Unprofessional, disrespectful, and absolutely NO integrity!!! I originally went to the other location on Tutt (very nice team there, wonderful customer service, and upstanding people). I should have NEVER switched to this location. I have never been so disrespected and mishandled in my life! Nate was so NASTY to me over the phone and should NOT be working with people. Ivan (the manager) has no integrity, no backbone, and has no problem lying to you in your face and refusing to service you, once called out. They made up contradicting policies by the second. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. I’m highly disappointed and left that place feeling so defeated after being bullied by Nate and Ivan.

They were really helpful and professional when jiffy lube put the wrong oil in my vehicle and the check engine light came on. They identified the problem quickly and were able to fix it saving me alot of money. Theyre honest and dont overcharge. Ask for Nate, he was really helpful and cool. Ill definitely be going back to them in the future for all my auto care needs.

Excellent! Thats all I have to say. Highly recommend these guys! Nate (at the front desk) was totally professional, listened to my needs and took care of it. I needed the car back as soon as possible as I use it for work every day. They were extremely busy and got the work done the same day going above and beyond doing preventative repairs to ensure my car has no issues. Again, EXCELLENT!!!!

Aspen Auto off Union has always treated me very well. I started using them because i used to live very close to there, and have continued because of their good work, honesty, and great customer service. They are always pleasant, always helpful, and never pressure you into extra work. They prioritize a list of important repairs needed Vs recommended general maintenance prior to any services. It is very hard to find a mechanic that you trust, and i will never use anyone else.

Out of all the mechanic shops I dealt with in the Springs, this one was by far the best. Long story short, I broke my truck trying to perform maintenance for a weekend trip to Nebraska I had going on the next day. I had contacted the Aspen Auto Clinic on Jet Stream, asking them if they can fix my truck within one day (I thought it was impossible, but I had hope). 10 minutes later, I had a call from the Union location saying they were forwarded the message and can look at my truck. The problem was the truck was immobile, so I stressed on how I was going to get it there. But Ivan reassured me that they offer complimentary towing so it was a relief. The towing company picked up my truck within an hour and Aspen Auto had my truck fixed right on time for my trip. Thank you Ivan and the rest of the crew for helping me out!

Noticed issue with brakes on our 2014 Mazda CX5. Took them in to have the brakes checked. Found out the rear rotors were warped and brake pads low. I thought the problem was in the front brakes and found out those were okay. Aspen could of lied and made money having me do the front brakes too, but they did not. They were honest, did the proper driving tests and made sure all was safe.I used to take my CX5 to Bob Penkhus Mazda dealership, but have not been satisfied with their LACK OF customer service. Will take my car now to Aspen. The cost is a little higher, but it carries a 3 year warranty! No other place carries that length of a warranty.

I have had several great experiences with this company. Every time, they have been professional and helpful. They explain what needs to be addressed and what can wait. I have trust in the good job that they do each time on my sixteen year old vehicle.

I had my car towed over to Aspen Auto for a diagnostic. The staff there were so fast with their evaluation of my car and they charged me less than what they originally quoted. It was such a painless experience. Everyone there is so friendly and they followed up with me a couple of days later which I really appreciated. 😊

I was so impressed with the care I got at Aspen Auto Clinic! I really felt like they went the extra mile with Mike’s excellent customer service at the front desk ( he even provided us with a ride home!) to the thorough diagnostics, quick repair work, and reasonable prices. The Aspen auto clinic on Union is very close to where I live, so I tried an oil change there during a week that I had midterms and a surgery going on in my personal life. These guys came and got my car out of my driveway, took it to the shop and fixed it up for me and brought it back! I am so impressed! I cannot believe the level of service that I experienced with them and will never go anywhere else again. Fair and excellent care for our verhicle

I have gone to this shop a few times over the past couple years and I have always been impressed. They are always so professional, personable and offer great service. The first time I went the owner offered to pay to tow our car--just to make sure we were safe. Another time the receptionist did everything we could to squeeze us in for an appointment. I very much recommend this company.

If I could give them TEN stars I would!! First, they paid to get my car towed to their shop. Eric and Stephanie were amazing. They made me feel like family upon my arrival and even told me my house is your house, and provided snacks and drinks. Then, they offered to Lyft me wherever I needed to go, on their tab. I declined because I had to go from there to work but I saw them get another 3 people home on their tab in the time I was there. I got introduced to everyone working on my vehicle, which has never happened at any shop ever. You can definitely tell they treat all of their employees like family. They even chatted with me about my life and suggested some awesome readings to me as well. And the price was fair for a job extremely well done. Aspen Auto Clinic will definitely be my go-to for all of my vehicle needs from here on out. Thank you guys 😊

I have to say I have been a loyal customer for about 1 year now. Everytime I call with a vehicle concern they are very helpful, Professional, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned. I have personally met with the regular mechanic for my vehicle as well as most of the front office staff. I must say that I am sincerely very impressed with MATT the locations manager. He has always treated me very well and on the off chance I have had an issue he has always resolved it to my satisfaction in a prompt and professional way. I would recommend anyone use their services located in Englewood Colorado. My vehicle is in again today for a hose repair and I will of course edit and add to this review upon completion.

Prices are a little high but i believe that when it comes to vehicle repair work, sometimes you get what you pay for. Plus, there is a lot of good value in what you get; service and parts come with great warranties, they provide shuttles to and from the shop AND they even took care of the tow bill to get my Jeep to their shop! These guys recently did some transmission work on my Jeep and some electrical + timing chain work on my Toyota Celica. Both are running great and appear to have met my repair needs. This location has amazing customer service and a good team of skilled techs. Surely Ill be back for future work!

DO NOT bring your vehicle here for anything other than a simple oil change. If they tell you anything is wrong with your vehicle, get a second opinion. My girlfriend took her car in because her steering wheel was vibrating after she had hit a curb. After she had told me they quoted her $4600(but they would give her a sweet 25% off making it $3500) we decided to get a second opinion from a mechanic that we trust but he didnt have time for us initially. Aspen auto clinic said that the inner and outer tie rods were loose, lower ball joints had excessive play, inner boot on right/front axle was torn and needed replacement, etc. Turns out it was just a wheel weight missing and after an alignment and tire balance, its completely good to go. In closing, Aspen auto clinic is nothing short of a crooked business trying to take advantage of their customers.

Nate was our service rep and he was very helpful with our Mini Cooper. He helped us with our extended warranty ( when we purchased the mini) and he found some affordable run flat tires for the car in a timely manner. We also have a Jeep that has been serviced at this same location. We will continue to bring our vehicles here for service.

What a great experience! Fantastic and friendly service. I went in for an oil change, knowing our car needed some extra work. After checking out the car, Eric went over all the needed work to get the car running safely. They got the work done that day and gave me a loaner car. Definitely recommend them!

Writing a review after one visit is not what I do, but this is my third time using this shop and I have been very impressed. Mike, Nathan, and the mechanics go above and beyond excellent service. They are honest and explain everything very well, and make sure your car is ready. I also love the fact that their hours are better for working folks than other shops. I would highly recommend this shop for regular service and repairs.

Not reliable! Very un-trustworthy! Lied to me about my water pump. Paid them $800 a few months ago for a oil leak and repair, he told me everything was looking good. my water pump was sealed and there was no leaks on my Malibu. Was told this by Eric smith! Came in this week for a oil change and they quoted me $1,200 for a new water pump! When I questioned it and and told them what I was told by Eric smith, they seemed defensive and said they took pictures if I don’t believe them and told me Eric is no longer with the company. The guy I spoke with was new and said he just moved from Florida. I do not trust this place. I’ve spent over $1,000 going to this place in the past 1 1/2 year. I trusted them with both my vehicles and referred a lot of friends here. I regret ever doing business with this company. They only thing they’ve done for me was a free oil change for first responders during covid. I would think they would treat their front line workers a lot better than they’ve done. They have robbed me of almost $1000.00 for a oil leak I’m not even sure I needed. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS. If I could take this to small claims court I would. I will be reporting to BBB

We were stuck on a road trip and another shop said “sorry, we can’t help you”. The guys at Aspen treated us so kindly and took our van right in to diagnose the issue. We were back on the road within an hour. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend these guys!!

Second visit for service on my vehicle and was very please with the results and the professionalism of the service writer. Have also used this location for work on my daughters car and we were both very satisfied with the repairs and service work.

I Brought my car to the them because i had issues getting pressure in my clutch. Thats it. Instead they went through my entire vehicle even to lengths of ripping off the trim on the outside of my driver door and then litterally installing it facing the incorrect dirrection. They sent me a spread sheet costing shy of 4k. I called and talked to them and according to the person on the phone the minimum cost would be 2800. I told him instead i just want what i came for. Pressure in the clutch. He proceed to tell me they would get it done just to turn around and call me the next day with a bill and that my car would need to be towed because my clutch still dosent have pressure. He told me they flushed the hyfrolic fluids, I have all calls recorded and at no point in time did i tell anyone that i wanted my fluid flushed. Not only did i have my car treated with disrespect(wires hanging from my doors,trim pulled off the outside of driver door, steering wheel is now loose!) They also charged me for it. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE DONT COME TO Aspen auto clinic! Worst shop experience I have ever had! Horrible service

The first time I took my car in for an alignment, they couldnt get it into spec because of worn bushings, so they didnt charge me for it. I replaced the problem bushings that they identified, took it back, and they aligned it. Good, friendly people.

All at no cost because there was nothing wrong. Wow. I didnt expect that, I was prepared to pay some service charge if nothing was found of course. But nope! They are amazing and I know that I can relax and be assured that my car will be in good hands always. Also, Im always so appreciative of their courtesy (no fee) in-house shuttle service to and from my home when my car has to stay in the shop for a long time. That is very helpful. The drivers are kind and great drivers and yes, I always tip the driver. That means so much. You all rock, Aspen!

Horrible experience as I brought my vehicle in to have spark plugs replaced with print out I received from auto zone regarding misfires. When I arrived Kevin Smith greeted me. At initial visit things seemed to go smoothly until I had questions. Kevin who got very irate and disgruntled as I called him out on his bs. This place is a RIP off, they will definitely over charge you if you allow them. By the end of my visit I was quoted over $1,000.00. Once I left their I visited my original technician and got the job done for $50.00. The issue was only 1 spark plug and coil. I highly recommend you do not use their services!

Performed excellent service on my Jeep Rubicon. Work was completed in a very timely manner and my Jeep was very neat and clean when I picked it up. The truck doesnt look like it just came back from a garage. I worked with Matt and he was very up-front about what was needed and how long it would take. My Jeep feels like a new vehicle - the ride is smooth and quiet again. I am completely satisfied with the customer service, the work and the prices. I will be back.

We chose to fix what was needed and now have a plan and budget for future repairs. Went in for an oil change, which took 4 hrs, which I understood as they were busy, however they tried to scam me into $4,000 worth of repairs, including rear brakes. Took it to my mechanic & he said brakes have a good 8 months worth of wear remaining.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very upset with the experience. Went to the shop because my car wouldnt turn over without a jump. I had my starter replaced by aspen auto 6 months prior so I thought maybe something was going on with the starter.Was told I was having a diagnostic ran on my car to figure out what the problem was.diagnostic comes back with a book of problems. Seth told me Id be looking at upward of 2500 dollars to get started on my repairs,alternator being one. I told him I am moving to Georgia and leaving at the end of the week. He tells me I shouldnt drive the car that I need thousands of dollars of work done before I should hit the road. I ended up just driving to Georgia perfectly fine. Get there and take it to the shop and THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS WITH THE AIR INTAKE HOSE. The hose was ripped. that got replaced and havent had a problem since. My alternator was also in perfect condition when he tested it. Thanks for stealing 200 dollars for a diagnostic with results I did not even get to see.

Today, I found out major things on my car that needed to be done, and he suggested I actually look into a new car instead of putting more money into the car for the expensive repairs my Audi requires. I appreciated that he was looking out for my best interest instead of a bunch of work that they could have done. It is always a pleasure to go to Aspen Auto. Also, their shuttle is very convenient and they take me to and from work. Not only that, everyone there is extremely helpful and pleasant. They just completed auto work on my 2014 Subaru. I first called them on the phone where my questions were completely answered. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service manager. He has shown and always demonstrated exceptional service and performance on the quality of work they do for me. I shall return again with the Subaru as well as the 2014 Jeep. I was recommended to Aspen Auto Clinic by Les Schwab in Fountain, who had already earned trust. Id been having intermittent voltage issues and a battery warning light sporadically coming on in my 2000 Saab 9-5 Aero. I had had the alternator and serpentine belt inspected and they had checked out at the time, and I also have a brand new battery. So I was seriously stumped as to what it could be.Nate, at the Aspen Auto Clinic, Union location was very professional and prompt in keeping me posted. I dropped my car off on 04/09, and within 24 hours had it back running and purring like new! I was very impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of this shop. Also, not a lot of places will even touch a Saab anymore, so it was a relief to find a place that was so willing to help me out!I was also extremely impressed by Nates willingness to price-match with me, after he initially quoted me $450 for a new alternator, because they use a specific supplier. I had found the exact same alternator online for $230. When I told him, he called me back within 10 minutes, and told me that theyd be willing to take off $150 and adjust labor. I ended up paying only $600 for the inspection, alternator and labor on a European car (which is never cheap), as opposed to the originally quoted $900.Overall, an amazing first experience with these guys, and the only place with a nationwide 36k mile, 3 year warranty pending any issues with your repair. I would definitely recommend Aspen Auto Clinic. I would only caution that, since they do have their own supplier, just know what part you may need, and try to work with them on that, because they will work with you to earn your trust!- Shea

I am a single mom and I had an issue with my tire .Erik Smith told me to bring my car in after work.I was happy they were able ti fit me in. They were able to salvage my tire and got me going.I really didnt have the money but they helped me out .They have never tried to just take my money .They will try and help you.Thank You Aspen Auto

Driving on the highway, 2 days after having my oil changed, a horrific sound started to come from my engine. I took my car to the nearest mechanic I could find who informed me that the access cover had not been properly reinstalled and told me to take it back to where I had the oil change. Aspen Auto saw me that same day. I proceeded to watch them remove the cover and take what looked like some kind of grinder to it and grind down an edge that had obviously gotten bent. The gentleman took me back to show me what they had done. There was now a gaping whole in the cover where they had fixed it. When I questioned him about whether it was good for there to be a hole in it he proceeded to tell me that a lot of people find the cover to be more of a bother than a help and so just remove it all together. Somehow, that did not sound right to me. When I asked him how it came loose to begin with he told me that it was obvious I must have hit something that knocked it loose and that he wasnt going to argue with me about what may or may not have happened. When I asked him if there seemed to other damage from when I hit something he simply repeated that he wasnt going to argue with me about what may or may not have happened. Every question I asked he responded in the same way. It felt so demeaning! Finally, he said the best he could do would be to replace the cover but I would have to come back because he had to order the piece. At first I told him no because I was not wanting to subject myself to his demeaning treatment once again, but after I left I called and made an appointment to have them fix it. My car is only a couple years old and I felt that it should at least be made whole again. They did replace the cover with a brand new one.I understand that mistakes happen. When the noise started I was traveling with two colleagues to Denver to attend a work conference that cost $120. All three of us completely missed the conference because I was not willing to cause more damage to my vehicle by continuing to drive that distance. However, for me, even worse than letting my colleagues down and losing money, was the rude and unprofessional manner that I was treated. I even had a coupon from them to give to a friend for a free oil change and have thrown it away. I cannot in good conscience send a family member or a friend to a place that has treated me so badly. Often times it is how a business chooses or allows its employees to treat a customer when there is a problem that really tells you what kind of business you are working with.

I bring my car to Aspen regularly and they are fast, courteous and fair on the price every time. My last visit was for a check engine - they diagnosed and referred me to a dealer for the issue and did not charge me. Previously I had a loose gear selector and they troubleshot and repaired it for a very fair price as well. I think overall the communication and professional courtesy are top notch.

I had an awesome experience there. They did a maintenance evaluation on my car, told me what stuff needs to be repaired or replaced and was extremely thorough. Juan was especially helpful and gave me a lot of insight about my vehicle. I will definitely be going back there to get my car serviced and repaired. I highly recommend coming here for any auto needs.

After they failed doing my cars oil service earlier in March 2020, and having to refund over $850 in repairs, they are now refusing to honor their Road Hazard guarantee on tires- they just replaced one in July 2020.

I was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly. My cars issue was resolved and I was back on the road by evening. They called me once a diagnostic was run with a time frame and estimate. I am pleased.

Service was great, price ended up being lower than the original quote. However, a couple times they said they were gonna call and update me but didn’t, so I had to call and check up. But, things happen, otherwise, they were great!

Professional. Honest. Knowledgeable. Good value. I dont want to go into much detail on the issue, but the end result is that Aspen went out of its way to ensure we would be on the road on time when we had a problem during a visit to C Springs. I highly recommend this shop.

I have been a loyal customer of Aspen Auto for many years. They are professional and courteous to me every visit. They take the time to explain what services need to be done and why. If there is a problem with a repair, they will make it right. I have recommended this shop to many of my friends, because of their excellent service.

Bought a van from a guy in denver, couple things wrong and was told to bring it here, after the first time, the facility sabotaged my steering column, left my cruise control inoperable and my raybands were missing. I accused his mechanic of taking them and he got weird. I decided to come back to the facility to apologize to the mechanic for my presumption and found out he was let go. This is a shady place, I would recommend finding else where to take your vehicle.

After calling another company and pretty much getting hung up on I had my husband call Aspen Auto Clinic. He let them know I work at the Walmart pretty much next door and that Id bring it by on my lunch, they offered to give me a ride back.When I took it in staff was nice and helped get me checked in. They asked if I needed a ride I said no, I work right here at Walmart they told me thats fine. I decided to walk still. I got a call from them and unfortunately they couldnt help with my vehicle, not because of anything on their end but because of my vehicle warranty.Overall I would definitely come back to this shop because of how friendly and professional the staff is!

The service here is always excellent. In this case, all my questions were answered about the maintenance evaluation, and I was able to decide whether to do all or some of the three problems found. I was given a priority list so that I could decide how to fit needed repairs into my budget. The most expensive repair was not the first priority in my case. For the oil change, I noticed that the mileage to next change had been reset, which pleased me. I chose to wait rather than to use the shuttle service (which is rapid). Restaurants, an ice cream drive-in, and a Walmart are nearby (from next door to a block away), but complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, cold drinks and snacks are available in the waiting area.

Wow! Ill be returning here again. These people are kind and smart. They are not pushy and dont try to rip you off at every chance they can get (Im looking at you, Jiffy Lube). They do their very best to get everything done as fast and efficiently as possible and even have a shuttle! I couldnt be more happy with my service and now my car is running great. Thanks to Nate and Juan who have excellent customer service skills and knowledge. Im sad I didnt come here sooner. See you guys in 3,000 miles!

Timely Service, prices good.I bought a car from a used car dealer, that was guaranteed to have been inspected. Aspen Auto clinic found that there was other damage that the dealer hadnt said.If I hadnt have taken the car to them, then I wouldnt have known about the damage.

My wife had to take our Audi A4 in for engine problems. They were concise with their estimates. Treated her awesome! Great people to deal with.

I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone looking for routine maintenance to major repairs on your car. They are always very friendly and sit with you and explain what is going on. They are definitely knowledgeable and try to explain things in an easy way to understand. They just did a wonderful job on getting my car running again.

The staffs outstanding friendliness & professional manner is what struck me the most when I had my Fiat headlight bulb changed on September 26, 2017. Also, I was charged parts only for this simple procedure, which was performed in their parking lot. I will never go anywhere else for service, unless it is mandatory Fiat dealership maintenance under warranty.

I have always come to aspen auto for my repairs. I spend a lot of money, every year, on repairs. This month I needed a new started and flex plate- however after the repair was done it came to my attention after my car started to smoke and spill oil that something was wrong. Aspen auto FORGOT to put a seal on my transmission and it caused oil to leak. Never got a sorry just a “we will replace what we forgot”. They forgot a part and that’s it. I don’t ever want aspen touching my car because I fear y’all will forget to put something back. I have been a custom of yours for 3 years and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I have a turbo that apparently needs to be replaced now and I don’t feel confident with anyone touching my car. I have already paid over $3,000 in repairs this year alone and I don’t intend on spending any more here.

Mike was super helpful in a time of frustration regarding previous shops that had taken advantage of our need to find excellent repairs without going over budget. They were very informative and explained everything.We will recommend and return for future work.

Ive been going here for years and always know Im going to get a thorough and high quality job for a decent price. When an unexpected repair came up they really took care of me even setting me up with an Uber to get to work! I dont trust anyone else with my vehicle.

The front desk service person is always courteous and caring. The entire staff is respectful in their communication. They take excellent care of my car and I appreciate that they are willing to let me use the shuttle to get back and forth to my home.

Well me being a single woman and not knowing anything about cars and what they would charge if I took my car to a mechanic..Aspen Auto Clinic took really good care of me and cared..they even put the bumper that was falling off my car back on my car free of charge,it made me cry because I’ve been to different autobody shops and they quoted me an amount but ‘I’ a single Full-time working,raising my granddaughter woman couldn’t possibly afford..they will forever be in my prayers and now are my mechanics..Anytime I have an issue with my car Aspen Auto Clinic will be where I go..You guys are awesome

I took my Audi to their store on Union and extremely happy with the service that Braden and his team delivered! These guys are fantastic! They were able to diagnose and fix my cars issues quickly and are reasonably priced. I felt like they gave me the straight scoop, without the upsell.I am a customer for life.

Ive been going to the Barnes and Powers location for years. I went to the Union location because it is closer to home. These guys are great, no matter what location. I will always take my vehicles to them for service.

Weve been goin to Aspen for nearly four years and theyve always done a fantastic job. My husband has had five cars since weve lived in Colorado, two of them had major issues a few months after purchasing, and Seth always made sure we were well taken care of. I could not recommended Aspen more.

They treated me very well at this visit to get my car repaired. They have the shuttle ready for me to take me to work and pick me up. The work they do on my Audi is stellar. They have the extra special tough of having personable and amazing customer service. I feel very comfortable and they have gained my trust on the repair of my car. I cant say enough for taking such great care of my Audi and for going the extra mile in service.

I really liked this shop, because of the the true customer service they gave to me. The service person answered all my questions and were great about explaining the procedures completed as well as giving me options and advice. I am grateful to Aspen Auto for handling my unscheduled visit immediately and working us into a busy period of the day to repair my mercury mariner. Beyond the customer support they gave, the quality of the work was really good.

I hate to write bad reviews like this. But this is unacceptable. Since right before Christmas of 2018 I have brought my car in to this location about four times just to keep getting my headlights replaced. (They had been working fine the whole year I’d had this car before the first time they replaced them) and now I have not one but both of my headlights alternately going out on me every couple weeks. Now both have gone out. When I mentioned this to mike the last time I was in there he told me that it just happens and it’s because my car is old. My car is only a 2002. I’ve brought multiple vehicles to aspen and Tutt’s service has always been top notch. This is the first time I bring my car to this particular location and now all of a sudden there is something wrong with my headlights that I’m told I will have to pay 2-3 hundred plus dollars per headlight to fix a problem that wasn’t there before they replaced my headlights. I live about an hour and a half from this shop. I work an 8-5 job and can’t always be taking off work or leaving or having to be late because i am trying to solve the same problem over and over again. I honestly feel taken advantage of. I am sorry to say that despite the phenomenal service I got from their Tutt location, this makes me not want to return to aspen period.

It was overall a great experience. They did a good job on the quality of work they did repairing my car. I definitely recommend them to family and friends. They guys were wonderful to work with, because they made the appointment I had go very smooth. Thank you for everything.

I was very impressed with the service I received and would refer anyone to Aspen Auto. They went the extra mile to make sure I got to work and towing was also part of the service as well. The price for repair was very reasonable. I give Aspen Auto 4 stars :)

I have had large amount of work done on my vehicle they have always done great work. Very friendly And they follow up after the work is done to make sure your happy with what services you received. They also give you a ride to and from home. If they need to keep the car for awhile.
