Luciano is one of the best salesmen I’ve had the pleasure of talking to. You can tell by his knowledge of the mattresses that he really takes his job seriously. There wasn’t a single question that he couldn’t answer. He was very professional and patient with me as I walked from bed to bed, unsure of what I wanted at first. Seriously, give that man a raise, he can sell anything.

Maybe what I needed does not exist, and that would be exact information to make the decision for me. On a expenditure that large, I didnt feel totally confident I had made the best decision for what I need to help my back. I guess that is what the 90 day trial is all about.

Rebecca was extremely helpful when we went shopping for a new mattress for my home. She showed us many different designs at different levels of comfort, pricing and different packages that come with certain purchases. Very informative, very helpful when it comes to answering all my questions. She was the best!

Luciano provided great, detailed and friendly customer service! After 12 years I was finally looking for a new bed and had purchased recently the ghost bed in a box with adjustable frame from Costco that didnt work out unfortunately and then tried one of the new Sealy memory foam bed in a boxes that also didnt work out. When I went in to see Luciano I actually had no intention of purchasing a bed that day but wanted to gather information and see what I liked for a purchase later on. I explained to him that my previous bed was a firm Sealy posturepedic with a European pillow top but after three car accidents I seem to have pressure points in my hips and shoulders and that none of the other beds that I tried recently were working. I also let him know that I was a side sleeper majority of the time occasionally slept on my back. I have a lot of back pain so it was important that I find a good bed that didnt exaggerate those issues. Luciano immediately took me over to the Tempur-Pedic pro adapt hybrid in a medium and also showed me the Sealy version as well. He spent about an hour and a half with me discussing the benefits and the technology behind the tempurpedic and making sure not only that I was comfortable but addressing any and all questions I had and the science behind the material. Although $3,000 was a little high priced for a bed in my mind it was well worth the purchase and his service was excellent! Plus on the bright side they offer 36 months with 0% financing to soften the blow. I look forward to getting my bed delivered hopefully Wednesday!

Excellent customer service from the individual that was on shift. He was very knowledgeable and at no point did we feel pressured to buy anything specific. We took our time to figure out what we wanted and bought it.

We received amazing service from Luciano when searching for a bed. He was focused on finding us a mattress that works for us, and not just about making a sell, which we appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions (I had alot!). We did have to reschedule our delivery, it being our fault for cutting our appointment close to other plans, and everyone we spoke to was very apologetic about missing the window (we know things happen and can appreciate the drivers take their time to ensure each customer is satisfied before continuing on their route).

Luciano was very helpful, and went the extra mile to help get us the best deal for our money. We will definitely be back the next time we need a mattress for our family!

My Wife and I were in the market for a new bed, so we stopped in the store on Cheyenne Mtn Blvd. The sales man Luciano H was very knowledgeable, and took his time to answer any and all are questions. We were extremely appreciative of him and left with exactly what we wanted, definitely will go back in the future.

My husband and I came in during the presidents day sale and scored a great deal on a king sized hybrid mattress!The associate who helped us was Ron!He really took his time in helping us find a mattress that we liked, he did not pressure anything onto us, and overall his customer service is just phenomenal!We were originally going to buy a power bed stand with our mattress, but unfortunately we had to do some budget cuts because we are about to spend a pretty penny on moving.When I called the store, I spoke with Ron and explained our situation that we wanted to downgrade to just the mattress, and he was extremely understanding and so helpful!I highly recommend this place for their incredible customer service!!(they also offer military discount 😉)

Would have been 4 stars if it was not for misleading marketing to get you into the store before you saw the fine print. Regardless, the sales person there worked with us and helped us find the mattress we needed. No pressure at all, just taking our time. Those tulo were not part of the promotions that the marketing group tries to upsell.

I went into mattress firm looking to upgrade to a new bed. Scooter came up asked me some questions as far as what I did for a living, what I was looking for, how I slept and then gave me recommendations based off what I told him. He answered all my questions and even brought up some I didnt think about. My experience with him and the store was excellent. Scooter helped me find the two things I was looking for. 1) Find an affordable mattress or as Scooter says “investment” and 2) pick out what helps my back when I sleep. He also went into very particular details about how to pick a bed. Also, great military discounts! I honestly have no negative comments. Money well spent. We ended up buying the tiki mattress which came with a free power base (power base originally costs around $779.00. Not sure how long the deal is going on so hurry up and check em out. We received the bed today and it’s been awesome! Highly recommend!

Well I went in to look around for a mattress, I didnt expect to find what I wanted. Im very particular and I was also think budget wise. I wasnt expecting such HELPFUL service. Scooter, took time to talk to me and figure out what I liked BEFORE suggesting beds for me. He was in training but did so great. He LISTENED to what I wanted and needed. I asked quite a few questions, he just was so happy to answer them. Most people get annoyed but he just answered like a champ. He found me a bed that I just cant wait to sleep in, helped me with seeing how I can afford it INTEREST FREE. This was huge for me. Hes not trying to sell you a bed. He helps you find whats good for you and your best sleep. I can honestly say it was probably the best big purchase experience I have had. You cant go wrong with the store if you have Scooter helping you.

We found what we wanted, paid, and were out the door in less than 30 minutes. This store also has a Lego table where your kiddos can be entertained while you nap... I mean pick out a mattress. ;)

Mattress was a fair price, but the website says free shipping but the salesman said there is a $100 delivery fee. So someone is lying website or salesman. I will not go there again.

100% recommend coming to this store!!! We gave him our budget and he went above and beyond to get under our budget PLUS shipped to our house a day later!! We drove past the bigger store only because I remembered seeing a store next to target and I’m glad we chose coming to this store! Scooter Nelson didn’t care about commission, he cared about us as a person and our sleep! We have two kids so sleep is very important to us. We aren’t from Colorado since we are military but I’ll definitely make the drive from Texas to buy our next mattress from Scooter because that’s how awesome he is as a person!

Man what a great place to upgrade your sleeping arrangement at home. I was not savvy with any of the mattress technology available in 2018. The employee there Erika made sure i found a bed that suited me best and also explained to me WHY each bed differs from the next.
