Our experience with this branch was pleasant. The person who assisted us (I forgot his name) was professional and very patient. He explained the products really well to include the in-house financing option.

The sales representative was knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. He wasn’t pushy or in a hurry. We were able to try out a lot of beds until finding the perfect one.

We bought a mattress and box spring from this store three years ago. Andrewremembered us and was very happy to help us through the purchase of a box spring for our spare bedroom. A couple of things stuck with me, first of all the company keeps good salespeople; secondly, even though the store was pretty quiet he did not pressure us at all to upsell into a mattress and box spring. He located the product we needed, gave a discount as returning customers, and even though he did not have the product at his store he located it for us so that we could purchase what we needed and get on with our day. We were able to pick the box spring up on our way home and had it the same day. No pressure, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this store.

Due to using Fed Ex as delivery the wait for my matress is excruciating. It still ha not arrived! I am sleeping on a recliner until it gets here.

The mattresses I purchased are great. I gave a 4☆ rating only because they didnt have the bed frames at any of their locations. Also, I had to drive to another of their stores to get the mattresses I boughtAt least it was pretty close by.

Andrew helped my boyfriend and I find a new mattress for Valentines Day. We had been sleeping on a 10 to 15-year-old cheap $100 mattress and for the last couple of weeks we had been feeling like we just couldnt stand it anymore as it had a large sinkhole in the middle of the bed. Great customer service from Wilbor! He took the time to explain the differences between the hybrid mattresses and coil springs. He also showed me the latest in adjustable frames!! I no longer need a box spring and can now get better comfort by raising and lowering either the head or foot of the mattress. So to start I had a great experience with the whole process. Andrew (sales rep) was a great guy to talk to and really genuine. Right off the bat he asked how I sleep and what I was looking for and he nailed it. I got a great mattress for a decent price. To make it easier he even called many of the other stores to see if he could get it to me faster than having it come from the warehouse and he did.

Mattress King was a comfortable place to shop and I feel like we got a decent deal on a mattress. Our salesman, Skyler Welker was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. We came in looking to buy. We told him what we didnt like about our current mattress and what we were looking for in a new one. He showed us a few, then showed us some in different price ranges, both up and down. He knew a lot about them and could tell me the difference between anything I wanted to compare. The company seems like they educate their employees which is great. No hard sales tactics either. We did our due diligence and walked across the street to check out the neighboring competitor. Both of them had something we liked and both of them had good prices but we came back to Mattress King because of Skyler. We liked him and felt comfortable with him. My only complaint would be delivery times. The warehouse is located in Denver so our Tuesday night purchase could not be delivered until Saturday but we did get free delivery.

Extremely unsatisfied with their 120 day return policy at no time did the sells Associates say that I would be charged a $79.99 re-delivery charge. I PICKED UP the mattress it was not delivered to my home theyre going to charge me a 79.99 re-delivery charge and have to pick it up in my home. According to the contract it says delivery date twice on it it does not say delivery / pickup date as it should. I truly believe that Mattress Firm is this scam urge you not to purchase your mattress from them unless you get it delivered which that $79.99 would apply.

The price we paid for our bed frame was much less than we anticipated from quotes we gathered from other retailers/furniture stores.
