wasn’t the biggest deal to me but still why talk someone into keeping it if your just going to remove it later. She lets me know there are some straps she had for it, I had her pin them on the dress and I took it home. 3 days before my wedding I am having someone sew the straps on and we notice a few things, one the straps are not even close to the same length like 2 in short, the second thing is the straps are two different widths, and the last thing they were two different shades. So we went out to find better straps and we did. So I would recommend bridal elegance time and time again but I would recommend to get it altered else where.

I think this a really good place to get your special dress! The ladies are very sweet and helpful, and they are super flexible with payment plans.The only thing I was disappointed about was that when I came in for my last fitting, the seamstress had forgotten to take off the belt that came with the dress as we had previously discussed, saying she had forgotten to write it down... I had to make an appointment for another final fitting where they then discovered that dress now wasn’t laying right because of the stitching being done incorrectly. I was picking up the dress right before leaving for my wedding weekend, and I had to stay in town an additional hour waiting for this to be corrected. (They did call in the seamstress for an “emergency” stitching.)The worst part is that when that was all complete and they gave me the bag with my dress and a separate bag for the belt I purchased, along with my veil – the veil wasn’t actually in the bag!! Mind you, I am now an hour and a half from their location and the afternoon before my wedding, they realized my veil was still in their store. They did correct this by having someone drive out to my location to deliver the veil to me – but you can imagine that this was a bit shocking that they could make a mistake like that. Again, they did rectify the issue, but just something to keep in mind that you should always double-check their bagging, as you don’t want the mini-heart attack I had when I realized their mistake!Overall though, they did rectify all of their mistakes, which I do appreciate & overall I would recommend them as a good place to find your Wedding dress!

I chose Bridal Elegance because of their collections! Mon Cheri & Sophia Tolli are both gorgeous, classic yet whimsical options that I loved even before shopping. But the bridal consultants at Bridal Elegance are the real stars! They were all GREAT at their jobs, friendly and fun (and respectful of my budget and what I wanted). Bea found EXACTLY what I was looking for, right away. Their alterations gal is also amazing, she did some real magic with my dress! I would go back in a heartbeat!

Very happy! My sister and I went to several different stores and once we began working with Bridal Elegance we just kept saying how we wished we had come there first. The patient, helpful, respectful staff was great. They helped me find what I was looking for and were also very patient as i saw other styles of dresses making me feel comfortable taking the time to try those too. I actually fell in love with a dress that was very different than what I was originally looking for and without their patience I never would have even tried this one on and would have missed out. I also came back later to show the dress to my kids and everyone was still so encouraging and patient as I tried on the top 2 choices a few times. The staff was knowledgeable about the alterations and changes that could be made and the costs that would involve. I would definitely recommend going there.

This place was pretty run down. The saleswoman told me not to get a white dress and rather to get ivory because a white dress “will look blue in pictures.” I spoke to my photographer who said this is false and honestly it was obvious they only wanted me to buy Ivory because that’s what they had in stock.Also, she wouldn’t tell me the brand of the dress I semi-liked (probably because she thought I would buy it somewhere else) and that was very unprofessional.She offered to give me a “deal” if I bought day of - like $200 off or something. The whole experience was quite tacky.

My family opened Bridal Elegance in the spring of 1981. After my oldest sister was in a search for the perfect wedding dress. We new we could do better. A better choice in wedding gowns, a better price point and yes a staff that truly cares about the bride and her family. I meant to post a review several months ago, but time slipped away from me. Last year I popped into a couple of bridal stores and was totally disgusted with the way they treated customers. At one, they wouldnt even let me look at their wedding gowns on clearance, much less try any on, without making an appointment first!! Pretty much the same thing at another store. I am a down to earth gal, and began to think that every bridal store in town would be filled with snooty and arrogant sales people! I am 58 years old; I was getting married for the second time in my life, but having the first real wedding of my life to the most wonderful man in the world! I had no desire to spend a fortune on a dress I would wear ONCE! When I walked into Bridal Elegance, they made me feel really special and welcomed me to try on whatever I wanted right then and there, even though the store was going to close in less than an hour. I found the perfect gown on the clearance rack, for a perfectly reasonable price, and it was a near-perfect fit!! Sherrie did a fabulous job with the minor alterations, and I couldnt have been a happier customer!! I wish I could post a picture from our wedding for all to see!! In my opinion, Bridal Elegance is the ONLY place to go for your special gown!!!!

I hate high pressure sales tactics and LOVE that I never get that here. Also - APPOINTMENTS ENCOURAGED but not necessary. Ive never made one and never felt I had to. They help me as a walk in. :)

Let me just start by saying that I had the best experience at Bridal Elegance! My cousin/maid of honor flew in from Florida to surprise me so that I could go wedding dress shopping. I really thought I knew what I wanted as far as my wedding dress but everything I thought I wanted, I ended up hating! The staff was very patient with me and my consultant was extremely helpful in listening to what I liked and she helped me find my dream dress!

I stumbled upon this shop while frantically looking for a bridesmaid dress for an out of state wedding. They were not only extremely helpful in helping me to find the right dress but also made myself and my daughter feel comfortable. Unlike the other shops we had been to that day, they took the time to talk to us, to let us look around and had no attitude when I said Id have to send pictures to the bride and come back to purchase. I loved my experiences with them so much that we are going to be using them for our own renewal ceremony!

We visited Bridal Elegance shortly after our daughter became engaged in June of 14. I was impressed with many things about the store: first, when we arrived, the gal asked my daughter what she was looking for, and maybe what she didnt want, as well. The dresses that she tried on showed that the lady really listened to our daughters preferences. I cant remember her name, but the name Terry that others mentioned sounds familiar. She was very patient, brought out dress after dress, and what was ESPECIALLY nice was that there was no high pressure sales pitch! While all the dresses were beautiful, and I was hoping that shed pick one in particular, our daughter ended up not buying a dress there. However, the selection and the way that we were treated made a very positive impression on me, and Id recommend this store to others. Oh, and you are allowed to take pictures here--at least, they didnt stop us or tell us not to!

The consultant I had was very patient when I tried on what seemed like every dress in the store and she did not pressure me into buying a dress or rush me to purchase it that day. My consultant Be is definitely the best thing to ever happen to this place. She was helpful, realistic, unpretentious, and so...much...fun. She is the reason I am giving this place five stars because she made my experience so awesome. She even gave me a bunch of ideas for my bridesmaids, tuxes, and even on making a tutu for my dog. (Yeah, Im one of those.)As it turned out, I didnt end up buying a dress here. I tried on a whole bunch that I didnt really care for, and then they brought me this AMAZING dress that I loved.Unfortunately, I looked at the price tag, and it was almost twice my budget. *facepalm* I dont actually think it was Be who picked this one out, because I know she wouldnt have put me in a dress I could not afford. She went to bat wheeling and dealing with her manager for me, but ultimately I had to walk away because I could not spend $1200 on a dress.FYI, they DO have a selection of dresses for under $600, but youll have much more fun here if youve got $1000+ burning a hole in your pocket.

She made it her mission to get my dress back to amazing condition and truly went above and beyond. She was so good about checking in and keeping me updated on the process. I picked up my dress today and it is perfect! I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be back for our vow renewals and HIGHLY recommend working with Andrea and Bridal Elegance!! I worked with B and she’s amazing my mom and I spent a good 5 hours there and the ladies were super helpful and never made us feel rushed I left laughing and feeling good, my only mistake was checking out another store where I felt horrible then I went back here to get my dress! I never felt pressured! Yhey let us take pictures! I appreciate their goal is to ensure the bride feels good about herself!

At first glance, the plain and old exterior makes one apprehensive about having the chance of finding even a diamond in the rough. However, the staff is enthusiastic and the selection is decent. And Loni was absolutely fantastic with her attentiveness to my likes and dislikes, and my final selection was definitely in my budget. I would definitely recommend these ladies. The only negative thing I have to say is that, as an older building, the lighting in the dressing room is not stellar.

I was very impressed by my experience at Bridal Elegance. The owner, Terry, goes above and beyond to make sure brides receive a great experience and can take in every minute of finding the perfect wedding gown. Not only are their gowns gorgeous, but I found out Terry also designs some of the dresses herself, which I thought was incredible. I have been to places like Davids Bridal before and hated that they took my info and sold it to retailers and I felt like a number. At Bridal Elegance this will not be the case. Thanks to them I found my dream gown and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day.I dont even live in Colorado Springs, but after having such a great experience with this store, I decided to have all my bridesmaids go through them for their dresses because I knew, even from a distance they would receive the best service around.Thank you Bridal Elegance, I make sure to mention your name to every new bride I know!

I am not sure what I would have done without the services of Terry at Bridal Elegance. It first began when I was shopping for dresses and we went to the shop and there was my dress! The perfect dress! The staff was helpful and made me feel like the Bride. I then met with Terry Ortega (Wedding planner extrodinare) she is the best in the business! She has helped me and my fiance every step of the way of the planning and sticking to our budget. Her designs are wonderful and she has accompanied me on every step of the meetings with Hotel, Florist, Cake, car service, everything! and she will be there for me and my fiance on our specail day to assure everything is perfect on our perfect day!

Staff were so sweet and patient with me. They let me try soooo many dresses. It is a little pricey but worth it.

Horrible experience and would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Me and 3 other bridesmaid went here to purchase plain black dresses, they had the worst selection Ive seen. The dresses were overpriced for the matronly looking dresses they offered. They promised they would be able to alter it to look much more modern. Every fitting for all of us was a bad experience, bad customer service, rude, and not helpful staff there. One of our bridesmaid hated the dress even more after it was altered (there was visible sticking, random beads to hide stitches, very strange cut). The store manager refused to give any type of refund so that my friend could purchase another dress from another store, although its not my friends fault that the seamstress ruined the alteration to a already sad looking dress. SMH, horrible, horrible place.

Violently overpriced (this isnt LA) and while their bell rang when we walked in and they saw us, nobody said a word to us or offered help. There were pretty dresses so if your budget before alterations is $1700 and up and you dont mind helping yourself (appointments preferred) this is your place.

I was looking for two formal dresses, one for each of my daughters, ages 13 and 15. We needed modest and reasonably priced. The staff at Bridal Elegance was so very helpful in finding just the right dress. They didnt just pull off whatever was most handy or most expensive, but sized up the girls, then went to work.Our associates really hit the nail on the head with their selections. A big plus is that Bridal Elegance does alterations right there in the store with minimal turnaround time. The girls dresses fit them to a T now, and can be altered in the future as they grow.If you want Kleinfeld service at a NON-Kleinfeld price, you should go to Bridal Elegance. I am a busy homeschool mom of two and part-time travel agent, and have neither money nor time to waste - I am VERY pleased with our experience at BE.
