After three different mechanics and a lot of money spent on “repairs” that didn’t work, I brought my Ford Escape into Christian Brothers to investigate a rattle coming from the rear of my vehicle. Within a few hours they had diagnosed the rattle and set me up with a plan to fix it with the Ford dealer which wouldn’t cost me another cent! So thankful for these guys and will definitely be back for any future car repair needs! They definitely care about their customers.

These guys are amazing as a business owner with a fleet of vehicles I have been trying to find a good mechanic for some time. Since we found Christian Brothers our experience has been incredible. Dont think they realized I was a mechanic. Tried quoting me a over $1000 to replace my upper control arms. Inflated the cost of the parts by more than three times, and sadly tried to make up non existent problems to add charges. Had to just walk away laughing. Dont know if this mechanic knew theres also lower control arms that would need replacing but I would hate to see the quote if he did. $10000? lol

I am very impressed with the service I received at Christian Brothers Automotive. It was easy to make an appointment online. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took excellent care of my vehicle and me. I got a courtesy ride home, a phone call to inform me of when my service was complete, and I understand other companies do this, but they did it with a genuine smile, and I will be a returning customer.

Great service and exceptional customer service.

Took my 2011 Audi A4 (only 70,000 miles) in this week for an inspection, oil/filter change and fixing whatever was causing the engine light. I bought it used last year and have not given it much serious attention (barely driven the past 6 months). CBA obviously has a system in place for this general work and I loved it! Received a text with a link to a report of things checked and results with pictures in many cases. There were 2 surprise issues: battery below spec and the cause of the engine light.The diagnosis was a defective thermostat but it couldnt be proven without going in there to see. It requires removing the water pump, belts, etc. Not simple or cheap. I have never experienced this with a vehicle. However, while they were doing that I researched impacts of a thermostat stuck open. I missed some of the symptoms: engine temp gauge, running rich, heater not working. But I definitely noticed the fix engine light and the gas mileage impact. It went from 40 MPG on the highway to 25. I thought it was the type of gas but not so. Anyway, they were right and fixed it in a few hours. It cost about $700 but when I checked on-line for typical repair costs it was average for the 2.5 to 3 hr job. I guarantee the Audi dealer would have been a LOT more.Taking my other vehicle in next week. I fell confident with CBA on my team. Nice folks and very professional. I recommend them based on this experience.

Most people wait until something goes wrong with there car to get it fixed. I have found that this location is honest and fair with what needs to be done. Taking care of a car is not cheap. Cheap is not good and good is not cheap. Ill always default to this location for service. Several times Ive had the opportunity to speak with one of the techs Sam. Hes professional, honest and reputable. Ask for him to work on your car. He wont tell you work needs to be done if it doesnt.

Highly recommend this place! Staff was friendly & their service & attention to detail were great! Even w/o an appt., I was able to get my vehicle taken care of same day. I was happy with Christian Brother’s until we got a notice on a COVID special. My husband asked specifically if they could do the scheduled transmission maintenance on his Mercedes. He was told yes; they should have told him no. They did not do it correctly and it was back in twice with no improvement. The transmission was fine before Christian Brother’s worked on it. Afterward it shifted hard and leaked fluid. We had to spend nearly 4K to have the Mercedes dealer redo the transmission maintenance and fix what was done incorrectly. I will no longer trust them with any vehicle.

Christian Brothers Automotive took in my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 and had the transmission linkage from the column shift to transmission fixed within 24hrs. Very reasonable cost and excellent service. I highly recommend them for any repairs your vehicle may need. Very professional and wonderful to work with.

That said that I needed things fixed that I did not need fixing, to pad the bill. I do not recommend! -⭐

I had a pre-inspection done on a car I am thinking of purchasing. Christian Brothers gave me the low down on the condition of the car and things that I should watch out for and documentation to bring back to the dealer. Theyve given me peace of mind that the car is at least in good shape for purchase.

I would give 0 stars if I could. These guys are overpriced crooks. I told them that the fan in my HVAC system needed to be switched out. I even had the exact part they needed. I just didnt have the tools to do it myself. Next thing I knew, I had a $300 invoice for an inspection. And they were going to charge 300 more to actually switch it out. There is nothing Christian about them.

Christian Brothers Automotive was recommended to me by a friend. I had a check engine light come on in my vehicle and got it towed there. I spoke several times to Joe who was extremely professional. He was patient with me, explaining what had happened in my vehicle and reassuring me that my vehicle was fixed. The office was great at getting me and my vehicle in for diagnosis, riding parts and fixing the issue. I was in a bit of a time crunch since I do not live in Colorado Springs but they were able to get all the work completed in 2 days which allowed me to still make it home on time. Not that I ever wish anyone would need to go to a mechanic but if you ever find yourself needing a reliable, honest, hard working automotive shop, this is it!

Outstanding service. My Jeep had a 4wd issue for several months, and a dealer said the transmission needed to be dropped for the repair so may as well postpone it. They said nothing about additional damage that might be caused by continued driving. The issue became worse and rear axle began to lock/tire skip. Fearing the worst, I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive for a second opinion. The next day Chris called with a few suggestions and was very honest with what he and the technicians thought the best path. The first repair didnt fix the issue so he committed to replacing the transfer case. Got the car back lightning fast and it drives beautifully. Bill was much MUCH less than a dealer or Midas could offer for the same repairs. I am exceedingly happy with their commitment to service and results, and Ill be taking my Jeep here from now on. A+!

I’ve gone through a few different mechanics but at Christian brothers is where I have landed, they are always at the height of customer service, always willing to explain in further details about the issues with the vehicle, and are the only ones i really feel I have truly been able to trust with my baby girl, and my money. Every other place I’ve been her issues persist, high prices have been paid, and most importantly she doesn’t feel right when I get her back, but from Christian brothers, finally, she always comes back feeling better and more like her old self, and I have been able to drive my 2003 ford econoline all over the country without failure, other places, a risk to drive around town! In all I could not be happier with Christian brothers and though I no longer live in the springs I continue to travel states across to have my van serviced here, the risk of finding someone else to entrust my van to being to great. I was having an issue with my windshield wiper. I called around to a couple other service departments/dealers but they wanted to charge a diagnostic fee ($100+). I called Christian Brothers to see if I could bring the car in and they said to bring it right in! They tightened the bolt and sent me on my way. Free of charge. This is a great business that will not take advantage of their customers!

My thermostat was out that a buddy of mine was able to diagnose but didnt have time to fix. I took it into Steve Mills racing first and they quoted me $450 which is far too high for a thermostat. I then decided to take my car in to Christian Brothers and declined a diagnosis and they kept the repair of my 2007 Mazda 3i under $300. Im super satisfied with the result!

I own a 1996 Audi A6 and as you can see this is a very old car. I decided to go to this business due to the fact that I was familiar with their work from a location in Virginia. I was working with Abel for my car and let me tell you something, When you are looking for a sense of professionalism...go to Abel. If you are looking to get treated with respect and kept in the loop the whole time with no questions...Go to Abel...If you want to make sure that a mechanic is treating you right and doing right to your car...GO TO ABEL. This man has saved me so much money in repairs on things I dont actually need. You have to look at this from my point of view when anyone can tell you anything on a 1996 Audi and make you pay whatever. Fast and friendly service. Abel assisted me over the phone and helped quote a price and timeline for service. He was available at the shop when I dropped my vehicle off at closing time, and my car was ready by 9 the next morning. Free shuttle service picked me up and brought me back to my car. This was the best experience Ive had recently and Im sure to come back next time my vehicle needs help.

Dont get me wrong but they are fast at their work. I had an appointment and took in my vehicle. They said that as soon as I took it in they started to put in the parts I requested. The only thing that I didnt like was that I got a call saying that my alignment was going to be more extra labor because of everything they got to remove first. So we agreed on a price of 480 which was on replacing the parts and the alignment. Then after I left and agreed on the price, I got a call of them that the new price would be 650 because they needed extra time to fix the alignment. They explained to me what needed to be done but my father knew it didnt need all that work. So I payed and took my car to a different shop called Tires LES Schwab, and they fixed my alignment for 89$. NO EXTRA LABOR NEEDED. I thank this place for putting in the parts that I brought in but I would recommend getting your estimates in print, in hand and ask many questions about what needs to be done before you leave your vehicle in their hands.

Courteous Front Desk Staff and clean waiting area. The complimentary shuttle is much better than dealerships as it runs throughout the day vs in the early morning. Prices were also very reasonable for the transmission & diff fluid changes I had done.

New Customer Alert: We were having an issue with a vehicle losing power. Eric, asked me several questions concerning my issue. I know..I know thats what theyre supposed to do right? Well he was thorough and ended up saving us a ton of money. We were told that it could be this or that by someone else. Did I mention he was able to pinpoint the issue without a cost to us? Yes, he was that attentive and because of that in the future if we have any issues we will be returning.

All of the work was done the same day. Staff were upfront about expected cost and time to completion. I had a key broken off in my ignition that they removed without being asked while working on some other problems my car had. Friendly staff. This ships is more expensive than others I have visited but the work is top notch.

Christian Brothers has been my go to shop for years in Texas! When we were moved up here by the military I was glad to see their business. The guys at this shop are fantastic! Great quality work at reasonable prices! I could tell they were extremely busy but got me in and fixed my engine quickly. They offer a 10% military discount that was much appreciated! We will be back (hopefully for just routine maintenance though)!

I have read many positive reviews about Christian Brothers so when my car broke down they were the first ones I thought of. They were so friendly and easy to work with. I was updated on the diagnosis and repair plan in a timely manner and all work was approved by me first. They even rebuilt parts to save me money on buying new parts that weren’t needed. I will definitely use Christian Brothers again and highly recommend them.

By far the most honest shop in town. To all these people giving poor reviews because YOU cant read an email or YOU didnt fully understand something. Ask a questions if YOU dont get it. I take all my cars to these guys and during my last visit, they called me saying ... When taking youre vehicle apart, we found the real reason and it was an easier fix than anticipated... saving me $1000 on my last repair bill. Sounds pretty honest to me. Ive had extended conversations with the techs, service writers and even the owner and these guys are the best in town. Every single one of them truly care about taking care of their customers. Everyone isnt perfect. I make mistakes all the time. Im sure these guys do too but I will say that Im sure theyll do everything they can to make it right instead of covering it up like some other shops in town.

The staff is polite and helpful. When they say they will call you back, they really do call you back. Other places Ive taken my vehicles to say they will call you back but Im the one who has to initiate the call. Christian brothers are always busy but they give me the undivided attention I need to know the best options for my vehicles. You get more than what you pay for, dont be fooled or misled by old reviews of folks who are trying to be cheap and wanting quality backed guaranteed work from a shade tree mechanic working from his garage. If so take your chances elsewhere or you can come here and sleep easy knowing it was done right the first time. I spoke with and met Chris on the phone and once we arrived, he was awesome!! Very knowledgeable of what needed to be done took a vested interest right away to ensure, I the wife and kids were well taken care of. They are not overpriced like I had also thought. Like I said you get what you pay for. We have lived here 4 years, and I wish I would have went to them originally when we moved here. I believe they are honest. They make a sincere effort to accommodate my schedule when Im in a bind. I believe they try to balance cost of parts with quality to give me the best value. They dont want me to return because one of their repairs came up short but they also dont want to charge me 3 arms and 2 legs for premium parts if it is not absolutely necessary. I like their presentation of their business. They make a good first and lasting impression.

Go to this place for your automotive needs. This establishment is ran by christians and they are always trying to help out and are always honest. When my Jeep got a tune up last year it stalled on me on woodmen. I was able to get it home but I told them about it and they offered to tow the truck and fix what the issue was for no charge (ended up being the gas throttle) I did pay for the part but only because I was blown away at how sincere they were. Very professional service here. Abel was very nice and worked very hard to diagnose the rattling noise on my car. He took multiple photos and videos to show me exactly what was wrong. I will definitely be back to fix the issues he found.

My 1996 GMC Sierra (2500) broke down not far from the CBA on Wooden Rd. near Powers. I had no experience with them in the past but I appreciated the highpoints of their commercials, honesty and cleanliness. I suspected an alternator problem, which I mentioned to the guys at the front desk when I dropped it off (actually I had it towed there). As it turns out, I had a cable between the battery and the alternator that just had some corrosion on it. They could have said I needed a new alternator and a battery and I probably would have fallen for it and paid for it. Honesty is the point here. I wasnt charged anything above the diagnostic fee... and yes, their office was clean.

The invoice was laid out in a very professional way, making it very easy to see what I was paying for and why. The team even worked around my work hours and followed my complicated special instructions and requests to the letter. I could tell Justin at the front desk actually took the time to listen to my special requests, because they were quoted verbatim on the invoice. The team kept in constant communication with me through texts, calls, and emails, leaving me with peace of mind. Christian Brothers treated me and my Hummer better than my local GM/Chevy dealer, and I will absolutely be coming back.

Had to get a pre-purchase inspection done with little notice and they fit us in. Great thing is that they were excited to have us come in, even with the tight window. They did a thorough check and gave us tremendous peace of mind when we purchased our vehicle. Another plus is that its right next to all the dealerships.
