This is my response to their response. It’s real simple. I took my Toyota Tundra to you for repairs. It had the same error code every time I took it back to you. I paid you to make the necessary repairs to both remove the error code that would also turn off the engine check light. You did not repair it. Plain and simple. Then you tell me to take it to the dealer and pay them 400.00 to find out what the problem was???!!! The same code came on time after time, after time, etc…. And is still on. We all know what the problem was and still is. Why in the world would I pay another repair shop to repair your repair? You think that is fair? You think you have done everything you could? Unbelievable. You should step up and pay the dealer 400.00 because you did not repair it after numerous tries. That is the reason I will never bring any vehicle to you or recommend your business to anyone again. You charged me a lot of money and did not repair my vehicle. Plain and simple.

Had a crank no start but only when the car was hot. Todd and crew kept my car until they could reproduce the problem. Most places try one time and give it back. They finally got it to reproduce and FIXED IT. The point of auto repair is peace of mind and they provide it. You will not regret bringing your vehicle here!

I thought I had finally found my last auto repair shop to bring all my vehicles to. I was wrong. I brought my 2010 Tundra into Patriot Auto for a repair when it went into limp mode. They fixed that problem. They gave me a nice booklet that states all repairs are under warranty, so rest assured. After that, my check engine light came on. I took it back to them to repair. They replaced parts and returned my vehicle to me. They gave me another nice booklet that states all repairs are under warranty, rest assured. I have since taken it back to them 3 or 4 more times for the same check engine light issue. The sad thing is I can’t even remember how many times I have had it in their shop for the exact same issue. They told me they cannot find anything wrong and told me to take it to the dealer. They paid for the diagnostic cost from the dealer. I received my truck back and low and behold, the same issue is back three days later. Same check engine light is on.The dealer stated it is not the cleanest repair they have ever seen by an auto mechanic, (Patriot Auto), there are clips broken, connections zip-tied together, and they wanted me to pay 400.00 to go through and see what Patriot Auto had done. Well, I already paid Patriot Auto over 2000.00 for this warranty repair, returned my truck to them over 4 times, and been on the phone multiple times dealing with this issue that Patriot Auto is now asking for me to pay the dealer the 400.00 and if it turns out that they did something wrong in the repair, they would pay for it. Absolutely unbelievable! This repair is under Patriot Auto’s warranty! I am now stuck with a truck that STILL has a check engine light for a repair that I have paid over 2000.00 to fix.I want to add that just because a business owner is nice, doesn’t mean you should do business with them. I now have to call all my friends and family I have referred Patriot Auto to, and tell them to look elsewhere for auto repairs. I will never go back to them or refer any business to them until they call me and repair the truck I have already paid them to repair. It is not my problem. I took my truck to them for repairs. The repairs are under warranty. They took my money. It is not repaired. The same check engine light is on, after 5 times in a shop.It’s the same old story. As soon as a mechanic runs into a problem they can’t fix, we the consumer get stuck holding the very expensive bag. I just can’t see giving Patriot Auto over 2000.00 dollars to repair my vehicle, give me a warranty and not repair my truck. Especially in times like these when times are hard and money is tight.

When we were in the process of moving back to Colorado Springs we had a vehicle failure and need emergency repairs. We received them from a large locally well-known auto repair facility. The work was fast efficient but very expensive. Just as expensive as the dealership would have been.Fast forward to now. I was having issues with my pickup and took it to Patriot, a small repair shop with a gleaming reputation. I can tell you that reputation is well deserved. Diagnosis and repair were fast and the price was below the average range for this repair.The biggest surprise was that it is now under warranty for 3 years and 36,000 miles nationwide.Nobody wants to have a repair, but if you need one take it to Patriot and rest easy knowing that you will be treated honestly, politely, promptly, and fairly.

Goes in broke and comes out fixed every time. This works out for me.

Probably the best auto repair experience I have ever had. the Patriot team hit on all cylinders. I my opinion, they were honest, helpful, insightful and did everything I wanted including providing top notch work. I left wanting to give them more business. To this extent, I have some highly specialized work desired on my other vehicle that is not necessarily in their wheel house. But I still talked to them about what portions they can do because I was so satisfied and trusting of the experience.

I thought Id already reviewed these guys, but apparently not.They have been the best auto repair shop Ive ever been to. The service is spectacular! No matter what I come in for, I always leave knowing that its taken care of. Also, the cost is amazing! It seems like other shops Ive been to try to charge you for everything and get as much as possible, but here they price low and combine jobs to cut back on labor costs. Just an outstanding experience all around every time Im in there!

Great prices and good work, have went to these guys multiple times. Last time I had my truck towed here from another shop because they were about 300 dollars cheaper. Also saved me another 1200 on a water pump that aspen wanted to fix but was working fine..

I take both of my cars here for maintenance and some major fixes as well that the mechanics helped me diagnose. Ive had struts replaced, brakes, rotors and regular LOF stuff done too. Every time I go in David is very helpful and informative, the waiting room is spotless and the prices are very comparable (usually lower) to other places Ive gotten the same issues looked at. My beater and my nice car are both running smooth now! P.S. David is the man!

No complaints on my end. They worked with us with the price and gave us insurance to make sure we were taken cared of even after!!! They were so sweet and they were ok with our dog coming inside they let me take s bunch of candy and they offered us water AND they picked us up in Peyton Co!!! Editing this review several months later. They are still good, but should I have paid $263 for a battery and oil change or could it have been cheaper? And there was no shuttle available this time so I had to pay for an uber 2x

Todd is amazing! He is highly skilled and is extremely honest. I know it can sometimes be stressful taking your car to a car mechanic. Todd has now worked on two cars for me, and I couldnt be more pleased. He truly cares. Try him and I guarantee you wont be disappointed!!

These guys are great. Todd repaired the heater core on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee Classic, and it has worked fantastically ever since. He has great prices, and is a very good mechanic. He and his assistant are some of the best mechanics in Colorado Springs. Be sure to ask about his wifes Camero when you see him!

This company has a high turn over rate of mechanics, I know because I was one and to top it all off approximately 2000$ worth of my tools were stolen here, I was fired and replaced in July and they have already replaced the mechanic that replaced me so go here at your own risk, not to mention them draining antifreeze down there sink drains, behind closed doors this business is far from professional, my tools were returned to me from snap on, but before they were taken from snap on many of my specialty tools were taken at this shop, a thief isnt going to admit to it I just want to inform the public of there poor business, if you have a high turnover rate of employees maybe you should be looking at how your running things instead of blaming it on every employee just saying

Took our Honda CRV in to the dealer for a brake flush and found out the hard way they didnt do the flush.The brake caliper was sticking so I was able to get the caliper released but then the caliper wouldnt adjust out after replacing the master cylinder and attempting to bleed the brakes I wasnt getting fluid to the rear caliper and with the front brakes working I decided to take it to Patriot Auto down the street from my house, a proportioning valve later our Honda is stopping better than it has in years. Thanks for the awesome service and for getting the job done right the first time. Integrity, service before self and excellence in what they do. Ill be taking all the stuff I cant do myself to Patriot Auto. They rock.
