Friendly, honest, courteous, and knowledgeable. Quick dx, quick rx, and done faster than anticipated. Didnt try to do repairs that werent needed! Waiting room is adequate but not fancy... but who wouldnt rather be charged a few hundred dollars less on repairs in exchange for not getting free coffee or popcorn? 😉 And they do have a shuttle service. Overall a terrific shop, and glad to patronize a small business!!!

Ive only been going to JC for a year, but every time I have gone there I have had a phenomenal experience. Chris and Craig were more than accommodating! I was given accurate quotes leaving out any unexpected charges. Chris worked with my warranty company and was able to get more than half of my bill taken care of! I was given a ride to my home and then picked up when the car was ready. Katie and Chris are super friendly people who are always happy to help and work hard to give the cheapest, but also honest quotes. I’ve had multiple instances where the final price after repairs has been lower than the initial quote, and I love that...so does my wallet.The work done by the mechanics is top notch as well. I’ve only ever had to bring my car back after a repair once, due to a faulty spark plug they put in, and they fixed it next day with no questions asked for free - if that’s not an honest mechanic who stands by their work and their customers, I don’t know what is. If you’re looking for a timely, honest, and quality mechanic, then this is the place to go!

They keep you up to date on the diagnosis, and let the owner decide whether to proceed with repair. Ive recommended many of my friends to Japanese connection and will continue to bring all of my familys cars to them--because I trust their professionalism. One last note--their courtesy driver takes you home or to work, so youre not stuck there waiting. I was half way home before I realized my DRIVER owned the shop...good way to get feedback from your customers--Im impressed.

Everybody that I dealt with there was friendly and they did a GREAT job fixing my truck. They didnt over charge me, and they kept me in the loop as to what was wrong with it. They fixed it quickly, and now it runs smoothly. I hate taking my vehicles into a shop because of all the horror stories you hear about them, but JC repair is different...They do it right and at a reasonable price. They do wonderful work! I feel like they’re very honest with me about what my vehicle needs, and they’ve always tried to find me the necessary parts for the best price. We have a vehicle that was having alignment issues three other mechanics could not correct, but this shop fixed it on the first try and we haven’t had another issue since. They’re the best!

Dont believe an auto repair shop could average 5-star reviews? Neither did I, but tried these guys after becoming disgusted with local dealerships. After reading positive reviews of JC Repair I decided to get an estimate on my 95 Accord. It was less than I had gotten at a different shop. Jesse was helpful explaining what did and did not need repair. The repair was made in a timely manner and didnt exceed the estimate. They even will give you a ride home and back. My car runs great now. Lets face it. Most of us have been had at one time or another at various shops including dealerships. Not going to happen here. Integrity is a priority at this shop.

These guys took me in last minute to do an inspection on a car I wanted to buy, and they did a fantastic job.

JC Repair rocks! My problematic Subaru took quite some time over numerous visits to get to the root of the problem I WAS NEVER CHARGED FOR ANYTHING EXTRA! I took my older Toyota in for service after noticing fluid leaking from the power steering rack. I’m about to give the vehicle to my son who is away at college and I really wanted an expert once-over so he wouldn’t have any unpleasant surprises in the middle of nowhere on his drive back to the Pacific Northwest.In their inspection, JC Repair noted a few minor things in addition to the items I already knew about. They could have suggested some costly work, but they didn’t. I’m already liking this place.I got the car back and the rear hatch was working well for the first time in years, better than the Toyota dealer’s attempt at a fix when I had recall work done last year.But then things started going wrong. I noticed a mistake on the invoice and steering fluid leaking. I brought the car back in and they addressed both promptly while I waited even though they had a full load of work on the day after a holiday weekend. How they handled these two issues impressed me. I now have a new favorite mechanic.

I cant say enough good things about these folks. The dealer wanted to charge me $3,000 to replace the main rear seal and the timing belt. JC replaced both and the right tie rod for under$2,500. They did a great job and are such nice people. Ask them about their ride service.

Id love to give them 5 stars, because they did wonderful work, but when I asked for a brake quote it was twice of what I normally pay. When I questioned them about it they said that they always replace rotors. If it is within specs, they should be willing to turn them to save money. Its still safe if within manufactures specs after turning them.Their work is outstanding and so is prices on everything except brakes.

My sons car was pouring oil out of the engine. I had it towed to JC they had a diagnosis that day. They diagnosed the real issue without trying to rip me off for unnecessary repairs. Quality, integrity, speed! Was quoted at 2/3 of the price for a new steering rack on an 06 Camry, ordered the rack and had me finished up with an hour left on original estimated time. Long-Term CareThe folks over at Japanese Connection have been maintaining my car(s) for over 20+ years -- and Ive had nothing but outstanding service! This latest effort included the replacement of both (front) CV-Joint axles. After a few days of regressive troubleshooting, they isolated the persistent vibration to the new, drivers side replacement axles -- none of them were in-balance. These PROS never gave-up... So, we opted to reuse the old axle with new CV-Joint boots. Problem solved... thank-you.

Couldnt be happier with this place. I own a Honda and a Toyota and tend to keep my vehicles for years. That requires keeping up with maintenance. I like a shop that can be trusted, that wont do more or less than my car needs. These guys explain what they do as much as you want to know, and answer my questions thoroughly and cheerfully. I always get the sense that they love what they do. As a woman, I especially appreciate that both the waiting room and the shop are CLEAN. To me, that speaks to pride and diligence. One of the best experiences Ive had with car maintenance. I drove up one day, told them the clutch and belt needed to be replaced. They came out and confirmed it, right then. He pointed other items to watch for in the future but with no pressure. We made an appointment for the next day. THEN THEY DID THE WORK THEY SAID THEY WOULD, FOR THE AMOUNT THEY SAID IT WOULD COST. Not only that but it was a good price! I know! Who does that!? Yes I recommend this place and the next time my car needs work, Im coming back to see these people.

Over the weekend and online I made an appointment for President’s Day. Early that morning I received an email requesting more details. I called and asked for the shocks to be looked at because there was a loudsound from the rear when goinng over bumps and the driver’s seat wouldn’t rise. I brought the car in as scheduled the same day. After the shocks were looked at Chris came out to tell me all was fine with the shocks and I didn’t have a trunk to absorb the vibrations. Another fellow showed me how to operate the seat. I was not charged for these services.

Hands down these guys are great. They are trust worthy and dont try to get you to replace things that dont need to be replaced. They do a good job, and stand by their work. I have had both my cars in the shop and saved a LOT of money compared to the dealership. I bought an old prelude as a 2nd vehicle that had a laundry list of things that needed to be replaced. They fixed it all and I couldnt be happier. If you are looking for a fair price, reliable repairs, and just overall great customer service the these guys are the ones you are looking for. Took my SUV in to get the rear differential serviced. Upon servicing it they noticed I had a pinion seal leaking. They took time on their own to call the Nissan dealership and gave them my VIN and found out that it was covered under the warranty still , so I could take it to Nissan and have it all done for free. So these guys are great, and have always taken car of my vehicles for years.

First time I used JC and truly satisfied. Had my clutch worked on. At first when I got it back felt like the problem was still there. The shop told me to give it a few days, and sure enough, the clutch is running nice again. Good customer service. Kraig shuttled me home. Rob at the desk was awesome. Will definitely be back.

Very accomodatong with my crazy schedule. They did a computer reset after my car was thorwong codes for basically everything under the hood with most being brand new. They kept it for 2 days driving it to see which codes would come back. When no codes came back they called me to pick up and didnt recommend to replace things that werent broken unlike most shops. This will be our shop for our time in CO. Thank you JC Repair

I needed a fuel injector replaced and they couldnt find one with any of there wholesalers anywhere in Denver. Which I was told they could get any part within a day. I was able to order one from Auto Zone and give them the part, which they said they couldnt guarantee. Since I was paying $122.00 a day for a rental, I needed my van fixed and gave them the part. They fixed it and charged me $379.00 for labor. So $860 for a rental and $379 for labor, The very next day after getting it back it again wouldnt start. I would not take my vehicle to this place ever again. That was a very expensive lesson.

Called to get an estimate for service work needing to be done on my truck.. oil change radiator flush, & thermostat $400+ 💰😮 Excessively higher than other estimates by almost $200.. Ended up getting my oil changed elsewhere for $41..

JC did a great job fixing the clutch on my Camry. It feels like new now. I thought the price was reasonable. I did get two other quotes and BW was very similar while Craigs was considerably more expensive but they wanted to replace the plate instead of machining it while I preferred to keep the OEM plate as long as possible. All things considered it was a positive experience and I would recommend JC to friends and family...

Aboout a year ago I bought a used Hyundai Sante Fe. A year later I started having some problems and took it to a dealer for diagnosis. One of the problems I was aware of was a wheel bearing that was going bad. I was given a large list of issues and an estimate of almost $4000.00 and they told me there was nothing wrong with the bearing. I then took my car to JC Repair to have them look at it. They came back with an estimate of $1700 and they did say the wheel bearing was part of my problem. Of course I had them do the repair and the car is running great! I really appreciate the honesty and integrity they have and will continue to bring my vehicles back to them for any future repairs.
