Baltic just completed repairs on my 2003 Mini Cooper. The clutch (throw-out bearing) was toast and there were several other repairs (suspension, also motor mounts). The clutch operates so smoothly now that I think its better than new (but that was a while ago), and the ride is delightful, clean and totally without clunks.Thank you, Robert!

Took my Land Rover in to be repaired, needed a water pump, fan, belt, and battery. Robert was very kind, professional, honest, fair, straight forward and fast! His staff was fantastic as well. They got my vehicle fixed quickly same day I brought it in. Pricing was great especially considering how damaged it was. I’ve been looking for someplace better to have my BMW serviced on the Westside and I finally found it! They were fast, professional, and friendly. And, unlike other shops I recently used, they didn’t try to sell me on repairs I didn’t need.

During a time of unknowns it was overwhelmingly reassuring to know my vehicle was in good hands. They were very transparent about pricing/options, very efficient and cost effective. I had a previous quote for a new alternator that was $125.00 more than what Balta offered. My car is running like new and they have a new customer for life. I pulled up and was greeted by Robert I asked if he would take a quick look under my car at the leak and advise if I could drive it to Denver and back to Springs. He took my car immediately and checked the leak. He then adivesed I should not drive it on the highway. When I get back home I will be making an appointment with Robert so he can check it more thoughly.. He was so accommodating with my situation. He would not take my money. Robert and his wife run a great, clean, and honest business. Him and his tech have worked on our two vehicles from replacing all of the rockers/full-fluid swap on one vehicle to a full engine replacement on the other with no issues on either. Robert and his crew replaced the bad starter and returned to me, the bad one so I could get refunded.Then, my key got stuck in the ignition. I had it towed on a Sunday to Balta (they were closed), but called the following morning to be told it was a dealer issue. I confirmed that I would have it towed to a dealer. At that moment, I hung up and Robert investigated to make sure that it couldnt be fixed in house. Turned out to be a bad battery terminal and is only costing a few bucks rather than hundreds!Good communication, fast service, fair and upfront pricing.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Balta for about ten years now. Robert has always been amazingly knowledgeable and kind, he and the other mechanics take pride in their work, and their prices are always honest and fair. I trust them 100% with all my vehicles, and with everything from simple services to diagnosis and complex repairs. When the clutch went out in my 350z last year, they were the only shop I would let touch it. As always, they did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them!

Not sure why my son was denied service at Balta. He was told its impossible to fix his 02 sensor? It took the german garage up the street less the 5 minutes to install one. I guess Mr Balta can afford being discriminatory.

Currently a one star as we are still working with Balta, after three months, to complete an engine replacement which, per other shops and the engine provider, waso done improperly, sloppily, and incompletely. Weve already exceeded Baltas original labor quote by more than a thousand dollars for work which professional third parties are saying should have been done at the time the engine was originally replaced. Am giving Balta a third chance to make things right, honor their Service Warranty, and enable us to update this to a five star review. Note: Balta promises a Service Warranty verbally but refuses to provide this in writing. Balta also refuses to provide an email address, and insists on doing all negotiations verbally.

Was wondering how a place could have 5 stars with over 20 reviews. I now know. I took my bmw 335 there for an oil change and Robert took care of me. Much better prices than the dealership and he let me know about a few things I would need done to my car soon which I knew were coming up. Very trustworthy people Ill be recommending them.

I took in my 2012 Scion TC to Balta for some repairs and had nothing short of a great experience with the shop. Robert was extremely knowledgeable about everything and was very helpful with everything. Robert is straight up and tells you everything how it is without all the fluff and BS you may receive at other shops, and his honesty is greatly appreciated. The prices at Balta were much lower than the dealer and other shops in the area. Robert quoted me an estimate for the repair and although the work took longer and involved more work than he had originally anticipated, Robert stuck to his quote and even delivered the vehicle ahead of schedule, and as good as new. I had a great experience with Balta, and have found a great shop to take my car and now will not be taking it anywhere else. I have taken two cars there, a 03 landrover discovery and an 01 330i. The owner was always very honest about what was going on and what needed fixed. He wasnt just trying to take my money and say I should fix all sorts of things. The shop is very busy so you need to call and make an appointment, but he can usually get you in within 2-3 days. Definitely worth the wait though because he knows what hes talking about.

Brought my Mini there multiple times and they ALWAYS beat the Mini dealership. The dealership has tried to over charge me more than once, Ill never bring it back....Ill always go to Balta. Robert is great...prices are amazing...and more than anything I can trust them and their work.

Needed someone to identify a wire hanging underneath my car that dragged about two feet behind my car and did not want to drive far as I had no idea what it was. He said he was to busy to look to tell me what it was and told me to go somewhere else. So, I did. Not only did peak auto service identify the wire but fixed it in 5 mins. They’re great, they fix vehicles in the most affordable way, if another shop provides services for cheaper e.g. a tire specialist, haveing good deals on tires, they let you know “ you know I can do that for you but a specialist could do it for cheaper”. So you can tell they are honest .My wife’s whole family goes here and he’s treated all their vehicles right l, they turned me on to Balta when I moved here from Ohio my 2001 Honda CR-V had around 240,000 miles when I moved here .They’re fast and they get the job done, my vehicle is going on 300,000 miles!!’ Balta for 400,000!!🤪

We are in Colorado Springs on vacation and something was making a burning smell under the hood. When I looked I wasnt sure where it was coming from. I called Balta Auto Repair based off of Google reviews (15, 5 star reviews). I called around 3:45 and they closed at 6. Robert asked if it was urgent since they were very busy. I told him we were visiting from out of town and he told me to bring it right over. He took a look and told me the power steering fluid tank was too full. He then asked me for the keys and took out some fluid to bring it down to where it needed to be. He spent the time to tell me what was happening, and that there would be a smell until the fluid burned off, and did not charge me one cent! I am so greatful for Balta Auto Repair and Google users for their reviews!

Robert is strait shooter and does good work. They are professional shop. Ive used him quite a few times for my Discovery.

They suggested I get my oil changed, after having had it just changed two weeks prior, but I was told it really needed to be done, so I allowed it. I was told my breaks were so bad that they ruined my rotors, which I had no break problems recently so this blew me away. He said all front and back needed to be replaced immediately. I only had him do the front breaks and rotors because thats all I could afford. Because the total was so expensive, I brought my vehicle somewhere else to get the back breaks and rotors fixed the next week when I was able to afford it. The new shop showed me the breaks and rotors and they were in great condition and had plenty of life in them. Now I feel I was ripped off with the front breaks and rotors, but I am happy they only ripped me off for the fronts, and not the backs too.

While on vacation our Excursion broke down and our tow service towed our vehicle there.Called the next day and the owner stated that he didnt realize the truck was a diesel and that he wasnt familiar those. He also stated that he probably could fix it but it would take a few days. And it may be a pump but he wasnt sure.So I called another shop, 30 minutes after the other shop had the truck it was fixed. It was a fuse. Not only did the other shop fix my truck they also ensured it was road ready for our trip home.Maybe Balta can handle small vehicles but if you have a tow vehicle dont bother.

I have brought my Volvo and BMW to Robert on numerous occasions and have been very pleased with the service and fair prices. I work on my own cars for the most part, but there are things that you really need a shop for, and I trust Balta to do it right.

Balta only uses the latest in East German tech. They use dealer parts for the most part and do nice work.

My 2005 vw Jetta tdi started overheating for this car you also do timing belt because its all together I had several other issues as well. He fixed my car in 1 day and allowed me to pick up after hrs as I work till 7pm and over an hr outside Colorado Springs. If you own ANY car but especially a Euro car take it here, you will not be disappointed fast, quality work you get what you pay for and hes not even expensive all his work is warrantied, you messed up if you take your car elsewhere!!

They worked on my 95 range rover classic. Calling all around the springs no one wanted to help me out with my issue. Baltas told me they usually work on newer land rovers but they would gladly take a look. They actually fix my issue which was a transmission throw out cable. My rangie is now driving nicely! Would definitely recommend to any landy enthusiasts.
