This is 100% the place to take your car for repairs big or small in Colorado Springs. A true integrity company. I have tried others in the Springs and I will never go anywhere else.We had an old Subaru that needed major engine and transmission work. I took it to 3 places to get a true understanding of what was wrong and to make sure that I wasnt getting swindled. I settled on Elevation Auto based on a gut feeling that they would take care of me and work hard to repair our family vehicle.Matt and Miguel worked for more than 6 months to try to find the parts. Matt did not want to buy parts from a seller that he did not personally know because he wanted to protect me from wasting my money on parts that he couldnt vouch for their integrity.When we ultimately could not find reliable parts to repair the Subaru (due to the specificity of its parts for our make/model/year AND that it was older and those parts were no longer in production), Matt let me keep my non-functioning vehicle in his companys parking lot for several weeks while I found someone who was interested in rebuilding the engine themselves with the time, tools, and skillset.I sold the Subaru in his parking lot, and as they towed it away, I walked up and asked Matt how much I owed him for all of his troubles. He estimated only several hundred dollars for all of their work. His teams calls, follow-ups, deals falling through, keeping me updated--only a few hundred dollars. I got the sense that they treated finding parts for my car as a challenge rather than a job, and they were truly disappointed that they couldnt find the parts and had to admit defeat. True integrity and trustworthy company right here.I have also been billed nearly $100 for an oil change in the past from disreputable auto mechanics--I just got a regular oil change today for less than $50 for my make/model, only took a few hours. These guys can do it all, big or small, and you can have the peace of mind that youre not being upcharged or having to pay for things that are unnecessary. I was referred to Elevation by a neighbor andI was extremely pleased with the repair job on my older model VW Passat. Miquel did the work and he was excellent in communicating with me during the period my car was there. I had both front axles replaced and a few Ers later I took it in to do additional work and Miquel stated that he needed to replace one of the axles and that it was rare to have them do that so quickly after replacement. I WAS THRILLED TO LEARN THERE WAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON IT SO IT WAS COMPLETED DURING THE TIME MY CAR WAS THERE FOR OTHER REPAIRS. FANTASTIC JOB MIQUEL...thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

We have an older Lexus IS 250 that we neglected and these guys brought it back from the dead, not only did they do it for less, they did everything right and nothing extra. Started taking my Acuras to Matt when he was at Advantage Auto in the early 90s. He founded Elevation and I have since used him and Miguel for Acuras, three different Toyotas and a Ford van. His work is always done right and priced right. This shop is the best and most honest independent mechanic shop you will ever find.

These guys are the absolute best! I have been taking my truck here for years and have always had 100% satisfaction with the work. They charge fairly and wont try to sneak in anything or do things you dont need. Honest and reliable. Extremely experienced and can diagnose even the most difficult of vehicle issues. They even have a loaner car! I recommend them to all my friends.

I took my car over there to get a job done they took over a month to even get to it eventually i get a call from the owner matt saying that they stripped one of the bolts on the harmonic balancer and that they cannot do the job anymore. After having my time wasted with these clowns I took the car to Honest Accurate Auto Mechanic Here in the springs and they got the job done in less than a day. I would not reccomend going over there they wasted over a month of my time and have no idea how to work on cars considering they couldnt even remove a stripped bolt.

So happy that I found this place! Friendly, quick, and cheap! I was able to get my car in the day after calling and they were able to fix the problem with my car in less than 30 minutes. Every other place I went to was wanting a ridiculous amount of money to fix a simple problem, but these guys fixed it for a very reasonable price. Matt and his team at Elevation Auto are our go-to place for our familys cars. Matt is specially trained in Japanese model cars, but he also has a lot of knowledge and experience with other makes as well. Elevation is an honest business where they will tell you exactly what is going on with your car, what is crucial to fix and what can wait, and they do not overcharge but have very reasonable rates for what needs to be done. Matt lays out all the options and costs and empowers us to understand the issues to make a well-informed choice on what we want done on our car when issues arise. If you schedule your work in advance, they have a simple loaner car that you can use, which is handy. I like how Matt keeps us informed on what routine maintenance should be coming up (e.g. we just had our 90,000 mile service done on our Toyota Sienna) and even though I might just be taking my car in for an oil change, they check my brakes and note any other issues that may need to be addressed down the road so we arent caught off guard. We feel VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF at Elevation Auto and recommend them to all of our friends. We have been going to Elevation Auto since 2011, ever since OUR friends recommended Elevation to US!

These guys have been around a minute so dont be fooled by the small amount of ratings. The owner was just hesitant at first as he has seen plenty of auto-mechanics get wrecked by unruly busybodies.Matt is great, the mechanics are also excellent. Everyone has a great attitude (rare in the Springs). The prices are fair and they will work with you.They dont prefer that you supply your own part (warranty issues etc.) but will play ball either way.Took me about a solid year to find a place that meets all my criteria and I havent gone anywhere since

Took my car in to get my mirror replaced , spent 30 minutes talking to the owner and the next day he said he wouldn’t do the repair because I’m not an existing customer . He doesn’t seem to care about customers if he doesn’t make a profit. The claims adjuster even said he’d make a 30% profit on everything including labor but he didn’t want my business. My repair was only 30 minutes to repair. The sad part is that if the repair was done, I’d be open to using Elevation for all future repairs on my vehicles . Now they lost my business and my referrals . Treat customers how you’d like to be treated , period

Called to inquire about a motor swap on Rsx base he said he doesnt do them so for that I had to review any Honda shop should be able to swap a motor!

Had difficult brake issue and Matt shop took care of them like wizards.
